Compare how 'easy' it is killing a BB and a CV. Now consider CV's have excellent late game value if they preserved their planes since they can strike across the map, keep DD's spotted, reset cap's and kill isolated targets. BB's are only more scary if they are sailed by a competent captain, one who actually uses it's armor/hp/alpha/heal/repair party to do something useful before the rest of their team is death. CV's >> BB's and that's normal, as CV's are the reasons BB's went extinct

Tier 5 is what had the best balance between ships but also the best in MM. Sadly WG pushing people to higher tiers ( tier 7 ) messed with that. But saying low tiers are better balanced is a fallacy, it's just populated by worse players so it might feel more balanced for you

Blys is an excellent fire hose, but I wouldn't rush a smoke with a Benson in it unless I had a significant HP advantage. And unlike OP the Blys I actually own has a 67% wr over 132 matches so I think I know how to play it.

No. And yes. BB's are meant to be the centerpiece of a push, that's true. But we don't need 6 BB's per team in order for that to happen. Infact, these BB's would have more fun if they were up against more cruisers then enemy BB's I bet. You ofc as CV main also like it when there are fewer cruisers around

I hear you, I am getting the Kiev soon as well, 6k xp to go... Ognevoi has taken me a long time.. I actually stopped playing it when it had it's turret hp issue meaning that halfway through a match you were usually down to being a suicide rush ' bomber ' with no guns and 4km torps

I am sorry to hear that, as I don't agree that your presence here doesn't help. Besides being ' the company rep ' I always felt you were really a part of the community first and foremost. Sadly I don't ( yet ) have this feeling with the ' new guys ', but I am willing to give them a shot at it anyway. Yes actually I can remember his same discussion from earlier and yes it was said again that unless something is explicitly forbidden in the eula it's not rigging. Ow please. You do realize MM also balances divisions on teams right? More often then not you will end up on the enemy team, sure you can rig it a bit more by making sure you don't use 3 BB divisions for instance but one BB + CA and one DD + CA but it's not like you will always end up on the same team. And I really don't need to be explained what you mean, I am saying you're accusing people of doing something based on them getting into the same match which is actually more slander then actual proof. thinking I need to talk with ' clans ' I talk with enough clan people thank you. You can't. Those with custom titles either won a contest or got it changed by WG employee as exception due to various reasons. Like Admiral_Noodle, who is very good at appealing to people's decency / basic human values. Or Alphicheese ( if I spell that correctly ) who spend a lot of time on forum trying to get WG to introduce Takao into the game as a ship. What you CAN do is get 10k+ posts and become an admiral

BB Mafia out in force the moment someone makes a perfectly viable post. Yes OP, BB's should be capped, to 3. DD's also capped to 3. Then one CV for tier VIII to X and lower 1 or 2. Rest cruisers. Because cruisers don't cause static meta, BB's do.

That is only true if you can get close enough to hit reliably and Blys aka with potato captain ( or one who made mistake ).
