I don't think you should read that as you're presenting it, but I guess it's open to interpretation. Mine is that he thinks that the mission is ok, and the other servers actually have to easy missions. Which is not saying he wants others to be treated worse, he just wants them to be treated equal to us. Isn't that the same as those who ask for lower requirements for EU, because others have it 'easier'? It's not fun. I have a 33% win rate today so far, playing only tier 9 and 10. That's not really fun, but last time I had 70% and I think my results will go up in time again and if I'm winning it means I'm not doing stupid stuff ( which makes me sad as doing stupid stuff get's me killed ). I don't think this is a 'long term' thing, they might want to check some demographics from current contest and use it in upcoming marketing decisions. I also don't think it harms the population so it's abit of a 'meh' kind of situation for me. Also, I got hundreds off those -20% flags, I never needed to use them since I play so much 'low tier', this is a chance to make use of them Look for a lot of things like prices and such I do think they should be in relation with international currency value's, but content for missions is most likely based on server demographics ( and what WG wants to 'change' there ). As long as the missions are reasonable, I don't want them to be equal for both NA and EU markets because those markets are vastly different. That being said, I don't want to be milk cow either so things like prizes and bundles were a real issue. But this mission, imo, not so much.

So they are giving free copies of one of the most competitive tier 8 cruisers which is normally only available for money ( with some disadvantages like cammo and captain training ), but they can't try and push you into premium content ( even for the duration it would take you to take those 50 wins if needed? ). Basically the mission setup is so that most people who have invested into the game will be able to finish it with some minor effort to getting the wins themselves, or that's how I read it. And I don't have an issue with that idea.

It's a free tier 8 CA with the exact game in game utility other than captain training and credit generation, as one of the most used CA's in competitive play. And you only need to win 50 games, in two months. Sorry, but I actually don't think it's disgusting, it's pretty good in my book. If you don't have tier 9 or higher, chances are you don't 'need' a tier 8 CA anyway. If you don't play tier 9 or higher on average ( like me! ), it's an incentive to play some more high tier games. Yes, high tier games push more people to premium content ( premium account / premium ships for credit grinding ), so what? I don't see the big 'disgusting' issue here.

Do Not Ever Use Long Range Torpedoes. They are worthless due to detection ranges. 12km torps are most universal choice on Kagero imo.

Yeah I don't mind Takao in fact I like that WG included the iconic ARP ship in WoWs even while it's a carbon copy of one of their ( probably ) best money makers ( Tirpitz sold more though I am sure ). Takao will not make more credits then a regular ship, it won't be able to train IJN captains either. Yes it's a strong ship but if you bought Atago just because it's strong you bought it for the wrong reason. Infact, back in the day, Mogami with 155 was far superior imo to Atago ( Atago was already good, but Mogami was godlike ). So they nerved Mogami to death, gave a heal to add to the already good Atago, and now we have one of the most used cruisers in competitive play. Doesn't mean others can't have a just as strong ship as part of a collaboration issue, especially as all the 'real' reasons people should buy premiums are not being given for free.

Takao tier 8, you need tier 9+ ship for the mission. For an Yamato class, that would be Halloween event ships ( as they are tier XI's )

Pff come on I bought Atago day she came out ( was fun, 12v12 Atago's ). And I still think it's fine to give ARP Takao for free, because it's ARP content and it's not cutting into premium sales. You can't use Takao for all the things premiums should be about. Try training IJN captain with Takao, or grinding credits as well as with a premium. It won't work ;)
