Now you're just lying, being salty because getting outplayed to often? No WG game gives positional data to clients without that client needing to know it. The 'last spotted location' is not a cheat, it's in the official WoWs modpack and it's now even standard option in WoT. So that's clearly something you're quite wrong about The 'laser mod' works by extending barrels with red 'lasers' showing aim points, and it's a good thing it's banned. It's also not in WoWs ( not that it would be even nearly as 'game breaking' as in WoT ). I've heard about the 'auto lead' bots in WoT, not sure really how effective those are. But thank god, WoWs had an aim assist which worked but WG shut it down by closing of scripting access. 3rd party cheats are very hard to combat, but that's exactly what this detection hopefully is catching. All in all, WoWs is quite the cheat free environment ( unlike WoT ).

And there we go.. Your performance indicates your current understanding of game mechanics, and your knowledge about the game is very much part of the discussion. Some bad players like going through the middle channel right at spawn. They die. They complain. We don't listen to those complaints because they are bad players. Not saying you're such a baddie, but you certainly don't need to tell me how to play this game lol that would be hilarious You're the one talking about generic 'how to play DD' and only then you start with making it specific to YOU instead of generic for everyone. Now that would be quite hard, as if you're useful to your team why don't you win more games? Then specify that in your replies instead of making them sound generic. ps. breaking into lines is seen as highly argumentative, the mods don't like it. But if you must, please continue.
-
Since you decided to make it specific, nice for your IJN DD's. You're saying WG should remove AAA consumable from high tier USN DD's ( yeah they can actually help allies if they want to to disrupt drops at the expense of a speed boost ). Also, I don't think your IJN DD actual PERFORMANCE is giving you the opportunity to tell me much about how to play those as well ;) WG is removing longer range torps slowly I know, but there are still some usable 12km torps so it's pretty easy to conceive situations where blue on blue would be possible. And I would take the risk myself, I have taken the risk myself. But I then don't complain about the consequences ( except for on teamspeak ).

There are plenty of games where you need to support your team from closer by and you're not solely responsible for spotting and capping.
-
Just to give a clear and very simple answer: it's working as intended, no bug no cheat If it's totally 'working' however ...
-
Will you ask the experts for the winning lottery numbers next? This thread has a purpose. I think that purpose been lost a bit right now
-
If your torps are max 12km or so then being on the blue line prevents those A -- B ------------------ C cases? The map is a square, doesn't mean battles are fought in straight lines all the time.
-
Which forum members have you seen in random battles?
mtm78 replied to Cobra6's topic in General Discussion
Capping OP, only did 40k dmg with some random torps on some other RN CL's and since I was the only one which capped any points from my team I still got top XP I did feel a bit cheated though, I kinda wanted to lose because imo my team didn't really do enough to win. Guess they actually did, just no in the way I would have wanted them -
Does this not mostly cover that then? Off course we end endlessly argue about any arbitrary scenario.
-
Darn freudian slips don't you agree

Blue on blue should never be justified 'for the higher cause' by the one's executing it. It's very hard to be 100% objective in cases where you're probably about to die, and perhaps you will feel inclined that the risk of blue on blue is low enough to not outweigh the possibility of you not dying. But I doubt the other guy feels the same Now the question is: rules are generic, that is why there are so many: some rules overrule other rules. Especially with more sides being involved. That is why in this case it's WG who can decide what is what. And they decided that any friendly damage is considered intentional 'for simplicity sake'. And that's imo the best ( only ) way forward.
-
Only read OP so sorry if it's been said and I fully expect it has.... OP, they are YOUR TORPS SO YOU'RE FULLY DESERVING YOUR TEAMKILLER STATUS. Period. No discussion possible. Learn some situational awareness before endangering your allies with your 'friendly' torpedo's. As long as you're not on voice coms with the guy in front, you can't expect them to know what you're doing. Even if you say it in chat, you don't know 100% if he/she speaks English ( they should ofc but that's another issue ). And even IF you're on voice coms, you don't just say: ow crap, please don't turn.. ( sorry man, I should have said: don't turn right I launched fishes because I thought you would be dead by now anyway ).

Due to containers and selling some turds, even after rebuying IJN DD line before the split, I got no need for a port slut at the expense of these levels off frustration.

I would post this under Video's and Streams not 'Other' as you will get more traffic there. As to your stream, above comment about skill is important yes, but large part of community is actually rather average so perhaps entertainment value isn't always visible in win ratio

Add an Option to Disable Invites to Divisions from Players you dont know

AFAIK also applicable concerning garage invites. -
Actually 'lemming trains' work in WoWs as long as they don't go on wild goose hunts but focus on the caps.

mtm78 replied to DeletedUser's topic in Archive
I always enjoy some from people with hidden accounts. BUT,,, he has a point. In WoT you can disable invites from people not on your contact list, why can't we have the same? -
These posts would be so much easier if they included the actual hardware specs
-
What a biased poll, how about: keep them as is ( line ), buff the real turds ( tier 4 + 5 ) and fix damage saturation so it bleeds over ( fixes 'immunity' of very low hp ships ). But hey, I get it, no interest in anything which doesn't reinforce one's own idea's right
-
You were in the navy and you can't phantom what the abbreviation BB means? How about CA? CL? DD? Your credibility is going down the drain..
-
Just because it looks ambiguous: freedom of speech is NOT just to criticize the government, it's also to openly debate anything between anyone as long as no other laws are being broken. These laws can entail rules against personal insults ( though sarcasm as an art form falls under free speech in almost all civilized countries ). It's more freedom of expression then true freedom off speech, at least in OP's mind as he thinks freedom of speech means you can just say anything and freedom of expression just leaves free the form in which you express your views ( governed by other laws if needed ).
-
Not just DD's, turn into torpedo bombers and they might not arm either Either way, OP is clearly ( seeing his other likewise thread ) on his way to a deserved account ban if he keeps his current attitude. I wouldn't waste to much time trying to tell him thing ( he can find using a forum search ).
-
I look forward to your permanent account ban. With your attitude, you will get there shortly.
-
So drop the attitude and start to listen, or just admit this isn't the game for you and move on?

LOL... I <3 it when some real life newby comes to a video game and think he knows jack all about it because it correlates with whatever crap occupation said person has done in the past. Only to find out their whole 'real life' experience luggage is frigging useless in an arcade game. People were giving this guy normal advice and he act like the typical BBaby crying about arming distance and 'realism'
