Submarines played no role in fleet engagements, ever.

No one, including WG, is saying the system is working perfectly. Last Q&A ( Some interesting info from RU, best thread on the forum ;) ) they indicated some changes they are looking at ( and which are quite long overdue ).

You're exactly what the system is designed to flag, people who choose to break the rules and damage allies ( on purpose ). Troll divisions = not breaking any rules. Shooting at allies = against the rules. And the ramming bs, it's team damage and while you think you got rammed the server can't tell the intent so it threats it the same for both. And since you were already designated as someone who thinks he stands above the EULA you get penalized harder, and imo that's a good thing. ps. Don't shoot allies, not even pink one's.

Why you asking me, ask him I suppose moderators would have to appear quite impartial, to prevent coming across as 'thought police' when moderating topics they commented on themselves. But that's just an assumptions, and you know what those are worth

I bought one today, two battles so far and me likes ( yes I have more battles on my profile with her but that wasn't exactly the same ship ;) ). She is the best AAA cruiser in game, she hits at 18+km, has a nice rof ( dpm is theoretical, imo the 203's from Atago are superior in effective dpm but that might change when I get to terms with the MK more ). Wanted to buy her last round, but not in a bundle. Now, as I said to WG back then, without a bundle it's a must buy.

Did you escalate the ticket? i don't believe WG is content when these things happen, support should not give copy pasta answers especially when as you said you already indicated you done a fresh install. I kind of have the same experience, it's hit and miss. Sometimes you find the guy who just understands the issue from the start and can give good solid answers, sometimes it's like you're talking to a wall. Either way, the reason I linked to the post is because bug reports without a> dxdiag output file b> python.log c> clear description of the issue, are not really going to help anyone. Not people on the forum who might have comparable/similar issues ( where it would help to know you're at least not alone even if there isn't a direct fix ), and not people who would like try and help with identifying possible causes by correlating system specs from different people having the same issues.

Kamikaze R has rather decent guns for it's tier though, I do use them as well but only when it's more beneficial than attempting to stay full stealth ( low hp kill securing included ). edit: Aww yeah, xp indicates you're really the grand master. This was a 'decent' match in Gremmy Guess I'm now the 'uber grand master'

This request is nonsensical because it would encourage the [edited] to launch more second line 'I'm a ffin coward and don't care about those risking their ships in the front line so I'll try and get some cheap damage at their expense'. If you feel the need to launch torps do it from the [edited] front lines. Don't be an [edited] [edited] [edited] [edited] and do [edited] stuff. The underlined line is the only one which makes some sense, but pinging the map and typing 'torps' doesn't take that much time so while it would be a nice addition it's not in any way a priority. No. It wasn't your fault for taking evasive action, that is what you do when on the front line. It was 100% the fault of the one behind you firing torps from second line.

In last Q&A they ( WG ) already indicated that they are not content with the current system and are looking into making it more strict ( including faster ramp up for team damage leading to full reflected damage, and compensation which reflects actual repair costs ). Maybe even restrict access to TB-RB-PVP ( in that order, before restoring full access ).

Yup, but I just don't see it happening. Not when Atago is one of the more expensive premium ships. And a 'free' Yamato... if they do that I will bow down to the heavens and sing their praise So if it does happen, all I'm saying is really I would like to hear some positive feedback from those always being salty and saying WG doesn't give gud free stuff ( like the usual tier II reward tanks in WoT ).

Even if he's not that active besides moderating ( which has a reason I guess since they have to be impartial ) I think BBV is an integral part of the community so yes I would consider him a Forumite. Me lub you long time <3
