It is actually quite funny to hear others also say that while a class might be not that good for a solo carry, it's the best for a coordinated team. Makes balancing for both competitive ( clan / esports ) and random games very tricky.

You can certainly see tier X with a Cleveland which is tier 6, but I seem to recall it only happening with very low server population. I always assumed the MM tried to keep the spread as small as possible considering the ships in queue within a certain time. It certainly wasn't a frequent occurrence.

If you can manage to live from YT/Twitch then I would say go for it. Just a word of caution, most people fail miserably. It takes a whole lot of personality or a very high 'entertainment factor' to get enough subscribers to life from it I hear. But, if you are in a situation where you can do it for 'fun' while leaving the chance open to make it grow into something which can sustain yourself, go for it within that mindset.

I know many Zao captains who have no issues sinking Des Moines. Zao is a sniper, very accurate and big punch, better cammo, better turning radius, it has torpedoes. Des Moines got shell spam, but it's certainly not an auto win still. As to the entire line, my Ibuki feels like 1.5 Baltimore's, hated the Baltimore for most of the grind while Ibuki is fun to play most of the time.

Uhm think about it for a moment... Against who would they test it on that 'test server'? And who not use the existing test server, you know the closed beta test one? Btw, I fully agree CV balance is gone from randoms most of the matches, but it's CBT and people really need to stop acting like they got a 'right' to a fully developed game or anything more then a chance to participate in CBT.
