As you have probably noticed, one or two of the usual attention seeking troll types frequent here aswell.

Haven't played tanks for about 3 months (except I had six battles one night). It went downhill for me after missions started and completely buggered up the small amount of teamplay there was in randoms. Troll tracking is still going on though

Probably but getting on a bit in years and Tanks being my first ever online game, I was maybe a bit naive to all the hate and hadn't seen any up to that point. This particular player was sitting behind one of the rocks on malinovka in a heavy and I was in my first battle in a KV1 and had been late into the battle (shite PC in those days) I rolled out of the cap circle about 2 minutes in to see in chat from this player, "KV1 go scout noob" I replied with a "you must be joking" and got back a "scout the field or die noob" I started to go up the hill and not across field and was promptly shot to death by this git. I was a bit shocked so placed him on my ignore list. He was highlighted in a battle because of this probably a good year later so i wanted my revenge I suppose. Ironically he called me a 'noob hacker' after killing his E75. Actually got team killed last night by a nob in a konnisberg but forgot his name after another battle.

Not so much fun for slow battleships on the other side of the map driving around aimlessly if they have to wait for someone to find a running/hiding DD for 10 minutes

Prepare to see 6 or 7 in each team then ...At least a bundled ship keeps the numbers down.

I still remember the first time I was purposely shot and killed in World of Tanks (my first online game) and was a bit shocked to be honest. I still know the name of the git and it took 7k battles before I saw him again and made it my mission to end his game. Luckily he was on the enemy team and i did. I can assure you Alba that it is something you will not see much as you go up the tiers but it is more likely to happen in Coop battles as it seems to attract idiots as well as others learning the game or practising new ships. Best to ignore them and if killed, report and move on. edit - Also Alba, I don't know if you are set up for TS or anything but if you fancy getting involved in divisions and generally playing with players online then send Cherry2blost a pm (or me) and join in on the BAD-A TS server. A quicker way to pick up tips and skills is to learn from others and we have our fair share of old gits so you won't be alone talking about black and white TV, winning the '66 world cup and 'ain't that Edward VII a bit of a lad'

Having watched the replays, the only time I have had anything remotely like that was with severe local packet loss even though the FPS was still high 70's. Maybe run pingplotter to see if this a problem.

blimey, that was a hell of a read On a serious note, you have pretty much the same hardware as me except I have a nvidia 970t and I have no probs like that whatsoever.

If WG took the all players feelings into consideration the game will be a right mess and severely broken. Have a read of the whining on the forum (especially the tin hat stuff) and try and sort a game out incorporating all of that.

Antony, Ocean is actually the most realistic map for a warship battle. The teams tend to stick together on this map so safety in numbers and use of your range is probably the best way to go for you. Alternate your speed and 'wiggle' when in range of the enemy making your ship difficult to hit. (not sure if this works in co-op but certainly does in PvP).

There are no rules to say you can't play as much as you like in Co-op battles, pretty much the same as getting WOWS on a disc and playing at home against the computer so no need for the lack of respect. If anything you are acting like a gobby little spotty 12 year old.

It's only about $50 for an Acme pen1s enlarger (I am told) and the end results to your ego are the same.

I think you will more likely find that new players getting a kicking from a St. Louis will actually aim to get one as soon as possible. It's how gaming works....you see a good ship/tank/plane played by someone else doing really well, you find out how to get one.
