Legendary module need to play the ship aswell you can't "buy" pass it. You need to play it and "earn it" trough playing. Same goes for most legendary commander, you need to play and achieve the campaign to get them (a part for the last one wich was easily buyable) and then you need to level them up. Obviously someone who play more as an edge over another player... But he need to play he cant just sink is millions freexp/doubloons in it for straight up better buffed ship than another player. Grinding any line to T10, 7 times, is not achievable for any casual player even in long term goal, they never will be able to..... How can you retain population if a part of said population is put at heavy disadvantage and cant dream of ever getting back at it. As you said veteran oplayer already have more, be it experience, module, captain skill etc... and on top of that you are willing to give them even more edge .... and the counterpart is free premium consumable . The new player that stick and grind throught T10 to play is favorite ship only to get slapped by the same ship with all the actual thing a veteran has ( lenedary mod, captain etc.. ) AND a T3 buffed ship will surely enjoy the experience.... how can the new player stick when gap get wider and wider to cross to be on par .. it's impossible.

I don't really post much there but im gonna add my voice because NTC with Buffed ship at the end need to be gone... anything but actual buff could work, because you said cosmetic wont work ? why is there so many game out there selling cosmetic and making millions out of it then... Introduce new exclausive one... honestly could be anything , "aura" around the ship , speciale tracer for shell (rail gun style, solar flare stuff etc.. ), Nice exclusive camo, some star behind the name ship to know you grinded it "X" times etc.... You could litterally add a whole tab in armory with ton of exclusive cosmetics, that player will want if you do that well, player love to have unique thing that differenciate them from other! What they dont want thought is to be clubbed by a +1, +2, +3, ship the same as them just because they hadnt the time/money/motivation to go trhought the grind process.. Please stop this non sense, BUFF don't need to happen for NTC to work and be great

You could also try to play DDS once in while to understand exactly the class in itself, you have less than 20 DD game and throw your frustration to a class you never really tried. Playing DD's Make you understand how they are in need of fleet support. And it may change the way you play your other ship class for the better aswell.

Je suis un joueur casu de WoWs depuis un moment et je cherche un groupe qui pourrait m'accepter sachant que je suis parfois très présent sur le jeux et parfois plus du tout pendant plusieurs mois (ouais je mi-joue depuis la bêta quoi) , que je joue un peu de tout et ce dans toutes les nations et que donc j'ai pas de tiers X ni iX vi même VIII d'ailleurs (mais bientôt, sisi je le jure, enfin normalement bientôt). Je serais également pas contre tester les ranked à l'occaz mais au pire c'est pas le plus important. Je cherche également à m'améliorer et à bénéficier des conseils de plus éclairés afin de devenir un marin meilleurs!
