Its not always useful, especially if no ships are spotting the enemies other then you or the ships you're covering with smoke ( as neither you nor them can spot the ships behind the smoke themselves ). If you do it wrong, you're making it easier for the enemy team. In short: don't do this on a whim, if you're not sure what you're doing, don't.

As I said I had those victories as well but you get really bad xp for them. I have had 1.5k xp losses ( many of them even ), so while a victory is a victory I don't use win rate to unlock sheeps and modules. So I get why people are not in agreement with early capping to some extent.

I think he didn't read the rule book As for capping early: I've done it myself ( to early I mean ) and yes we won but top score on my team was 500xp or something. As for shooting early cappers: didn't even know you could reset allied ships? If you can, they should just disable it problem solved?

Ok without tinfoil hat, I posted the same earlier. Had massive lag spikes, started ping plotter to gather hard data for ticket, lag was gone. Next day same story. Then I played with Pingplotter running from the start and the lag didn't appear either. Played without pingplotter in background, lag comes back. I called WG told them to feed the hamster and ditched Pingplotter. Lag was still gone. Imo feeding hamster >>> running pingplotter. But as you said, it might have been coincidence.

It should be no longer working, and if it is I will pray to the gods it will be made inoperable again asap. Basically, EoS was questionable beforehand but now it gives the same perspective as the spotter plane ( latest EoS version no longer had top down ) just minus the extra range. So a mod which gives a large part of the working of an in game consumable, but active all the time. Does that sound alright to you?

Multiple times yesterday, I had a good session so most where congratulations on making it challenging and once or twice I complimented a battleship which erased my cruiser from long range ( holy shiet, my sheep sunk! ). I haven't played wot much lately but if WOT = World Of Tanks, then yes it's way way worse then WoWs atm. Usually the playerbase here is not toxic, and if they are it's my experience it's usually correctable ( as in, yesterday there were some guys bickering in chat about noob carriers and tb's but when I told them to get a room they both laughed and the remainder of the conversation was on par with the better part of the forums usually ). Off course, haters will be haters, idiots will stay idiots and the list goes on. But WoT level's? Not even close!

Yes, very much so. Because most of the real toxic morons lack the attention span to play a game which pretty often can last close near the max 20 minute mark I recon, nothing to do with XVM.
