    Our shima was one of those bad DD's people complain about. But do you notice a class not represented until you get to ... 6th place on the team. We didn't lose because of the Shima, we lost because none of our BB's had a single clue what he should be doing, couldn't even focus the radar cruiser when it would have actually mattered. The Bismarck was running away, I get it, enemy Izumo and FdG coming is very scary, but I can actually smoke up and put quite some he + fire dpm on them... if my allied BB would have just shot the radar cruiser instead of being a baddie and shooting useless targets. edit: I tried doing it myself, did 40k+ to the Donskoi but seeing he constantly had two battleships supporting him and a cruiser from middle it wasn't really a fair fight. Still tanked 1.3m with using wasd and open water gunboting without any support really, but hey, spreadsheet says playerbase should be having fun

    I can't view the replay, tried both clients but it puts me at the login screen ( perhaps file is corrupted... header seemed fine ). Anyway, as people have already answered, sometimes the client doesn't register input. This is a VERY old bug, and it's been the bane of many old RTS CV players. I'm not even 100% sure if it's a connectivity issue even though that seems most likely, or just a general client derp where an input event is being dropped by the client itself.

    Sadly English wiki doesn't have nearly the same level of content as the RU one, use a browser plugin to translate https://wiki.wargaming.net/ru/Ship:Балансировщик Imagine a 65% wr player wanting to play a game and the MM needing to mirror him. There are only a few players with his performance rating, then those people need to be playing in the same combat tier spread, and in ships still allowed in the current team composition. Waiting time for mirror matchmaking would be so bad people just as well could not play. Balancing divisions is another problem, what if those 65% wr+ players play in a 3 man division. Now MM needs to find either 3 other eligible same skill level players and a division to add to current player pool for the match being made ( MM tries to balance divisions ). Anyway just read the Team Building Principles for Random Fights section of the RU wiki I linked above.

    No actually we're all still waiting on that gold material. Sadly, just claiming it's true and everyone who doesn't agree is blind ( for the truth ) is so far all we got But I look forward to hearing how exactly I cheat the damage calculations, or how I exploit the MM. I will instantly change my behavior, instantly I tell you, I don't want to feel dirty because I 'cheat' at this game. But well, I would first really like to know what exactly I would need to stop doing

    Was that your 'PROOF' @SvR1983 ? All I see is someone toxic who claims forum isn't full off people willing to help anyone wanting to become a better player, and instead claims other people cheat and exploit without wanting to give any proof of said accusations. It's a good thing this is a computer game, if it were something important someone might actually sue you for defamation of character Maybe you would be better off not actually be the one trolling, so stop accusing others of it. Wait, you never answered if you really accuse players of hacking WG's servers ( since all damage calculations are done there )? But you don't need to actually provide proof right, you can just keep on making claims without answering the questions from people who might be able to show how wrong you are... You never answer to anything, makes me wonder why you actually make those claims. Maybe you're the one trolling, and the server does have lots of people willing to help people to become better players, it's just your own attitude ( and perhaps on purpose ) which is preventing you to ever get such help. Keep claiming people are hacking the servers, cheating and exploiting MM, don't ever provide proof, and then keep claiming that forums are not helpful As other have indicated multiple times, if you really know of ways to hack the servers and change damage calculations there, or how to exploit the matchmaker, there are people interested in knowing about it. Claiming it happens, and then claiming you don't need to provide proof because 'I can't help it that you're so blind, it's there for everybody to see'. Instead you keep repeating your accusations about 'cheating' left and right, while continuously dodging to actually explain what you mean with it. All in all, I just find those kind of posts funny, but since you thought it needed to mention I'm probably 'cheating or exploiting' and that's why I don't want WG to know about it I moved from finding it hilarious because of obvious reasons, to finding your constant accusations a bit on the toxic side.

    I must indeed have missed it. Perhaps you could be so kind to actually link me and other interested parties to your content where you in depth explain the ways people ( including, or so you made it out to be ) cheat, or exploit the MM. I would be very much obliged if you did so Torpedoes sometimes not wanting to launch has been in the game fore ever, however it's apparantly to uncommon and has to many possible causes to change anything ( in fear it might break other stuff? ). However I recall someone ( not sure it was you ) talking about torpedoes which are visible, but don't do anything ( they are rendered, but not recognized by the server ). This is because while the server decides impact/pen/damage returns, this is only tied directly into the render output and preemptively the client will render what it predicts to happen ( maybe client registers launch, but there was a slight connection / server issue and the server did not pick up the launch ). Client will start rendering torpedoes in the water, but according to server they don't even exist. This is however even more uncommon as the refusal to launch bug ( at leas for me and people I know, as it's connectivity related it can occur at other places / people in much higher or lower frequency ). Anyway, didn't you get a reaction on the video? I think I remember I gave a reply to your video a thumbs up, not 100% sure. No really, link us to your content please. I kind of like those post / content, they usually contain theories and assumptions which I like to go a bit back and forth about if you don't mind. If I really missed it, I would love that link. If you're unwilling to link us to your content, personally I'll just assume I actually didn't miss your 'cheating / exploit' content and it was already shown how far into tinfoil hat territory it went? edit: That was the post I meant, it was made even before you uploaded the replay. I'll watch it anyway but this is likely the cause. edit2: can't start the replay with either 32 bit or 64 bit client, looked at the header and it seems a valid replay file...

    How about you either specify your accusations of 'cheating' or you just stop making those accusations? I am not the one continuously making these kind of accusations. Rigging through MM was the one you said in the MM thread iirc, and you failed to follow up on questions to specify ( see the pattern? ). So again, stop being toxic and making empty accusations. You also claim that I tell 'victims' to "git gud" at cheating, that seems pretty toxic to me. But don't worry I got a thick skin. Please no I mean PRETTY PLEASE BEGGING ON MY KNEES, SPECIFY how you can exploit in WoWs. Truly I'm intrigued. 10 to 1 you're never going to because you know your tinfoil hat theories are nonsense.

    Whaa whaa people better as me are cheating whaa whaa.... can you stop some day with this level of content? If you’re bad you’re bad doesn’t mean others cheat and it doesn’t mean you have to camp until late game. Foul toxic accusations like you keep making are a sign of your weakness in looking at others instead of yourself.

    In my 6k games I detonated 50 times, that's... less as 1%. And most of my games been in cruisers and destroyers, both most susceptible to being detonated. Guess I just been lucky.

    There we go again..... First claims DD's job is not to cap. then changes the parameters into 'rushing caps without knowledge'... Yeah... while the other people watch the 'team scores' they kinda expect you to make sure there are not 3 red cap points you know... And guess what, if those DD players actually were near those, they also would have been spotting and having the ability to attack targets of opportunity... you know, those caps didn't go red on their own. I don't expect you to be capable of having a genuine discussion without the above happening over and over, but I'm looking forward to reading your reply and being positively surprised.

    Only for bad/average players. Sucks when you meet actually good one's which on their own have an average which tops two bad players combined. Now imagine having two of those on the enemy team, and your CV players being baddies. See how much fun they bring? Sadly WG thinks that because average player is so bad at playing them that they are balanced. Yeah a bad player will struggle to do consistent damage to evasive ships, but that's not because of the class it's because he is a bad player. Balancing should be done based on mechanics, not on how average player is able to understand and implement them in their gameplay. While average player in enemy CV is not that bad, players are afraid and blob up ignoring to play for objectives. Even when this behavior is having a worse effect on gameplay as CV's actually dictate. As you say, avg CV dmg isn't that high, in most games you meet avg players so say it's 40k for a Hosho ( pulled out of my arse ofc ). That's still only 80k dmg per game for two ships combined. That's not a reason to totally throw away the rule book, the only real change is that destroyers can again do with more team support. BB life gotten easier, no more dev strucks for them, while cruisers and destroyers are much easier targets ( easier given amount of AA and plane reserves / replenishment ). You'd think this would make BB's play more in support of their team, sadly this hope would be in vain.

    Yes, the in game tooltips are rubbish, on the same level as WG's 'tutorials'. Also, if you think capping is not your job, please show that profile so we can observe how not capping works out for you edit: also, why you stalking me? Want to get another thread locked because of your presence? Don't you need to offer us some more blob tier 4 tactics, telling people to go chase CV's from the start and to ignore caps?

    Ofc, which is why I don't get you saying you need to 'off track'. That basically means you never will have the support needed to actually PTFO. The reason imo we have so many steamrolls is the lack of team cohesion / player playing their role. That's why you see the BB players blame the destroyers and the destroyers the battleships and cruisers ( mostly battleships, harder to blame cruisers for not supporting when the BB's aren't ). And this is another symptom of deterioration of playerbase. Normally only really good players tended to use this phrase, indicating they aren't getting support on the same level as that they bring themselves. Now, everyone is using it left and right, like an average player is suddenly often not getting any noticeable support either. Maybe you're right, and this is the current meta. I don't agree tho, and when I can be brought to play the game I tend to have more success doing what I do then you seem to have doing what you do. Seem we have different experiences :) edit: I do admit what you're saying sometimes works, especially when playing Shimakaze sometimes first torpedo salvo goes into a cap without me actually contesting it since to many enemy DD's still don't seem to get what RPF detected means this can be quite effective ( especially with Shima torps usually causing dev strikes on them ). Taking RPF out, and counter DD torping all together, going past a cap deep into enemy lines sounds more like overextending. how long you been playing?

    Yeah sure, having allies near you is bad, bad I tell you, because having actual AA to use is terrible. Better go to a cap alone, ow wait you say you need to go 'off grid' meaning you ignore objectives run along a map border to claim to be torping someone and doing some dmg, after which it's 'team's fault' they lose the game right? If you see planes coming to your allies you can avoid being in their path, 2.5km air detection is enough. But you still need SUPPORT FROM YOUR TEAM and not go 'off the grid'. This is again the exact kind of advice which is making gameplay unbearable and toxic because no one is doing what they are INTENDED to be doing. PTFO, especially in a destroyer. Doing anything else is toxic. Advicing people to ignore to PTFO especially destroyers is toxic. It leads to shima players using 20km torps because hurr durr more range and then ignoring caps because they think that's not their job. Old bug, been in the game since ancient times. They never seem able to find a cause so they can't fix it.

    I actually bought a MW:O founders package once , got some fancy Atlas to 'show' for it but I never really got into playing it. Can you explain how the MM is 'kinda skill based'?

    There is a reason I keep mentioning suggestion and you describe it as 'an order'. Anyway your behavior sounds pretty toxic, sailing to the edge of a map just because some pinged the map and suggested a DD capped something I presume?

    So can I and I don't find it an issue if I played well and won the game. If I played badly and won I should still be in the deep red, let alone in a loss. I really think it is the only workable incentive for players to improve, and since I don't think tier X is reserved for good players I rather see everyone in all tiers be forced to play to a certain level to get at a sustainable economy. Increasing service costs wouldn't differentiate between those who play for the objectives, or those farming mostly useless damage. Sadly. :( But I don't want this change to only affect tier X, that wouldn't influence my gameplay experience that much fix the issue. Tier X is just one tier, there are a few others ( and a few which you shouldn't count as well ). From tier 5/6 you have the same classes and roles, and for some the presence of more historical ships offers much more immersion.

    It has nothing to do with tiers, but because the economy gives way to much credits in a loss. If losing had more of an economical impact bad players would either be forced to improve or to just play ships with high economy modifiers ( premiums ). If you're in game with DFens_666 and he gives a suggestion, it's not his fault if his team fails him. Statistically following his suggestion would give most players a better game experience for themselves as well as their teams. Is this the correct place to mention the likeness to what you describe and a certain class in game? No? Ok, I won't then As to topic, no you can't punish dying 'early'. I wish we had a vote option in the battle loading screen ( and a longer timer so everyone would be actually loaded .. no excuses :D ) and team chat, so you could talk about possible tactics while you see the minimap and your spawn positions... Would solve a lot of frustration, depending on amount of people in your team who actually see this as a team game. But don't you know, DD's are easy to play, most 'pampered' class in the game
