I don't know who actually defended having SoDak exclusive, I don't think anyone actually claimed or said anything like that. Afaik people were stating that Alabama as a ship shouldn't be an issue ( and frankly, for me it isn't as I said above ). But the class, no one in their right mind would ever think that giving ST access to SoDaK exclusively would be 'acceptable' with the community.

Are you thick headed or just .... well I can't say that here without getting edited anyway.... I said WG would not model SoDaK for just ST as you kept claiming. And they never planned on that, SoDak will be in the tech tree after the split ( which you kept ignoring ). And yes, I expected Massachusetts to be the premium, and yes I think WG changed their mind because of all the complaints and now will release the premium under the Alabama name. But that's just how they want to call it, doesn't change one bit about them ALWAYS having planned to release a regular SoDaK premium.

Yeah I'm glad DSM V lost all those 'sub categories' for ASD as well, labels are not useful in mental health care imo. People had so many issues because they wouldn't 'fit' in a particular category, it's ridiculous.

I don't think they planned on selling Alabama no, you're right. But Massachusetts or one of the other SoDak's as premium and as tech tree ship were a 100% guarantee. I also would have been 100% cool with that, especially since I don't have any emotional bond with either of them I just feel it's more fair if a ship class ( emphasis on class ) is available for everyone. But I can understand other might have a bond with the ship so in the end WG made the right call.

We lost, my BB's were at the 10 line while I was trying to secure center cap which is hard with a Blys without CE against their DD's with support, I killed their last DD'just before the match ended but couldn't secure the center and the A cap before they hit 1000 points. Also, I don't see how you think my job is 'killing the enemy DD's' when without CE and especially alone in center of the map against enemy DD's with supporting cruisers. Our Kagero did a good job, he tried contesting A and did quite well there ( without much support he delayed a lot of enemies there! ). I capped C at the start of the match, then I had to leave because I was greatly outnumbered since my team went for a large part behind the islands at C where they couldn't impact the game at all ( and then continued chasing some ship down the 10 line, when I was constantly telling them to come to center and help contest the cap's as we were losing on points hard. Either way, the actual only point is: we had two bottom tier AFK people. WG should take harsher measures against those people as they ruined my chances of winning, even while I played a decent game ( not good or exceptional, but pretty decent ). With two more ships in the team ( it was 10 vs 12, enemy Amagi was at least trying to have an impact even while he was a terrible player ) the chances of my team winning would have been much higher. Ur right about the Iowa though, which is why I feel it's even more frustrated that we had two bottom tiers saying: "screw you guys I'm going home" just because they were bottom tier. I actually think, since you correctly point out the MM wasn't even 'bad', the penalty for those two people who didn't want to play should be even harsher?

This tier is to hard for me to keep voting. Tier 7 has way to many fun and good ships I just can't downvote any of the one's I actually have experience with. People calling it a 'Pepsi with a bit more armor'

Yes that will work, just install Aslain's first as the installer cleans res_mods.

The range on the Bastion's gun's are limited, so yes your own BB's and CA's should suppress them from range or risk severe retaliatory damage. Once they are suppressed though they should push in and support the DD's trying to cap.

I don't think you should be playing tier 5-6, I think you should be playing any tier you want to play. If that's 5, then it's 5, but that means WG is shafting your MM in favor of newer players. So instead of moving up to 7, drop down to 4? Also, I don't think you're a bad player, I think you should be able to feel comfortable playing tier 7. And I am willing to try and help you with that if you want, just drop bye the Forumites chat channel in game and if I'm there we'll division up for some tier 7 games. Maybe I can give you some pointers, and even if not we probably will have some fun and win some matches together! I know some people from your clan, as in I seen them play at the higher tiers, and they are definitely not all bad ( despite the clan tag ). I do hope you're playing in division with them, as it's both more fun and a lot easier with some other capable people on voice com so you can support eachother.

Well OP hasn't been exactly honest I think, as 7 day bans are NOT handed out for mere chat violations. So maybe his guilt is actually justified.

Well 99% of the people then just need to be able to READ the chat, and have no need to actually say anything edit: just before heads start to turn, there is almost always some sarcasm in my posts ;) It's closer to 90% then 99%

This is true. And 'advice' can be given with a simple map ping. But you should be able to differentiate between 'all chat' , 'team chat' and 'division chat', not to mention port chat ( wouldn't want to miss out on the Forumites channel for instance ).

No complex ptsd is a form of ptsd which is not caused by a single traumatic event ( but rather prolonged exposure to traumatic events ). It's a lot harder to deal with, I had emdr in the past it didn't help ( in fact it severely backfired due to lacking follow up ), I am on a waiting list again though but it's very important I'm stable enough before starting.

PTSD is I know that, but complex PTSD afaik wasn't accepted yet as an official diagnose. And yeah my ex man... without her we would have world peace!

I don't even think it's possible to get banned for insults. Never heard of it before. Even people who made the foulest of remarks only get chat bans afaik. Now if you threaten people in chat, that will get you more then a chat ban. But OP said he just used 'foul language'.
