    The most kills I'm getting with my Shima torps is enemy destroyers trying to cap.. So IF enemy has DD's with concealment which can be countered by any of the other DD's in my team I will not enter cap by take a wide angle so I can launch my rpf torps on the enemy. If I'm the only good concealment DD I will enter cap's and act as spotter ( in general, not including radar cruisers in the discussion ect ).
  4. Poland is quite nationalistic, the Dutch not that much. So while you will find many Dutch with some feeling / affinity with naval tradition, it's probably not as directly translatable in spending habits of needing to buy something just because it has a Dutch flag. I haven't bought Friesland, not even tempted with the threat of submarines in pvp.
  5. Because getting the same results in T22 needs a bit more effort. Even with 'op' premiums, it's still the player which makes them work, I seen plenty of people having a low 50's wr in something like Gremlin or Kamikaze R. So a T22 can do almost the same things, and in most games it won't matter if you're in a T22 or in another ship the more important thing is your map awareness and just being in the right spot. It is more work with T22 compared to say Gremmy, especially gun power is a big difference in what you can take on and what you should avoid going 1 on 1 with. That is visible by my lower frag/game in it, and will eventually have a larger effect on the win rate if the sample size would get bigger. Being able to trade well with guns against low hp enemies late game will result in more wins.

  7. Okhotnik performs right up there with the others ( Gremmy is a lot of old games, haven't touched her in a long time ). It's not 'not unplayable' it's a bit of a meme ship and well let's not meet enemy Hosho with hard on for lolibotes since he will torp the bejesus out of you with your incredibly long hull ( which means your turning radius is absolute bullocks ).Which also means you only get close to enemy's who don't have torpedo's themselves, as trying to brawl with say a Minekaze will get you torped with no chance to evade ( turning radius literally bigger as low tier battleships... ). I also don't know why you forgot the Sims, it's an excellent cap contesting destroyer with access to DFAA ( not that it still has value, since it doesn't affect the drop pattern and CV player's aim isn't affected by it at all ).

    No 4x% crap players getting Unicum stats with Hosho and Enterprise or even 'normal balanced carrier' disgusts me, certainly if you see how this player is doing it ONLY in carriers but fails to even be mediocre in other classes. *edit: I should've said: I severely dislike 4x% average players which outperform their skill level just based on the ship or class they play' I'm not talking about before rework so let's not drag that into this and complicate things. And still there was a sudden 'skill increase' noticeable when people switched to playing carriers. Something WG indicated they wanted to fix, but which they clearly did not succeed at. No, I am not talking about players finding classes which suits them, I am talking about players playing a class which has inherently to low skill floor, and still to high skill gap. Bad players don't suddenly turn into super unicums by switching classes. *edit: this mostly applies atm to Hosho and Enterprise, there are people playing the new CV's pretty badly so the skill floor displayed through posts on this forum might be overestimating the general playerbase... I should check the actual numbers if available post patch for win rate in class vs overall win rate. Jean Bart's are currently more my nemesis ( when on my team ) since I see them 25% WR 200 games Jean Bart's way to often indeed, ruining the entire game for their team because they don't understand what their role in the game is. Yeah those kind of players imo should be restricted to coop and not be allowed to ruin pvp But going back to carriers, the difference is still that I don't see bad players buying JB and suddenly become great or even better en mass. *edit: clarified statement. Also, comes back to just being my gut feeling and I'm not even sure if the numbers support that notion

    Sounds like 'how to mess up your game even more - lesson 101'. So yeah I would put it on the same level as trying to shoehorn submarines in pvp in order of making the game crap, but hey at least the sap shells don't fly 3 times as fast as they would in real life, and SAP was actually an ammo used in the war, unlike submarines since they never were part of fleet operations.

    Removing divisions won't happen, less people would play the game and WG doesn't want to lose players. Social function of division is what keeps a lot of players connected to each other and the game. Griefers are taken care of team damage trackers and I must say I think it seems to work ( forcing people into coop if they misbehave to much ), and I think even AFK will turn you pink and eventually worse ( but I have never seen it in game happen to anyone so I'm not sure ). Tutorials might help, if WG forced players to actually play them in a way which only let's players pass when hey understand the mechanics being shown in the tutorial, otherwise those who 'pley4fun' will just skip them anyway. Well usually people complain about the ship that killed them but fail to mention the same ship is also on their team.

    Just because a really crappy player might be unable to make Hosho work, doesn't mean LOTS of other crappy players suddenly are reaching 65%+ wr on Hosho because ... it's weak. Yeah right. Utterly disgusting meeting 48% wr players with 65% wr in their CV's ( mostly talking about Hosho / Enterprise atm.... but I still see plenty of them who suddenly find that one class in which they can perform ~15% better, and grind their purple stats in the only class they can. And that is fine, WG should limit BB's to 3 per team..... I have my doubts you're really capable of judging balance :) Ow because I hate seeing people being carried on crutches to results which shouldn't be obtainable for them. 4x% players suddenly getting a 15%+ wr in carriers is sadly still an almost certainty no matter what WG says about spreadsheet, WoWs Monitor shows it in my games constantly and it disgusts me. *edit: people say I'm to 'Dutch' meaning to direct, I could have said it the British way like: 'I severely dislike' and 'it doesn't seem to generate an appetite for more of the same' It's like me only playing Imperator Nikolai and some forum people accusing me of being a dirty seal clubber ( they don't know it was the only tier 4 which went up against tier 6 battleships, somehow they think it used to be even more OP as it is now with it buffed MM spread ), with another difference being that I can point to many others ships I have which perform even better.     Are you trying to make BB master race a real thing? That would imbalance the entire game even more. SAP is already disgusting on ITA cruisers against lolibote and now you want all BB's to be able to use that ammo? With the amount of which goes around entire game shooting HE in their babybote's already, now give them SAP and yeah people won't whine about fires from BB HE but BB SAP will just murder every lightly armored target. Making it even more self sustainable, making the game more detrimental to actually seeing some team cohesion happen in random battles. Why would the BB's risk their HP for their team if they don't need them to deal with certain threats.... SAP on BB's would be terrible.

    I get frustrated when playing BB against cruisers when this happens, but if they change this to 33% cruiser gameplay will be even more restricted, no more turning when you're not sure no one is looking at you funny. But hey maybe something like this, but then let's give all cruisers from low tier upwards a heal.

Also, there are already MM constraints to keep teams somewhat uniform ( equal classes ), and when 'people' come complain about 'matchmaking' it's usually because they complain about players they got in their team compared to those on the enemy team and not about a ship imbalance. I know the feeling... It's mostly not going to cure you from your boredom, trust me I tried

    ftfy Also, besides Hosho you still got broken Enterprise, and the fact that WG fixed nothing with the problem they identified themselves -> bad player plays new CV's and get instant 15%wr boost.

    Wrong conclusion, coop is great and should be more attractive to them so they keep playing it. If they want to play PVP that's off course fine, we need all the players we can get to make the game viable in the long run. But then please don't complain about the mechanics and how things which seemingly worked in coop doesn't work in pvp. Try to learn, read a bit, watch some content from CC's, there are a lot of publicly available and widely know sources to look at, or come here and ask questions without trying to tell us the game is bad just admit you might have picked up few bad habits.

    This poll has wrong delimiters in place, it should be "8-9-10" unless new MM actually works for tier 8, then 6-7 with 7 generally having better MM as 6, and then 4-5. For me it would be 6-7 historically I think, those are the tiers I had the most fun in while playing. 8-9-10 is ok but I don't need to spam them every session constantly. 4-5 was more fun in earlier days when community was all starting players. That being said I am playing Crispy Creme a bit for the memes, and I just took out my Marblehead for the first time in years I think. I lost 1/3 hp during the battle, and in the end I had to solo a full hp New Yorck which only managed to do 2k dmg to me... felt great! Reminds me of those early days when Omaha was considered an excellent cruiser, and Murmansk being frankly disgusting since it was an Omaha, but better.

    And yet you constantly fail to specify these 'objectives' which they have to reward You seem to be unable to understand what is being explained to you, so you stopping to try is laughable No it's crap, it rewards absolute cow excrement to play this game and end up high on the xp score table. But complaining about how crap it is is nice and all, but come up with ONE specific example of what they need to reward. C'mon, give it a try. Being relevant I mean I tried my best, I spend a wall of text trying to educate you, yet you seem to be acting like you can't read. There is a reason the XP system isn't perfect, it can't be because they can't write something which actually rewards winning ( which is the result of that objective play, which again sounds more like you want scenarios back not team based pvp ). The only way to reward winning, is making losing less profitable then it is now. And simply because unlike in scenario's, no one wants to be the one having to play the role of an enemy BOT in scenarios which is scripted to always use the same patterns in order to make it fun for the players on the enemy team. When people complain, me included, about the XP system it's not because the system as a whole is broken, it's because they just had a ( few.. ) match(es) where someone in their team was playing like absolute horse poo and still got more XP because 'insert reason here'. It's frustrating when you see people who you think played badly still getting rewarded to much, but we already knew the system isn't perfect. I'm still waiting for anyone to come up with nice ideas on how to reward PTFO in this game which haven't been discussed earlier and dismissed or which are actually already implemented in some way or another. But hey, maybe today is the day

    For someone who since he started playing often started a battle saying poi in all chat, WG has done themselves a disservice with those torps as there is no way I will buy her now. Being reliant on enemy being the worst of the worst does not make a fun ship at all.

    Lol how does one need to spend money to become a statpadder, needing that to get into good enough clans to make divisions which only then wins matches since they paid to be an unicum. sounds like a bunch off excuses to me...
