You're making the wrong comparison, this co worker is costing the company income because he isn't performing his duties. Therefore him being told he is useless would not result in disciplinary actions against the one telling it, it's more like they would be taken at the person it's being told to if this telling him he's being absolutely useless isn't enough to get him to be productive for the company.
-
If I am dependent on his work ethic for my own income, wouldn't it be stupid not to?
-
What is the line? 1. "You're not helping the team" 2. "You're useless" 3. "you're a waste of space" If you start with 1, and behavior doesn't change, you move to two, you get an insult back, you move to 3. The toxic behavior is the fact that they can't take advice and instead start insulting people who are trying to help them be less useless.

I am not seeing a quest to return to RTS, I see people pointing out how the things which should have been fixed are not fixed, and the things which shouldn't have changed ( which ships CV's like to focus ) has changed. Rework is a complete and utter failure, except from an immersion point of view FROM THE CARRIER PLAYER. I don't care enough for his perspective when nothing RTS did 'wrong' according to WG is actually fixed. Really. only 4? Which one's? what are their arguments? Have those arguments been debunked/proven false or anything? That is the point isn't it? The argument is that rework failed to fix what WG said it should fix. Skill gap has increased it seems ( people claiming Hosho is balanced now... ), influence of CV's in battles has increased or stayed the same for good players, and even worse the whole rework has so many bad side effects, mainly that battleships are no longer main 'scared' class but it's now the smaller ships, and there is no mitigation anymore against a good CV player. These arguments have all been proven to be true, but WG and the crowd saying 'yes mam' to everything WG claims keeps ignoring it.

But seriously, if there is a model kit and drawings, what was this called? Was it an actual design or just something thought up much much later as 'what if' which made it's way into merchandise like the model kit above? I tried searching for a design name / model but I can't find it using google image search they all go to articles about Ise / Tone ( which this is clearly not ).

So that's why you're a DD unicum right? Ow wait, you're not? You think playing a couple of games in each low/mid tier DD is representative when your own DD stats show you're getting carried in them constantly? Ow and that's why you have purple PR on Kitakaze, but 41% win rate in it, because it's so godlike in carrying potential that even purple PR means you can get deep red win rate?
-
I won't play against submarines, would suck having me as DD in your team ;) CV's are just as influential in hands of good player, late game cleanup has never been so easy ( victim perspective here, but meh ).

Pinkie Scum: 'Leaving Battle Early' Penalty.
mtm78 replied to TeumessianFox's topic in General Discussion
I left my battle early yesterday, was not death yet. Haven't logged in again, pretty sure I'm pink for couple of games, who gives a damn. Better as having to play that particular game. -
Are you sure, or just repeating what WG claims? Because it sure as hell does not feel like this to me. Also, skill gap seems even bigger. edit: it's btw funny to the same old same old people reacting negatively against any post which points out flaws in rework ( not you @loppantorkel the one's finding OP boring or even 'bad' )
-
I have no idea but I found an actual model of it. It's NOT Ise. those had dual front and back turrets with only rear flight deck. This looks like it's a heavy cruiser designs which got molested by a carrier and gave birth to this.

Umikaze in tier X was also 'fun' unless you get pushed to hard, you're rather slow so can't really get away.... that was before the introduction of really fast BB's tho ( the one's which with speedboost can run down my RN DD's with ease ). It should even out, law of large numbers, so while those games/streaks can be annoying, they should not bother you in the long run ( according to WG... I'm starting to have doubts but heck I am having doubts about much more in relation to this game ).

Desync's and connection issues are NOT crashes, a crash is something which prevents the client from continuing to run. Go to support and create a ticket -> https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/my-tickets/ It will require you to attach a WGCheck rapport which will check your game files, your runtime's / drivers and crash logs. Couple of possible reasons you're crashing: bad mods, file corruption, operating system instability, failing hardware. Bad mods you can rule out by running in safe mode, file corruption should be fixed by running an integrity check, operating system instability would be visible through your event logs, failing hardware can be pinpointed by running stress tests.

So you admit CV rework has failed, skill gap is bigger or same, and biggest toxic impact is that battleships are no longer primary targets? Thanks!
-
Noo nooby, this is a false assement on your side. I don't get pissed at terrble stats, I get pissed in game becuase people DO STUFF which leads to their terrible stats. Statistics don't cause toxicity, bad players cause toxicity. Hiding statistics does not change anything, I will still see idiots doing idiotic things in game which will still piss me off.

Before KC I thought poi was this...

1. We are on WoWs forum not WoT. And even a terrible player can judge other players mentality, you don't need knowledge of game mechanics to be a judge of character. 2. Yes I understood, and he is right. WoT has disabled communication between teams for a reason, I fondly remember reading all the things people wanted to do with my mother and my sister or all the other foreign insults thrown about in almost every single match. WoWs always had a more mature playerbase, consisting of older players as the demographics on WoT. I think this changed over time, but it's still not on WoT level.
-
I know it won't get priority, I guess I should actually post that in a mod request thread somewhere. Or perhaps even look if possible to do so myself ( with some help ).

A word of warning regarding Viribus-Unitis. Last test-changes are not applied.
mtm78 replied to MrFingers's topic in General Discussion
I think that just makes for a more compelling argument to release individual ships, they can borrow things from existing lines left and right without having the need to introduce new gimmicks. There could be some interesting combinations though I guess. as long as they stay away from combinations like those found on Belfast. -
NoobySkooby has classified himself as being 'a learning player' from the start here in WoWs. My WoT stats must suck as well, will you now claim I can't judge anyone? I think we can use statistics in balance discussions, but using someone's statistics from a different game on this forum, while claiming playerbase in WoT is better ( WoT has disabled all chat for a reason ), and then using that as argument seems a bit of a paradox to me.

You're double posting, just a lil fyi

I should have been paying more attention, but I'm told checking stats makes me toxic.
-
Sadly it is. These people are objectively wrong though So many of the old ST crew was playing KC heck even in CBT almost every game you had someone say 'poi'. I still do it, less often tho, just to see if there are players around from earlier days ( there are a few responses you can give.. like a nanodesu~ or pan paka pan ). I liked KC a bit, but in the end it's just a dice simulator and as such I couldn't get as deep into the game as others and have sub sequentially stopped playing it. But, what most people fail to know, is that these games draw a crowd who is also interested in the back stories of the ships. Actual history has so many references to the game, I learned a lot of ship history talking KC with strangers123. So saying a reference to a game which is about historical events during WWII involving naval vessels, in another game about naval vessels, is nonsensical does not make much sense to me. At all.
-
Poi is not nonsensical, even you know it's a weeb reference to Yuudachi from Kancolle Collection. You might not like it, and you might excuse the behavior based on this dislike, it's still not against the game rules. edit: btw thanks for proving how toxic this community is, if 'poi' according to you should lead to a chat ban

I <3 the model, it looks beautiful ( both actual ship and in game model btw ). And yeah I guess they could be in the EU tree but I'm not believing we will get one, I still feel like they want to push out individual premiums only. -
But it is still not a violation of game / chat rules, unlike map SPAM. Sorry, but you're making my point for me. And you know why I specifically mentioned 'POI' right, as I am sure I could find some posts by people who even said they were reporting everyone who used that word in the game since they didn't like the 'weeb reference'?
