It's pretty sad at this point that it requires a Tier X blob to maybe repell a Tier 8 CV before dropping.

I'm using it mostly on DDs, and yes it makes a huge difference. Before having that skill I had to guess if there's a DD going to the cap I'm heading to, now I know when there's a DD heading to that cap. Honestly it took a lot of the fun aspect away for me, since the thrill of the guessing game is completely gone. Examples: I do not have to guess at which corner of the Island the enemy DD will pop up (unless its very small). It also leaks information which DD is actually with me in the cap, since when I know it is not behind an island and I didn't detect it yet - a quick look at the teamlist will tell which DD it most likely is. When there's a lot of open space (Ocean) I can also tell if there's a DD on that flank or if I'm just locating the nearest enemy ship - Granted the DD could stay on the same spot as the detected ships but that would most likely not be very effective. Previously that was not possible that easily. tldr: It took fun and challenges away from me and it became less thrilling. Which is bad for a video game (at least in my book).

It requires far too much coordination for "random" battles. Luckily it's only on higher tiers so I can choose "not to get Bastion" by picking lower tier ships.

I'm suggesting IFHE first, because you have smoke to hide anyway. CE is also viable, but I'm looking at it like this: More damage -> more XP -> get CE more quickly. In fact it depends on your playstyle, while IFHE activly increases your damage output, CE might allow you to stay longer in a game.

Since there are usually 3 (4 in a bad design decision called bastion) caps you should always have a choice between 2 caps, unless u really spawn on the edge of the map (which happens very rarely). Therefore I'm going to the cap the team suggests, because it's the one suiting my spawn anyway - or I go to the cap that is closest to where the team is going and run away / towards my team if it's not feasible to cap. If one guy yolos a cap alone then well.. have fun I guess? So my option would be: I'm looking at the map what the team does and adjust to that. -
1. Yes she's got HE. Yes it sets fires. She also has great AP. Good performance for her caliber overall. 2. Depends, she doesn't have to be played at max range, hence why you have awesome concealment. If used properly her shellarcs are fantastic. Long range shell flight time is more on the long end.. 3. Yes she's accurate enough. Note: She's paper, if you do not know how "not to be seen" you'll get rekt pretty hard and pretty fast. You'll need a dedicated Belfast captain if you want to max her potential, because she's got HE.

Try Direction Center (BB's) - It gives you 2 fighter planes, which is kinda very useful for torpedo spotting in the (current) DD heavy meta. There are also some other skills that might be useful, like Priority target, so you know how many ships are aiming at you. But this skill depends how good you are as a player, since good players usually know that anyway. That skill doesn't make sense to them. If you want to go an play around with different builds use ship comrades skill calculator: http://shipcomrade.com/captcalc Since the variety of skills increased, you can optimize your ships more granular. Which means there is no single best build for all Cruisers or BBs or DDs.

Hallo! Schlachtschiffe (BB): Gegen andere BB's: AP wenn sie nicht viel angewinkelt sind, sonst kann HE auch mal aushelfen. Gegen Kreuzer: AP Gegen Zerstörer: HE Kreuzer (CA/CL): Gegen BB's: meistens HE außer im close range Bereich (~10km) + Breitseite = AP. Die Deutschen Kreuzer haben z.b. recht gute AP Granaten. Hier müsste man schon etwas spezifischer werden, aber die generelle Regel stimmt so. Gegen CA/CL's : AP wenn Breitseite bzw. nicht viel angewinkelt sonst HE. Gegen Zerstörer: HE all the way. Zerstörer (DD): Torpedoes funktionieren gegen alles ;) Russische DD's haben recht gute AP granaten und können gegen BB's bzw. CA/CL's auch effektiv sein wenn diese Breitseite zeigen. Ansonsten ist HE dein Freund. Es sei noch gesagt, dass dies hier nur ca. zutrifft, da es eben auch von deinem Schiff abhängt. Da gibts dan eben die kleinen feinen Unterschiede. Youtube hat auch recht viele AP vs. HE guides und im Forum gibts dan auch zu den meisten Schiffen spezifische Guides.

1. Gameplay is actually very very good. 2. Ship classes and roles are quite well defined - Damage output is a balancing factor so yeah it's not realistic but well balanced overall. 3. Cool, I like the graphics as well. 4. Is free 2 play game - everybody can play for whatever reason, no idea what that statement should showcase.

Atago vs. Kutusow: Die beiden sind recht unterschiedlich, die Atago kann sich auch alleine behaupten, die Kutusow ist eher ein Support Schiff das auf Distanz ziemlich gut ist. Das hängt eigentlich von deinem persönlichen Preferenzen ab, beides gute Schiffe. Atlanta: Konnte mich nie dafür begeistern, wenig Reichweite, recht lange Granatenflugzeiten. Ist eben ein sehr spezielles Schiff, dass man mögen muss und womit man auch umgehen können muss. Ich finde die Indianapolis passt hier besser in die Reihe der US CA's. Molotow: Ist sehr ähnlich einer Kirov (nur besser), ansonsten schließ ich mich Xirivas an.- 34 replies

They are allowed to "nerf" premium ships and I'm pretty sure things like that are mentioned in the EULA somewhere. I'm pretty amused by the fact that you are just addressing nerfs, what about buffs ? Would you also prefer to pay "buff fees" since you're ship got better ?

Hello! In general you can buy every premium ship from every nation, regardless of your progress at specific standard lines. E.g. you could also go ahead and buy an Atago or a Tirpitz if you wish to do so. However, it is recommended to buy ships from Tiers you already have experience with, e.g. Tier 8 is a way more punishing than Tier 6 and it wouldn't be fun for you or at least you'd have to learn how to play Tier 8 in the first place. One last thing: If you wish to retrain captains with that premium ship it has to be from the same nation as the captain you want to retrain. E.g. with a Molotov you could retrain all Russian captains (DD's and Cruisers, BB's and CV's would also be possible but they are not in the game yet for the Russian line). HTH

I do not like the "plays poorly" option in general, since there are far too much "experts" around that know "everything about the game" and the reason for their stats are "bad teams". AFK doesn't seem like a huge problem, I haven't encountered that much people doing it.

You're not alone, since I got to rank 11 everything went to crap - dropped from 78% wins to 58% in 2 days.It's just unbelievable and I'm really sad because actually I had quite a bit of fun at the previous ranks with nice teamwork and so on. Now I feel like everyone plays for himself and focuses rather on damage / kills than winning the game. -

Hallo, Ich würde die verbesserte Schießausbildung nicht nehmen, da die Granaten sehr langsam unterwegs sind und von daher auf Distanz kaum was zu treffen ist - höchstens Schlachtschiffe ohne WASD hack. Sprengmeister ist eine gute Option, mehr Feuer ist mehr Schaden. Überlebensfähigkeit ist ebenso ein guter Skill für US DD's da diese eher knife-fighter sind und somit länger überleben können. Sprengmeister oder Überlebensfähigkeit hängt von deinem Spielstil ab, beides gut. Ich hab auf Sprengmeister geskillt, da ich gerne Feuer / Flooding kombiniere und somit der Gegner entweder brennt oder flooded. Es sei aber auch gesagt, dass die Feuerchance halt auch vom RNG abhängt, während der HP boost nicht RNG abhängig ist. -
Die Atago ist im Prinzip eine gebuffte Myoko, du kannst sie also ziemlich ähnlich wie eine Myoko spielen.Die MK ist aber nicht wirklich mit einer Cleveland zu vergleichen, da die Cleveland besser gepanzert ist - MK ist eher auf Distanz zu spielen, dann kann man auch den gegnerischen Granaten gut ausweichen. Beide Schiffe sind ziemlich gut, wobei die Atago offensiver gespielt werden kann als die MK.

Obviously GB will become an "associate member", but this will also include a long discussion about the actual terms of such a contract with the EU. And because of: and a quite clear statement from the EU (out is out) those contracts won't be as good as being a member of the EU. Scotland and NI are probably splitting off because they want to be a member of the EU. Additionally GB promised to represent the interests of Scotland and NI, which they actually don't. Overall I think #brexit has more drawbacks then benefits - on the other hand the EU will probably change how they do things, which is the only good thing I can see.

Thing is.. Trading is far easier when you're a member of the EU. GB now has to look for new contracts with the EU, which will obviously require GB to play by the EUs rules. Only thing that changed: GB isn't involved in EU's strategic decisions anymore - GJ

FAQ state that there are no prepaid cards for WoWs available within the EU - I guess they won't work, however I'd suggest asking Customer Support. https://eu.wargaming.net/support/kb/articles/719
