You think performance in WoWs is not a bell curve?

I heard you developed symptoms from Atlanta syndrome as well

Yubari and Sims back on sale in Premium Shop

I got MK, I fear it will be like with Gremmy and Gnevny. -
His question was not what you're asking, and what you're asking can not get a singular answer since it is all on a per case basis ( ship/player/map/'time of day and alignment of the stars' ). If you want to discuss actual performance of a person, you can go into details about that, if you want to talk 'statistical' you can only say 'average in a fixed scale is median value'. Exactly. Situational and per case basis.

edit: double post sorry

5 it is.. Did I miss something in OP or am I thick? edit: I think this is pretty conclusive. Average player is average. Yes, if you're a 'better' player you will see more players as bad ( as compared to your own view point ) and vice verse. But that's already out of the scope of the given question.

I use long range torps so I can stealth torp if I need to ( very low hp - oneshot ), but if you play very aggressive the short torps are much faster.

That is valid but counteracts the policy of not nerfing premiums. As the owner of quite a lot of them, I am happy about this policy. I hate how my Yubari is not close in playstyle/impact on the game as it had before. I am not crying wolf about it, my Yubari in the game basically meant the enemy CV could forget about my flank as viable place to get his planes near.. flying a squadron bye in mistake would cost him most of his squad, flying right over would mean he would lose all his planes. Now I also don't want the gameplay to be dominated by a couple of very strong ships. Because yes, I hated Gnevny. while it's not that bad. But in comparison, it feels so much worse. But much of the playstyle would remain the same, you forfaith stealth firing and torping capabilities but your guns still citadel cruisers showing broadside. Crapayev isn't something I look forward to playing either. Mogami is nothing like Atago. Both of this I agree on, I sold my Mogami after the captain skill changes. But, they are mostly still balanced, the Mogami/Kiev/Crapeyev I mean, in comparison with the other ships in their tier. It's just very obvious if I, who if I would say so myself is not a bad player, would not be able to compete with Esa's Gremmy performance. Even while I understand a lot of the decisions he makes during a battle, he just makes them quicker, more consistent and just 'better' then I can using the same ship. Overall the ship has good performance, but it's not an 'easy to play' ship even with the stealth fire capability and useable torps, it has a quite high skill ceiling ( something I can't even see from where I'm at ). -
Premium account + 20% flag off course. But still, I find my Molotov hard to perform well in, I would take my Sims as money maker over Molotov any day of the week. Though ofc, Atago/Tirpitz and Mikael Kutozov are probably going to earn you more credits, because tier VIII premiums have higher coefficients. So the question would be, is Sims worth the real word investment if only used as a credit maker ( in comparison with a tier 8's initial purchase price and higher income thereafter )?

Ow no, I am telling people it still isn't pay2win ;) ^^ this. -
I have to admit I have reached Iowa without ever getting a Bastion game, the likeliness of getting that mode seems to low if WG expects sizeable amount of feedback on it.

Didn't we already have a thread for this subject? Ow wait, we did -> http://forum.worldofwarships.eu/index.php?/topic/54068-25x-captain-xp-mission-on-hold/page__fromsearch__1

Yubari and Sims back on sale in Premium Shop

Ahh, the myths propagated by those who don't own or every played one Seriously, I seen people perform like rubish in Gremlin's, it's as Esa said previously a ship with a high skill ceiling ( and not even that low skill floor, not with the slow turret rotation ). . -
Atlanta has been buffed, the turrets have more hp don't they?

Classes are irrelevant, only nationality is. -
I feel like slapping certain people in the face with a wet trout. Especially since using actual arguments on them is useless. But there ends my contribution to this thread, which btw in my opinion has no place here at all. Nice to read political statements, blaming Merkel and 'immigrants', can I please slap you with a wet trout in the face? This isn't a physical threat btw, before some dweeb get's the wrong impression, it's just an expression aimed at showing dislike. UK voted out, I say good for them. I feel sorry for the smart and young people in the country who actually accept nationalism isn't going to get them anywhere. The world is evolving, going back from the EU to independent European states and still thinking you can 'compete' with NA, RU, ASIA and EU economic blocks, good luck with that. Also, the entire campaign was based on lies about funding, about lies about immigration and as I been told, by old folks being proud they 'England has ruled itself for a thousand years'

Stat's don't always work ( if Aslain is just using Monstofill's code base... ), not sure why might be server query limit..

Have you played USN DD's before? If not, it's hard to predict if you'll like the Sims. It has quite mortar like shell arcs but if you get close enough do make the dpm actually count it's pretty awesome. In 'standard' matches Sims sometimes feels quite frustrating, you can't outspot enemy IJN DD's and you can't push towards them if they have proper cruiser support ( eg when their escorts/support is better then yours ). In domination games, where you can contest caps and enemy's are forced closer to you, you're a far bigger threat. Also, Sims can mount defensive AAA.

Since this is random and in the long run evens out for everyone, yes it's fair. Is it always enjoyable, no it isn't. But that wasn't the question, right

WG admitted to soft stats manipulation, I think Ev1n will like that post a lot. Thanks for the laugh

Which forum members have you seen in random battles?

I own a Type and a Gremlin so maybe I'm the wrong guy to argue.. Gremmy wasn't nerved like the other VMF DD's, that is why she is considered to strong. Frankly, the ship with the wrong captain is still not that good, it's not pay2win ( I admit Type59 when it was released, with no gold ammo for silver , was actually broken ). And both are no longer sold, their impact overall on players is minimal therefore, and nerfing premiums costs them more in the long run. It's the same with Imperator Nicolai I, only tier 4 which meets tier VI with a reason ( and still boasts impressive statistical performance ). Not available, only small number of players have them and their impact is limited. WoT is still doing fine with Type59 in game ( though it's no where near as stronk as in her first days ;) guess that might be something to mention as well when you bring up the Type59 ).
