    Basically it would not be fun at all, remember we now have +-30% hit ratio ( lower on BB's ) and that would drop so much if this was implemented the game would turn into frustration rather than fun. Weather effects would be cool and add immersion but they have to be added in a way which isn't going to be abused and also they put a far heavier strain on pc's and RU region has many players with less then current hardware so they don't want to exclude those players.

    No increased wave size is purely cosmetical and has no effect on gameplay/aiming. The engine is not configured that way, even with the small waves we have in game now we should notice pitching and rolling and well we don't ;)
  8. I am 100% behind you on this subject and I know many others are to. However, I don't have much faith atm that the store policies are something we're able to influence through this forum. Even while we have this nice video of the CEO saying that his company is all about 'happy players' first and revenue later, right at this moment I don't feel that policy is actively being pushed throughout the company. On the other hand we all have to admit NONE of us here have a true insight in the matter. Forum is only small part of community, polls here never reach a significant enough number of participants to be meaningful and so on. I would guess most people are pised about inequality, but I also seen how many Tirpitzs bundles been sold before. In the end, people will buy what they can afford and want to spent their money on, and a company which listens to complaints about that price will always find some people complaining. The best way to change policy is to 'vote with your wallet' but frankly I'm not sure atm if there is really such a large consensus because I would expect more people to vote with their wallet if there was and since WG isn't stupid I expect them to alter said policy the moment they notice it is causing 'unhappy costumers' uhm i mean less revenue

    There have been edited configurations posted for some maps adding fog and waves but it's a hard balance because the fog makes seeing ships a lot harder.     Check that sites Imperator stats ;) http://warships.today/vehicle/4293866960/eu/Imperator%20Nikolai%20I On top of EU region with default listing ( WTR, min 100 battles ), 5th with WR ) min 100 battles, 1st with avg damage min 100 battles. Don't think you're right with your assumption, it should definitely list Imperator as my 'key' vehicle.

    mtm78 on European server High level overview Mostly plays cruisers, especially high-tier and is excellent in them Very often finishes damaged enemies Very often uses torpedoes Key vehicle - Minekaze Key vehicle is so wrong; I have 69 battles in Minekaze and it's been weeks it feels since I played her. I have > 200 matches in Imperator Nicolai and up to two days ago it said that ship was my key vehicle, yet suddenly it switched to Minekaze and I have no idea why.

    I'd like to see "Station Keeping" made an option

    It was suggested before, it's pretty darn irritating if my CA is escorting a BB and can't even match speeds causing me to have to switch between 1/2 and 3/4 speed to maintain optimal distance. But as irritating as it can be, the moment there are planes coming you will be positioning yourself so to have the longest duration of enemy planes in your AAA aura same for when a DD is spotted. The feature of being able to set up a formation and easily keep it is only desired in early game really, once the engagements begin the game is much to dynamic to profit significantly from an auto pilot feature ( well except if you want to die quickly because the enemy can now anticipate your path since you're following a much slower to turn BB ).

    No, the flag is replaced with a +50% captain XP equivalent which does not increase XP gain on the ships their used on. But you can always use doubloons to convert free xp from any elite ship so you can skip the turds in each line, which is a source of revenue for WG I think their happier about then people earning +50% flags and being able to shorten their XP grind without having to dish out for doubloons.

    Yup always been like that, surprised no one noticed earlier. It should be technically quite simple to accredit fire damage for XP/credits, but it's a lot of keeping track for the server ( amount of ticks, maybe other ships have also started a fire on the same ship and fire damage scales unlike flooding, so who do you accredit it to?). Maybe the reason it's not tracked is because server wouldn't be able to keep up, but if that's the case I would expect them to upgrade their hardware.

    Well tbh I expect Ise or simular to be a premium vehicle if ever introduced, because frankly where in the tech tree would you fit them ( without someone else crying about it 'being in the wrong spot' ). edit: not to mention hybrids will be bad in game, look at Tone. No special mechanics so you're basically just a gimped BB with less firepower ( most likely ).

    It is a nice site but the summaries can be hilarious right It is also still a bit buggy at times, just now it suddenly displays Minekaze as my primary ship and I have +-150 more battles in Imperator then Minekaze ( also, site sometimes seems to be running behind official stats but that is getting less and less frequent ). About the change, the requirement does not mention damage just kills, so if you kill every ship from 1hp you still get the achievement. edit: No it's not that bad, as I said I am just salty because I don't like rewarding 'just kills' but alas we need to see how it works out. You're right about xp vs credits, which is why the removal of the flag isn't that bad. But just like you say, it was mostly to get rid of stock configs quickly and WG would like us to do this using other means ( aka convert some precious free xp ).

    I am being salty I know, there are more changes ( to flags ) I don't like but alas we'll see how it works out. Also, going over my own playstyle... warships.today described my profile with: kills many low hp targets ;)

    High tier cruiser gameplay

    I also had DM, and I have no real desire to play her again I'm much more focused on getting Zao back and even there I'm not in a rush of any kind ( why would I, there is no end game content anyway yet ). You are right that in current meta high tier BB's especially are very strong, and cruisers comparably feel UP. But in a 1v1 once I get my IJN CA captains fully specced for stealth I am pretty confident Zao would be able to control the game as much as a BB in most situations, in some even more because of stealth. Zao is/was the only CA though able to partly keep up with the BB's.

    I voted yes because it would make the gameplay deeper but I foresee many balancing issues arising from such a change and I'm not sure the added depth is worth all the rebalancing needed to add this feature.

    Didn't you read, fire dmg doesn't count towards xp or credits so it might be fun to do ( and get them raging about OP fires in chat ) it's not really worthwhile in terms of grinding xp/credits In those cases the whole meta changes, infact you can play two consecutive matches on the same map in the same ship and have vastly different roles in each based on your or the enemy team's composition. That's part of the attraction to me, I like not having just one way to play ( well there will be always one most optimal way, many less optimal ways, and lots of bad ways ).
