Which forum members have you seen in random battles?

I had FaceFisted in my team, sadly I couldn't greet him back outside of the quick commands He asked the DD's to push center but they didn't really do it well. He still pushed hard and helped push out lots of enemies from the center. I had quite the enjoyable match to and we won eventually. -
That's partly the answer yeah, even more awareness on positioning so you either get a nice juicy broadside or well the rest of your team does. It still feels salt inducing though since most of them decide to keep angled against me instead of my team and I am in no way rewarded by being the 'bait' Well if I did that I would have to admit I'm actually doing better in them damage and w/r wise. Which, well I am. But I feel I work for it a lot harder to, so in the end I guess it's balanced pretty well edit: Btw Fiji never proved that nice to me for some reason, maybe because I felt so pressured to perform well in her since it's such a highly rated ship.

I like your avatar edit: I also like Sasha

They will never compete in numbers with CA's, they aren't CA's and thus they require more of the player. That doesn't seem to appeal to most players. But I do see them, and with good captain's they make a huge impact on the game. -
Obviously the 28k one is where I fecked up myself, but all those others feel... well it's that most of the time there are stupid enemies but often they actually angle and it's like ... meh.... until the next guy comes along who gives a flat broadside. Which in the end I guess is ok since there are so many baddies but it also doesn't feel that balanced in engagements with people who ange. And I'm not 100% sure you should balance a ship/ammo around how stupid the enemy is

Aren't you mixing up low tier RN CL's and all RN CL's? I'm only at tier 8 but I'm seeing plenty when I'm playing mine ( shhhhh no talk about nation mirroring plox ) -

I know, but they are going to start losing people due to their direction of development as well. People who been playing this game for a long time and who are not that interested in World of Battleships but who rather would like to play a game like World of Warships -

Indeed. I don't think BB's are overpowered or anything they are not. But with to many of them in one battle, the class they counter suffers to much. Just as with DD's, BUT DD's have lost their long range strike ability so BB's are the class which is most favored in recent balance/meta changes. Still, limit BB's to 4 per side and it's fine with me edit: but without WG actually limiting BB's per game... well that's just... calling for trouble. -

It has nothing to do with the amount of actual ships in the battle, it's about how that amount influences the balance of the match as a whole. BB's have a much larger influence on how CA's can play then DD's have now on how BB's can play due to the constant buffs to BB's and nerfs to other classes ( be it direct or due to meta changes ). -

Battle sucked, strange was having fun before meeting that division of SCRUBS And the next battle we had a division of baddies hiding their ships behind an island at the C cap being useless whole match. They didn't like me pointing out they were not helping us win the game, so I got another chat ban ( yeh for WG's idiot system where a division putting reports on you is an automatic chat ban... well done, good system. Not at all like the forum +-1 system where we could at least correct the idiots being salty ). Edit: coming to think of it, even the division in the match before could have done the same to help it along <3 you to guys -

World of Battleships -
You could use the Pinache as captain's ship so that you went into battle with that while having some Galleons or Merchant man's to carry your loot The Sloop was also nice, but with the Pinache the feeling off accomplishment was just a tad higher still I specifically didn't mention the 'Gold' release as I hated the addition of dancing to get girls.. I rather just fight the duel Also, the ship handling in Gold was ... different. Sure could still do the Pinache vs a Wargaleon thing but I there was an actual chance I would lose.. while with the original release, the moment you got the favorable wind position you would be safe unless you messed up. With Gold it felt like there was a bit more randomness added. so yeah, for single player sandbox games, I think it's the best there ever was and probably will be.

Dmg wise the whole line fluctuates wildly, because you're far more dependent on enemy getting it wrong then on you getting it right. Retraining captain now for Edinburgh, Fiji done ( not sold yet.. but I dread playing it with a fresh captain ).

Actually I been lucky and had not played the new Hotspot I guess

There is no such thing. There are BBaby's though, which are the kind who use this chart a bit to often -> DD drivers being awesome is an individual thing, not a group thing. But all BBabies tend to use the chart above. That is why we also have 'regular' BB mains, those who play BB's mainly but are NOT using above chart claiming BB's are infact UP and should be buffed, but admitting they a> are the the easiest to play class b> are the ONE class which is being favored by all recent meta changes. -

Can you stop trying to make this 'Pro-CV' and 'anti BBaby' since it's not even related -
1. How was the fort already active at 30 seconds? 2. How the heck did the Eugen get in range of the fort already? 3... ow wait I see what you did there

Scary but the evidence speaks for itself edit: anti BBaby are even normal BB players who already think BB's are to easy to play ( so, no not 'pro CV whiners' ) -

Noodle I fully agree from a 'historical' point but being able to strike further then being detected has developed as in intrinsic part of gameplay for many ( including me ). That is makes 'no sense', well what else use for 'small fish'? Other then 'you get faster rudders and stuff so we can add more RNG to BBaby shell's so they might or might not hit you more or less often'. Concealment is what gives some ships extra utility, and that's fine. Most of the times it's not possible to use it unless some BBaby makes a mistake ( usually thinking he is Rambo and he should be capable of going off on his own without being farmed as he should ). So in effect, this change did nothing for overall gameplay except remove yet another 'issue' mainly BBabies whined about. Then you claim it would be fine if WG nerfed BB's to crapafterwards.. well... If history has shown anything here, it's that WG doesn't want the BBabies to think to much ( Keen Intuition is the next big sign of this ). So nerving BB's is something which is about as likely as me winning the lottery ). -

Tbh, what you're saying is 200% true but perhaps the fault then lies with the minority. You know, the people who actually believed the name change from World of Battleships ( I think this was the working title when we first heard about it no.... ) to World of Warships. /sarcasm obviously ;)
