No one but WG knows them, all we have is certain PN's where some of the individual ships internal multipliers were changed from previous values. I don't think WG will give out the raw value as they might indicate that certain lines/ships are not 'competitive' without having internal multipliers giving them a boost in XP earnings.

So.. did you raise a ticket and included the needed report? What did support say to prompt you to call out fellow Greek's about possible connection issues? ps. asking in general about connection issues is just showing a lack of understanding how tcp/ip ( aka 'the internet' ) works.

Absolutely not, because of internal XP multipliers. Take a Sims game and a Blys game and have them do the exact same kind of actions -> Sims will get more XP.

'Light' trolling they should shrug off, sarcasm should be taken with a pinch of salt, and hidden and open hostility needs to be addressed conform the forum rules WG themselves set out. If you think the ratio of posts where WG is being slandered is too high ( and frankly I kind of agree with you there, hence me previously pretty often coming to their defense... which had nothing to do with being in ST as I will keep doing this if I think someone is going to far ), you're basically not complaining about the community but about the moderation. This happens when people don't feel they are being taken serious, they have no other cause of action from that point on other than either assuming WG will not listen anyway and troll them 'because they are doing it wrong', or they can choose to remain silent. Or well, that's a bit of how I would see my options, but I'm not 100% neuro-typical so I will assume others might be more capable to deal with disappointment after disappointment without turning cynical. Just like the announcement of the new 'test' of the Q&A format, on NA and REDDIT but not on EU. And that while WG EU knows very well that the lack of an active Q&A's is one of major gripes in EU community, it boggles my mind how they could have decided to not include EU here. As Admiral_Noodle has said; WG, please show some effort, pick ONE thing and 'fix it'. Fix it so that the community will eventually tell you: you know what WG, you actually did good here! Because I have trust that this community would do that if they see the effort ( and results ). And yes, this one thing should be the Q&A, get that rolling and make it as 'open' as in other regions with the same quality of responses. Don't make me laugh. We roll our eyes at people who demand Warspite should be a tier 5, yeah so what? We post popcorn meme's if people make statements like BB's being underpowered, so what? You expect us to constantly respond to those troll posts ( remember: look at how many of these topics are made by accounts we NEVER hear from again... and don't come with the false excuse this is because 'we' scared them away or I will have to roll my eyes at you as well ), in all seriousness and giving the same factual arguments over and over and over and over? Your analogy is btw flawed, because when people ask 'How should I play the Warspite?' they WILL get normal answers. So how is the behavior of the community in dealing with some of it's internal elements a justification of WG's lack of interaction? There been legit questions asked to WG, shouldn't they respond to it? Or should they sulck in a corner and complain about 'toxic community' just like some special snowflakes on this forum who seem to expect that we as community need to be civil when people make topic in all caps demanding fires to be nerved because it burns their BB's, only to ignore all the facts and never reply to them except if someone posts something which they could interpret as being agreed upon? There is no toxic community in WoWs, even the poster with signature's promoting Elitism ( you know who you are ) sometimes makes valid points in his posts, and many people seem to be able to look at the actual CONTENT past the one who is posting it ( should be many + 1 but ok.. ;) ). The people claiming toxic community are usually the one's which are biased and/or unknowledgable and therefore making statements which shouldn't be taken serious, so they got the lid on their nose as they should. Yes that includes popcorn meme's to offset the horror of having to read the incredibly stupid things they sometimes post. And no, we can't choose to ignore them, this forum is where WG get's it's alleged feedback from, so we can't let those incredibly stupid people influence WG to much, what if WG suddenly thinks that Warspite should indeed be a tier 5.. what if they suddenly think BB's need to be catered to more ( -> .... ).

Next you'll be asking for buffs to BBabies and nerfs to CA's right BB's do more damage, live longer and are way to powerful / popular already. When this was the case with Shimakaze, we got over the top nerfs to make her less popular, but WG is to scared to touch the BBabies in the wrong way so we got nothing thus far. Instead, we get more QQ BBabies whining and making ridiculous statements trying to make the game even ffin easier for them.

Removing concealment in favor of faster rudder shift is removing tactical ability to disengage from unfavorable engagements. Faster rudder shift means you pray to RNGezus that the guy you're evading isn't a total potato who would have missed if you sailed in a straight line. I don't see how the latter could be preferred over the former especially from good players ( who generally HATE rng ). It might be personal, I like the concealment play. The problems you're raising are due to the overabundance of BB's, limit them to 4 per side and CA's don't need to 'dodge quicker' to be viable.

This thread was a success on other forums/games because the people who were allowed to answer question MUST not be 'experienced' but GOOD players. Someone with 10k games is experienced, but I rather have questions answered from people with 2k games and 20% higher win rate. Also, sorry but this thread would not be easier to navigate and find answers UNLESS you add an index to your OP and add in any questions and answers. Are you going to do that? If not, this thread would be a waste and specific questions should be better of in their own threads ( in their specific subforums if needed ). edit: if you're going to do this, I will ask a moderator to remove my post to keep your thread clean

Even while I can understand the sentiment, this is off course bs If people are 'not nice' to them, they need to shrug it off. If people break rules, they need to be sanctioned. You can't hide behind: 'they are not being nice to me', this isn't kindergarten. You got your job cut out for you then ;)

There were some FB only contest I think in the past, but I am not complaining about those, if it makes sure WoWs reacher a broader audience then it's for a good cause! But I do recall being flustered when I heard about it in game, as nothing about it was posted on the forums ( and while reaching more people is great, the people already playing/visiting the forum are equally important ). Atmosphere -> if indeed I am right and most of the discomfort is due to either lack of (timely) information or engagement from CM's, the answer is obviously more interaction. The live stream participation is very nice, but for the forum doesn't bring anything since no one is making notes and putting them on the forums ( except when it's a RU stream and we get the digest from getfun's through the RU Q&A thread ). Maybe getting someone to make the q&a from those streams into forum content would be a small step in the right direction? And ofc, get the actual Q&A running with the same quality of answers as on the other regions ( we had questions which 'could not be answered' here on EU, but which gotten an answer on RU ).

To me it seems Cherry2Blost's complaints are more about the actual atmosphere ( friendly replies to even 'stupid' questions/topics ) then about the flow of information, which is what I've gotten from most of the other people as being the main source of discomfort. They are related though, as the general atmosphere on EU forum would improve a lot if community felt more engaged in the development/specials/events. I don't think the portal should take precedence over the forums, but that's personal I guess ( just as I don't like FB or other social media being a 'prime source' for news over the forums ). ps. something really strange, my multiquote button is missing but only in this thread and only on posts below MrConways

Any individual will have his / her own perks and downsides, you can not expect 100% unbiased people unless you're in a court of law and even there.. Just curious what you have in mind with 'advisors'? A liaison is not an advisor but a pass-through of information, and seeing how the inquiry is more for information than 'advice' I would think a liaison is more what you're looking for or am I wrong? If not, liaison's can only fix the information flow if it's supported from the top down.

I remember Cham being guest on some community contributors live stream and people actually asking about ST stuff and him answering to the best of his abilities ( but NDA prohibits giving info about actual development ), most people I spoke to afterwards really liked that.
