  1. Lowering the auto repair times would be bad, make this to much arcade. Managing abilities is what gives a bit of depth to the game, don't dumb it down further by making them more optional ( because after all that is the only thing you're doing, lowering auto repair time so it's more optional to use your repair ability ). Gun destruction is annoying but it will never be removed, if you feel it happens to often you can always invest in your captain and go for the 5 point skill which offers a 36% ( iirc ) reduction in disabled/destroyed modules.

    There is no doubt BB's were used for shore bombardment. Shore bombardment sounds like something which could be added to PvE style missions, but for randoms I don't see the added value. You're already busy shooting at ships, why add a static target to it ( unless the target is a game objective, and perhaps has it's own AI batteries returning fire. But again, that quickly begins to sound like something which would fit in better in PvE mission then PvP battles.

    Wg has already increased the xp gain from capping and defending caps a lot, to the point where my DD which caps two zone's and does 10k dmg with guns get's top XP of a team. XP is the best measurement for a single game how useful someone's contribution has been. Ofc, it's not fool proof, and in some circumstances it will always be possible to get more XP without directly contributing to a victory ( cap another zone in domination when you're already winning on points -> more xp for capper but not really needed to win the game ).
  4. Lol we all can read, maybe you don't, but the rest does. This means we can all look up statistics. Which to all of us show OP is one of the better player of the server, but you're 'special' and you see something only you can see. -------------------------- @topic... good thing I never was interested in ranked battles from the start, didn't like the format. Waiting for team battles so I can choose the muppets I play with ;)

    No you are just BAD get it through your skull. Nothing BS like 'being more relaxed' about it, you're playing like a wet towel fights in an MMA ring. And yes, that ruins the game for others especially since you're the type who doesn't even read the chat in game and will continue to suck throughout your wows carreer ( because as you say, you don't care about your performance ).

    Testing the game will take a lot of time, there are quite a few ST who've been more active in places you won't know anything about, outside of the live server. Be grateful they offer up their free time to help make this a better game.

  10. My best ever Mutsuki game, 180k dmg and 3587 base xp. I played smart, avoided the DD fight with Faragut's and went for the BB's which seemed to be without cruiser screen. I could feed of four of them, but it was really close. If RNGezus was on the BB side ( or when a BB didn't shoot AP at me ) it could have gone another way but I charged and killed two BB's who were trying to push me out off the A cap.

    It sounded like you argued that because average player 'is doing it', it means Gnevny is the better ship of the two. Obviously this isn't true and that's the only thing ( I think ) why people argued against it. No one can deny Gnevny is doing well in recent stats ( don't ask me why, it's not my performance in her ).

    Such initiative will be abused greatly, with people getting on that list not due to in game behavior but due to 'pissing of the wrong people'.

    But what is exactly wrong with these matches, as long as both side have some of each class ( especially in domination, if your team has no dd's and enemy do you're basically screwed usually )? 2 BB both team 4 CA team A 6 CA team B 6 DD team A 4 DD team B --> looks like a reasonable matchup. There is only mirror matchmaking for CV's, matches as the above are not 'wrong' in any way.

    Because WG absolutely wants to prevent sanctioning those who accidentally do team damage ( eg without intent but due to stupidity ). They are constantly tuning the system still, it's not implemented as is without intent of adjustments if needed, but finding the right balance is hard.

    You do know that Impregnator is actually a better ship to have on your team on average then many higher tier battleships ;) Even battle two isn't that bad, but I agree MM would look more 'fair' when it constantly made tier balanced teams. If that means queue times would be a lot longer though, I'm not that vexed about it since you shouldn't get to long off a string where you're on the 'bad side'. Because you obviously haven't posted any screenshots of games where your team had the advantage, instead you brought up two examples of it being so that the enemy team had the tier advantage. Coincidence much? edit: you have a 61% wr for last 24h according to your stat signature. That is above your account average, seems you're doing well enough. You feel MM should have given you an easier time to get an even higher win rate?

    What is this for bull excrement? Paying players can team kill more than non paying players? Fixed your -1. Both Ectar in his twitch stream, and MrConway on this very forum have said exactly this. The automated system is not perfect ( obviously ) and support should not ship you off with a 'automated system handles all team damage' copy paste reply. If they do, escalate the ticket and point out what both of them have said is the right course of action for really 'out of line behavior'.
  17. I still think displaying the amount of damage negated would be a display of skill more than 'how much of a beating you take'. Sadly, this might work with bounces/deflections due to angles, but you can't count negated damage due to maneuvering. K/D alone is not that good an indicator, but you can use avg damage per ship to check player skill. Again, taking a beating is not the goal of the game, hence it's not a skill. It's avoiding taking a beating, resulting in living longer and doing more damage and having better k/d ratio and win rate which is the skill.

    Gremlin is better, no doubt about it. It is the better ship. That less people who can actually play it reasonably have it doesn't matter, a ship which is worse but played by less red dead tomato's isn't suddenly better because the players on average are better. That is just ludicrous.
  19. What actually would be a nice addition to the after game stats ( and maybe profile pages ) is the amount of damage you negated by bouncing/deflecting/angling. People who angle well and don't take a beating have a way higher skill than those who give their broadside.
  20. I agree fully and I understand, but you're still not offering tangible things to change. I like giving and reading people's opinion, sometimes opinion is also valuable feedback, feedback which can be used to make the game better. Again, there is no WG conspiracy against GE assets in this game or any of their games. I did even better with my German tanks then the Russian noobwagons, and the numbers show here in WoWs that Germany is certainly not underperforming. So yes, all complains about 'weak' 'up' 'useless' are unjustified. Now, if you want to talk about fun, you need to get into specifics. And in the end, it will still be balanced on win rate ( and having a 'unique' or 'own' style to bring diversity to the gameplay ). Simply because what you might find fun, I might not. And the other way around. The only way 'not having fun' would ever lead to something, is when you write out exactly why it's not fun with specific examples. Maybe people will look at them and agree, maybe they wouldn't, but then it would at least be a debate about actual content instead of all the complains without foundation.

Bull excrement, getting shot at is not a sign off skill in any way shape or form The aim of the game is to deal as much dmg while receiving as little damage as possible in conjunction with game objectives like cap zone's. Taking a beating doesn't equate to skill, even in a BB it's way more important how much dmg you deal, and that is while BB's are dmg sponge's. edit: I don't mind having it displayed, would actually be nice, that way you can pick out the blue line hugging [censored some more] who hide from enemy team all battle to not get hurt.
