Simple solution is running game in Windowed Full-Screen mode and you wont get the black screen any more. The issue is in running the game in normal Full-Screen, if you start in either of the other 2 modes and then switch to fullscreen you will get the black screen again next time you log in.

Exact same thing here, managed to get into the game yesterday by turning off anti-virus but today after the small update that doesn't work nor does a fresh install. Running a completely vanilla client so its not a mods issue, seems like WG have managed to patch in more issues with todays little update than they had yesterday, well done..
