No but so what? The first week after Tirpitz I also didn't take cruisers. That's just the release schedule. It will take time to settle down, and only then we can judge how Belfast 'changed the game'. Btw, 3 per side? Do I need to post 12v12 tirpitz screenshots?

I didn't bring it up, poster above me did ;) Yorck is a CA, it works quite well as long range HE spammer ( got me very decent results.. ). Shchors, I expect it to be much more reliable a damage dealer, but yes it lacks the utility.

I find it hard to play my DD's without the minimap mod yes I benefit greatly from it with my cruisers even I guess that makes me a bad person right, using a mod which makes me feel more comfortable while playing, even while the mod was also there for WoT and behold, it's now in the client. The same will happen eventually in WoWs I am quite sure, and until then WG has made it available in an OFFICIAL modpack. Yeah, I'm obviously a terrible person for using something from that OFFICIAL modpack. Skill questions aside, we can go compare epeen in a training room if you really think it matters, the mods are officially sanctioned and you can choose to not use them but that does not give you moral high ground over anyone who doesn't share your views. edit: Btw, just for some perspective: my monitor died, I had to go back to my very old setup ( lower res ). The difficulty I have with aiming at fast moving ships is quite noticeable, I have to zoom out one step more to keep the ship on screen but at that zoom level judging ship course changes and even shell impacts becomes a little bit harder. Going back to my 'normal' resolution would give me noticeable higher hit ratio I am 200% sure. So people with higher resolution monitors then me are all cheating! /sarcasm

Then install it yourselves Free world, WG supports mods, always have and always will. Deal with it.

I will defend any mod in the modpack from those who make claims that those use them are cheating ( or even morally wrong ). You can call it 3rd party all you want, it's WG's ( you know what those letters stand for right? ) official modpack. That's no longer 3rd party 'friend'. And if the game is so 'dumb' why the heck are you not better then me?

WG usually does not give a green light for CC's unless the ship(s) are final. I fully expect them to release as is. Agreed on the CCT's deserving more respect then given here by some people. I only ask WG to please lower the costs for the ship by the same amount as this hype building has caused wear and tear on my F5 key refreshing premium shop ;)

Stealth fire is <3, hope WG never removes it from the game Also, LWM's review offered also a viewpoint which stated the ship did not deliver the damage he was expecting, maybe the effective DPM will be less than most people seem to expect after seeing Flamu's video's. It really sounds like this ship is hard countered by CA's ( armor getting overmatched by 8 inch guns ) as well.

o, what is stopping you from using officially sanctioned modifications? Moral high ground? Don't make me laugh ;) It changes zoom but it doesn't change dispersion, it's actually more useful to be able to zoom OUT further then to zoom in further then vanilla allows.

Personally I for see mainly complaints from people being rushed down because they over extended and smoked up without enough support to keep the enemy from pushing them out.

Wait... you mean 'Gameplay' isn't the new 'General Discussion'? trolling aside, guides like the tier 8 - 10 IJN BB guide's seem quite hard to find even for regular forum users ( I had to point it out to one of my former ST collegues ).

There is no drag and drop, it's a step by step installer which does all the copy and paste stuff itself after you selected the mods and options you want to use.

Days? Come on give them some credit, it will be a couple of hours after release before we see the first: "omg this ship is so useless" threads pop up.

Who cares about 'other game XYZ'? Is it relevant, and if so, how?

WG already said one of the reasons of the modpack is that they don't want to or can't include all the options in the vanilla client ( our settings menu could already use some 'cleaning' and more tab groups or something ).

No mention of Katawa Shoujo makes me sad
