I'm not sure I'd want to do battle with a Fred and a Jimmy.

I really love the St Louis tier 3 cruiser. Great guns and decent survivability. Something I find myself confused about is the fact that later cruisers until tier 6 have less powerful weapons overall than the tier 3. Am I missing something?
