Yes we need more high tier premium BB right now @LWM As to the Katori,,, I have one, won it in a contest. I played a few games in it, I reached a 52% win rate. My St Louis has a 73% win rate and was played a long time ago. Unless you're a collector, the ship is not that interesting. The slow speed limits your ability to influence battles. But, both ships ( St Louis and Katori ) have the same average damage... Katori's gun performance is NOT bad. Not if you can actually aim. The module gives 40% increased accuracy, it's a sniper. And you got really good per shell damage and fire chance. The only reason I have a lower hr on Katori then St Louis is because with Katori you're always shooting from max range, while with St Louis you just charge everything down ( as you're the best BB at tier III... and that in a cruiser ).

So I should buy a premium cammo now for my Kagero and get one for free on the new one. Gun wise, Gremlin is an exact copy of Gnevny. edit: off course not 'exact' in fire chance and concealment, but the AP performance is the same. Leningrad doesn't have worse gun's, just worse gun arcs. Population is against globalism in trade agreements ( in general ), because they fear it puts them at a disadvantage ( employment, social security, health regulations / food processing regulations ), but population in video games want to be treated the same all across the globe. For me, I don't even want the exact same things, as long as it's comparable in effort vs rewards. On the other hand I do acknowledge that the specials are a marketing tool, and as such regional differences are not surprising. But, as a marketing tool, those specials should never cause other regions to feel discriminated against. 400 for all those ships might be the best buy you can get, and I am quite sure I've spend a lot more in buying individual packages over time, the sheer amount of money involved in this one time purchase will put almost everyone off it I am quite sure. Or maybe not, it's aimed at Murican's and that is one strange country considering who they voted for their president
