  1. Yeah most of my 300+ battles with her been before the recent MM changes and I have a pretty decent performance still The only better BB I got is ... Arkansas Beta And that was when there WERE still CV's around. Sure you don't shoot down planes but considering how many potato CV's there were they usually either ignored me after their first drop scored a single torpedo hit, or they tried to kill me for most of the match allowing my team to win anyway. Btw... did you just really say that the IN isn't stronk...

And I agree party, no tier 4 should see tier 6, with one exception. In fact, it was the only tier 4 BB which COULD ever face tier 6 until they give every tier 4 BB a +-1 MM. Yes, I'm talking about Imperator ofc edit: it wouldn't proof anything btw, as you say matches aren't 1v1 but just for shits and giggles it might be fun right
  3. Power creep yes partly ( esp with Atlanta since the introduction of Belfast ) but not that much MM ( but to prevent going in circles let's agree to disagree ). Ikr, I wouldn't mind facing lots and lots of tier 8 BB's with her ( except Bisq with her hydro torpedobeat rudder and turning circle ). Guess that's why I didn't mind taking Umikaze to tier 7 or 8 battles either
  4. I know they are struggling but then been doing so since they were introduced and yet you still bought them. That's why I posted, you're complaining about them in a MM topic while the issue with them hasn't gotten much to do with MM itself.

    Nah it was the quote you replied to, I didn't think of anything myself ( ) We already have equipment if the BBabies want more torpedo detection ranges.... and by god if something like that would make it into the game and they don't buff IJN torpedo's acquisition ranges in comparison with high tier USN...

    Live, you just said it would be 'not game breaking' if some BBabies had an continuous assured torpedo acquisition range of 5km+ and you're still arguing that would be ok? I was hoping you just made a typo, or even a temporary lapse in sanity Please clarify you don't want a captain skill which would work as a permanent hydro.... since you don't... do you?

  8. I'm not a pony ( nor a unicum ) But now at least you're saying that for those tier 7's the issue isn't a MM issue and that was my whole point with your post. And Arizona is still very capable, I only recently bought it and it's performing quite adequate. Don't take my post as arrogance, it's not that at all. There is a reason I did not buy Indi, it's the same as why I am struggling with New Orleans ( don't really like the playstyle ). But that's not an external issue, it's because of myself. Atlanta still has excellent AAA, and people can still abuse those arcs by hugging islands like they are your waifu! But yes, addition of Fiji and Flint have put her in a bit of a tough spot ( and again, I did not buy the ship in the first place, because while I know people who can make her work, the playstyle isn't something I would enjoy ). But again, that's an issue with me, not the MM for it. Even if it's underperforming and even while the radar hasn't given it a big boost. It's just highly situational, and requires enemies who ignore her or a captain who is excellent at hugging waifu's

  12. Yup that's a valid assertion. I don't touch either atm, I got a Sims if I need to retrain USN captains and other then the CA line I haven't started any USN grinds ( I won the Marblehead in a contest, received the Murmansk as a gift as well ).

    How can one quote a post saying they are all real and built and then still claim 'fantasy ships'... Most be some pretty stronk cognitive bias to overlook a thing like that when it's staring you right in the face. ps. before the QQ starts from some people, I am not saying this is what the game needs ( nor will I get caught into that whine ) all I am saying is it's not a sign of intelligence if you quote something and then start claiming obvious bull.
  14. Like Murmansk wasn't a sealclubber pur sang ( and a premium ). ps I play Arizona no issues, far less in a pickle when up tiered then Warspite for instance. I haven't touched Molotov in a long time but that's because I bought a ship I can't perform as good as I had hoped ( outside of MM issues already ). Atlanta and Indi are tier 7, not playing them due to 'MM issues' is.... mind boggling... since tier 7 is the SWEET SPOT of MM. So I read that as: I don't play them because I can't play them well?

Ugh well ofc I had 15p captains on my Omaha, Marblehead, Murmansk and even other low tier ships as I gotten the CBT reward captain with free skills ( due to being top 1% of games played in CBT ) and back then AFT worked up to 155mm so.... But at least I admit I was seal clubbing like mad back then That doesn't mean tier 5 should be avoided by experienced players, but I do think it's a bit unfair to claim that ships are balanced correctly just because we have high skill captains. Tier 5 can be reached so quickly, and there are plenty of people who up to that tier never thought of moving a captain along and retraining them between tiers ( you would almost need as much games to retrain as you'd need to progress to the next tier, or so it feels for me at least ). Having a CE captain will make a lot of CA/CL's capable of playing ninja and engaging distracted enemies and then fading back into concealment when needed, something which would be a lot harder with 'regular' captains.
