The Arkansas has on paper better acc. (181m max dispersion vs. Myogi 184m and Wyoming 188m) Maybe u "feel" its worse. Its Range can be maxed to 14.03km with the "Gun Fire Control System Modification I" modul. So its not that bad. The Wyoming got 12.1km and Myogi 15.3km range and they both cant use the modul.
Secondary armament: All got 3.5km. So where is the problem?
AA: Here u are right. None. Zero. But i think its not that bad. I mean of course its bad. U cant defense yourself against planes. But no one besides carrier can do that on this tier.
The Myogi got a slight advantage. But only to the point where u think "hey i can shoot at the planes". The Wyoming got 2.5km max Range AA. Thats a joke.
Myogi´s 5km also. Yes u can shoot at planes one second before they drop the torp´s, but with only 12 dps. Good Luck killing planes with that.
So all in all, the Arkansas is for free(!) quiet good. But thats only my opinion.
