Packet loss somewhere along the route. Run ping plotter and it will tell you where.

Not a great example, A very good player in a very good ship against a bad player in a dd trying to go around the edge of the map. He would have known where the DD was without the skill. He would know he was spotted by the DD and knew he couldn't be towards the cap because other friendly ships would have spotted him.

Not really a gloat torps, more incredulous that he jumped on a bandwagon without knowing the reason why.

In my experience there isn't a lot of hanging back by BB's, especially if the last survivor for instance....they seem to have the 'do as much damage before I die' attitude which is good.

I have an account on NA as well (for about the last 6 months) and I have found them more gung ho. You tend to come out of battles, win or lose, knowing you have been in a fight....more often than not DD players tend to wolf pack even when not in a division. Chat wise it was almost unplayable during the presidential elections due to trump supporters filling chat with b0llocks and inciting anti trumps into arguments during battle, even on their own team. Generally friendlier though and skill standards much the same.

No idea but I was going to do that eventually just to ensure there was an AC on the other team. Maybe you haven't got a DD yet, that is my best guess, I was sure I got one in one battle only to notice after that I killed it by fire just before the torp hit so had to go after another.

I just finished it with an aircraft carrier hunt in co-op....took five battles to see one

Yep, you are right, I expect you are the only one with those flags on your ships.

you need to do one of the tasks twice.

Top game....you can only kill what's in front of you and if they are rubbish then help them to the bottom.

That explains why there are quite a few limping elves around our way lately.

Makes sense, and obviously caring for the vast majority of players rather than a shouty 50 who want extra free stuff on top of their free stuff.

That's it, block and ignore anyone with a valid arguement or a different point of view. It was a decent, difference of opinion discussion between you and drach for a bit but after a while you couldn't convince him that you were right so 'block'....pathetic

Good luck having your dead ship locked in battle while the last 1 or 2 ships on 1 team chases the last invisible DD intent on surviving, around the map for hours on end.

Totally agree Deckeru, good post. Also, the vocal minority are under the impression that they are speaking for the majority of the EU player base when in fact they are not prepared to listen to an opposite view and end up shouting down anyone that opposes them. This in turn puts a fair few players off from posting thus giving them the misguided view that they are a majority.
