You still said directly; "you must be at least decent" which is claiming that all Flint owners are at least decent players and this is still wrong. Teob_vg did not speak in such absolutes and that is why he is right and you're not <hint> sorry, auti here so the world is quite black and white </hint>

Channel still up and running ofc course, just join it when you start your game and add it to your favourites

Wait, so is your 50% skill insufficient or do you have generally bad luck? That 25% is from World of Tanks and indicates the range in which penetration can vary. In WoWs, there is no RNG in penetration potential, it's always the same for the same impact trajectory. The only time a bit of RNG is used is to determine normalization angle when the shell hits armor layers, and the impact of this is almost negligible to my knowledge. And ofc as you say, when you press fire and RNGezus decides to send your shells all short of that water line you so perfectly lined up on

Link to EU news article? PS chat violations don't lead to account bans, they lead to chat bans. Giving away location of enemy != chat rule violation but gameplay violation.

t10 games are sub-par compared to lower tiers - issues
mtm78 replied to viceadmiral123's topic in General Discussion
Ow horsecrap, go around the forum and go quote everyone who says playing tier IV to VIII is more fun ( and people have more fun when they perform to their own expectations ). Now, if you just wanted to grab your chance and point out I'm a sealclubber, you didn't need to bother -> -
Don't whine about idiots like that, they should just get banned for their behavior. No need to dumb the game down to the point where IDIOTS can safely torp from second line like real scrubs. If they remove friendly fire I am out of this game, I don't want to play with babies and cowards who can't play the game as it should be played. And using idiots who grieve as an excuse to dumb down the game so 'people without a functioning brain(stem)' can also play this game and not be bothered by having to only torp from ahead of allies, nope sorry that won't do. Ban the grieving perps and that is it. Anything else and imo you're either one of those who should be banned or one of those who actually just want to torp like cowards.

Just a very quick heads up, there will be a basic cruiser course given tonight at 19:30 - 20:00 starting time ( GMT+1 .. ), Members but also forum people can show up, the more the merrier.

If you followed the news they are doing 'something' with the team damage tracking system. Weekly bans are handed out to repeat offenders, manually. There is talk about the system getting more automated and 'swift'. No one here disagrees that it is not done to shoot people who don't do what you want them to do The answers you've gotten so far were a response to your own posts, you kinda looked like a kid throwing a temper tantrum Just edit the first post, it's not worth it trust me. WG might even ban those people ( for a certain time period ), but you will never directly know. It's against privacy policy to disclose that information with you and you know that I bet. Just cool off, if this happened often to you you wouldn't make a thread like this about it so since it doesn't why not just take a step back? Then maybe tomorrow or the day after, try your luck again? I took/take breaks now and then as well to preserve what is left from my sanity ;)
-
But if you really want to help, if you're both capable enough as well as having a profound lack of sanity, and you got nothing better to do, you can always join: the ST team

Enough to get in a cap and smoke, or at least attempt to get in the cap and deploy smoke? I mean, I try to contest caps in Blyskawica when needed ( and when I got support, especially if I know I got support! ). That doesn't matter much though, OP has already said he will leave since no admin will punish the people he wants punished
-
You can't set rewards to nothing for following battles, you could however punish leaving harshly, like removing experience from the ship in question But, on a serious note, people sometimes leave battles. If my kid falls and is crying, it better be one heck of a match for me to tell him to suck it up since daddy is playing a computer game edit: wrong smiley on the second sentence
-
^ explains it for me I guess

If he left the battle, did the system track it as such? ( aka did he get 0 xp? ). If so, the system should be changed so that if you exit a battle while still alive and you try to start a new one a message would appear: Captain, it seems your sailors on your 'previous ship name' are fighting courageously and have not yet been sunk. As their captain they find it unacceptable you abandoned your post and as such you been court-martial for cowardice and gross neglect of duty. The penalty is a firing squad, but since WG is low on Spetnaz you can only play tier 1 ships for the next hour. Or do you want the firing squad -_- edit: also no naming and shaming

Which forum members have you seen in random battles?
mtm78 replied to Cobra6's topic in General Discussion
There is no Imperator Nicolai I on your screenshot ;) -
Basically that, no naming and shaming, tough luck meeting those players, the automated system tracks team damage and so on. That OP thinks 'it's not enough' well... nice to know he doesn't find it enough, doesn't change anything. The amount of buthurt does not influence the severity of the penalty. Also, Hatsuharu has good concealment, what DD's were there on the enemy team? Shooting allies is bad, don't get me wrong, that is why we got the automated system thank god
-
I don't object to that at all, but only against the 'facT' that 'all rank 1 players are by definition good players' edit: idk why I wrote 'face' instead of fact
-
Then you should still know from playing HE spewing cruisers yourself
-
Well how many times did you get Fireproof in Nicolai? Imperator and Izumo are the BB's with the least superstructure ( harder to hit with HE and put on fire ).
-
You can counter that mechanically with having the repair spots only work for any particular ship once, or make it time limited / based ( didn't they do it in WoT that way? ). Funny btw, I was thinking slow BB's would have the least benefit since getting to the repair 'zone' for them is much harder then for a stealth DD for instance

I was really baffled as to why they didn't want to fight, I mean they did press the battle button but they wanted to avoid actual battles -
Tbh, they did so in WoT during that special game mode I never played... ( repair spots I mean )
-
Nicolai has no superstructure, it's not that easy to get it burning properly

Discussion thread for "some interesting info around the world"
mtm78 replied to Deamon93's topic in General Discussion
I played plenty of Umikaze games, yes if you position yourself badly it's dangerous with those slow 8km torpedos but still I never went pink in Umikaze ever. If you read my previous post I was quite clearly asking where the 'damage threshold' would be, after going pink without a doubt but is it at the exact same time you would now get 100% reflected damage? Makes the most sense if they issue ban's from there on, which would not influence anyone who isn't deserving of a stricter sanction. -
t10 games are sub-par compared to lower tiers - issues
mtm78 replied to viceadmiral123's topic in General Discussion
One of your clan members is quite keen on proving different with his Gearing As to topic: I don't play much high tier games because the switch from tier V - VIII to tier X and IX is quite big and it hurts my performance. I feel like I should only play top tier in divisions and not solo, if I want to have some confidence in what my team will do. Tier X is very much waiting for the enemy team to wrongfully commit in my experience, as the early aggressor is much more focused down then on the lower tiers. You can't blame that on mechanics, it's just that players seem to finally understand that focus fire kills ships, and dead ships don't shoot back. Go back to tier V - VIII and you will sometimes be able to stay alive a whole match with just a couple of hundred hp left. This is imo what makes the games feel passive: if you commit but you do so wrongly ( bad position or team composition to push at that location ) you pay for it much more than on lower tiers. Even addition of heal for cruisers doesn't fix this, nor do I think I know a 'fix'. Mostly because I don't know if it's actually 'broken'.
