This. Which makes OP wrong, it's not CV's which were at fault, it was more likely the person playing it on your team. And perhaps MM putting you with two strike CV's vs two AS Saipan's or something, in which your cv's were left without planes after a couple of minutes On the other hand, I totally feel his pain: it sucks not being able to play well yourself because your team is full off people who are more interested in snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. So please WG, next time put those people on the enemy team plox

Yeah I won't reply any further, in fact I am thinking this whole side tracking will just lead to mods showing up and iirc it's even against forum rules to go into these discussions here I guess I should edit my post just to be sure

Discussion thread for "some interesting info around the world"
mtm78 replied to Deamon93's topic in General Discussion
Good point, it wouldn't be totally useless information but it's already confirmed in the other thread that the skill shows a vector to the nearest enemy, not his direction on travel -
You're correct, my comments are assuming things which are currently still quite unclear. But my experience has taught me it's very important EXACTLY in these stages of leaks/development to make strong statements about them as if it's further down the development path it's harder to affect changes

There is a plethora of situations where it would be game breaking ( eg > very useful ). Some would be, in no particular order: 1. torping into smoke ( since you mentioned it ) 2. removing stealth as gameplay factor. 2 is the important thing here, and it is not a singular 'fault' but just an overall gameplay mechanic based 'misplay' from WG. Then again, I know some there would like concealment to not be part of the game as it makes it harder for crying BBabies to play this game.

Sorry, I thought it was an imo obvious pun, no I shouldn't have any more buns in the oven at this very moment, and if I did, I'm the one who delivers to the dough I don't bake them myselves

As above -> I don't think of any kind of ideologie when playing German tanks or ships in games, I think about the game or about the ship/tank in question. I'm Dutch, I also have family which undoubtedly suffered from a divisive ideology, but unlike you it seems I am able to differentiate between 'tech' and ideologie. I despise any divisive ideologies, but I can admire a Tiger tank regardless. Or the Scharnhorst, or the Bismarck. Totally unrelated, well if you'd ask me that is edit: made the comment as generic as I can, I don't want to get caught in any specific discussion about whatever kind of ideology but I do want to voice my opinion regarding games and ideologies in general.

Lets talk ¤¤ USS MISSOURI ¤¤ Iowas systership
mtm78 replied to Zerra_Channel's topic in Videos & Streams
Wrong section, should be video's and streams. -
Meh nope, I thought about saying: maybe if there are only two people left alive.. but even then this cry BBaby catering skill is just utterly broken and stupid in concept. Like BBabies need more tools to play this game with one hand doing god knows what else with the other He always makes those ridiculous claims. But hey, his DD experience is mostly limited to Minekaze/Kamikaze R so yeah... don't take his 'opinion' as worth anything, it's not. Go back to your BB's, BBaby. And stop offering anecdotal 'evidence' ( well.... reference... not evidence since it's not even a link to some account ) trying to proof your point. Want me to talk about my not yet born 5th son who has an account and plays BB's in the womb? One kick: press W once, point bow to enemy. One punch: fire guns, kill cruiser. Double punch: hit D couple of times, we're getting within 20km of the enemy! Double punch, manually target that pesky plane squad/DD which stumbles into secondaries range, watch how this high skill action utterly wrecks the enemy.

Very important from Reddit: "Armor models are wrong" response.
mtm78 replied to Leo_Apollo11's topic in General Discussion
I find this amusing but yeah let's not go into it because this thread isn't the place. But if you really think NCal would be able to fight on par with Yamato, please make a new thread it will be .. informative Fully agree here. Look we got an official forum but we rather use REDDIT because... well because reasons -
Ofc even WG can't make it so that the skill is 'cheap' and game breaking, so ok, it's 'expensive' in the way that you throw away other useful perks. But it would still make a certain class/style of playing 100% ineffective against that particular player which does do it. Which can/will lead to situations like RN CL's with a heavily damage saturated enemy BB with almost no HP left -> almost impossible to deal with. Which is just utterly frustrating and imo bad game design. And how about coordination? You only need ONE person in a group to have the skill and he can relay that information to the rest. So not many people having the skill is not enough to not make it broken in concept, imo. edit: I see you're ignoring this post, must mean you're in agreement then, thanks for letting me know common sense prevailed over alcohol

Discussion thread for "some interesting info around the world"
mtm78 replied to Deamon93's topic in General Discussion
Direction of travel of closest enemy would be nonsensical it's totally useless information. -
We would ask you what medication your doctor has prescribed to you as it's probably a bit to strong ( or not strong enough )?
-
The funny part imo is him trying to make it seem that 'RANK'(ed) is actually saying something. I'd rather have myself in my team then that rank six Takao Otherwise, welcome back SBF I like the new avatar

Ye, RN CL's are performing so badly, especially from tier 6 upwards
-
Are there still scripts which can be ran without signing? If not, I don't think the flash interface will have access to the information needed to make a hack for this skill ( and even if it did, it would probably even only allow to have the skill active without having it 'researched'.. I don't think this skill will make a cheat possible revealing everyone's location, because it only works with the closest enemy and the client - server model should isolate this so it can't be used to pinpoint others ). edit: in short -> don't think even a working cheat which makes this skill active regardless of having it 'researched' would come close to 'aim assist' levels of inducing salt in players.

Sorry, Sebastian triggers me easilly when I see him getting credit where none is due Especially when his content is just a rip off from another (good) site. Ship looks 'interesting' but it all depends on the shell distribution. If the grouping is tight enough for six shells it could work, just like Gneisenau with 3x2, in fact I actually like the turret configuration more on this I think.
-
Why do you credit TAP when that image isn't even from his ffin site but from gamesmodel3d?
-
Because they know, WG likes catering to them the most regardless. Seems it's economically sound, the BBabies are seemingly the most important demographic for this game.
-
Keen Intuition - WG catering to the lowest denominators again, the crying BBabies Rest doesn't look bad on first glance... but this catering to BBabies is so.... bleh.

USS Missouri + KMS DDs + KMS Graf Spee preliminary stats (5.15 ST)
mtm78 replied to Darth_Glorious's topic in Destroyers
Sounds like it they want to make it 'personal offer' only or something, if they talk about 'interesting' I'm getting a bit wary -
OP has tier IV cruisers as top tier, 60 games in PvP and makes a 'torpedo soup' thread on forums.

Karma is as useful as a toilet when your name is Seagull and you're telling Lebell you can't be chocked out, that you got a 'thing' you do when people try to choke you. Then Gene Lebell walks to your back, put's you in a choke hold, and you crapyour pants while you pass out. Then you'd wish there was a toilet you went to earlier
