This is not against the rules, you would have to gather evidence of them actually rigging missions during the game.

You can proof it by showing their behavior in game being different then what would be deemed normal. Like Jingles did in his video showing actual rigging occur. And yes, MM allows timed queuing and it's not against any rules. So yes, it is still possible to abuse this for rigging purposes. But being in the same match does not equal rigging ( man I sound like a broken record don't I ).

You have to proof the rigging occurring, timed queuing isn't against the rules afaik. That's the whole point people are making I think. Unless you can show clans actually exhibiting behavior like in the Jingles video where they team killed to preserve the lives off their clan members on enemy team and where they shot the most armored / ricochet zone's of their clan members in enemy team to increase blocked damage, without such behavior a screenshot of a clan being in the same match isn't any indication of rigging.

Then please accompany your post with a screenshot of them doing this! If they don't, it's not rigging. We Forumites also sometimes queue up and mostly end up fighting each other ( and we like it ). Wouldn't want to call multi queuing rigging by definition. Well yes it would be naming and shaming I guess but I wouldn't mind seeing it before it get's sent to support. When I meet this group and I know for sure they rig I will off course withhold any support ever to people from this group.

How exactly would it be mission rigging? It would only be rigging if they were purposefully not shooting at each other and so they all got as high base xp as possible. Most of the time I see this in game ( haven't met this clan I think though.. they might be a-holes idk ), the people from the same clan / forumites actually go after eachother because it's fun to outplay people you know. Also, there missions we got now are quite easy there is no real requirement for rigging right?

Flight model was absolute crap when I played it, there is also a built in aim assist and just everyone I know who tried it says it's utter crap because they flattend the learning curve so much in order to keep new players interested. I also remember some RU planes which could be used as flying battering rams ( aka ram enemy out of the sky and keep flying yourself like nothing happened ). Other then that, I wouldn't know

Not enough CV's to be useful imo, just like an Akizuki AAA build. When more CV's start appearing or when I play with lots of BB's in division I might respec. For solo randoms I rather rely on my own damage output then on protecting others.

Mentioning ' buffing ' Gearing without first getting Shima on par with Gearing and Khaba? Not sure what the German DD is doing though, guess it's at least better then IJN?

But are there enough CV's to actually make this pay off? As a trade to your regular damage output ( no DE -> less fires / no IFHE -> no dmg to good angled enemies ).

I use OBS if I would want to record my game, it's not as good as Shadowplay as it does consume more resources but it's manageable.

Flamu advised yes based on a list somewhere with pen values, I didn't check and just got my Donskoi and I'm doing ok with it I feel.

I got IFHE since you can now deal with angled higher tier DD's. Damage output is ok when I played it since the patch, if there are broadside targets I still use AP so.. but when I have an angled DD coming at me I now can make then reconsider instead of bouncing all my AP off him. edit: I chose EM at tier 2 btw, they are quite slow for when you need to switch angles when kiting .

+1 Biggest difference at tier X is DD's.

np I'm actually happy to hear the issue isn't just with me / my browser Irl hit ratio's were in the low single digits. In WoWs having ~30% hit ratio on BB's is rather average? Don't think you want the game to be really historical, it wouldn't be as much fun And battles wouldn't fit within 20 minutes that's for sure ( well most battles anyway ).

If you get that nasty quote box issue just ctrl+a ctrl+x hit enter a couple of times and press up to get to top of the edit box and ctrl+v now you got white space beneath the quote to start typing. It's highly anoying though I would probably even switch PT for PM since you want your secondaries to stay alive ( I went from your base build I think and just added stuff ). PT isn't that useful imo on a BB, you should always assume everything is aiming at you unless you know for sure it isn't. BoS is a strong skill for BB's but more so if you have trouble's managing your repair and heal. If you got a good hang off that having an additional heal would imo be stronger.

You're forgetting Donskoi / Molotov ( 180mm ).

The best way of not being hit is not being seen, I think Sun Tsu said that ( not 100% sure ). Don't need to be friends to look at a stream btw imo, I watch streams for entertainment and sometimes informational value Fridays stream I think he lost 3 games the entire evening ( which is like, 5 hour stream or something ). Ofc, divisions help, but so does actual skill. I never watched Dota2 streams nor did I play it so can't comment. Either way, we're going off topic, I only wanted to point out the YT content is ofc cherry picked becase they showcase good matches to emphasize a point ( like last Belfast video emphasizes his latest captain skill build for that ship ). You don't showcase those things with ' average ' matches That doesn't mean however that they are as cherry picked as I would be showing when I would ever get a 200k+ damage game on something.
