True, tier 8 / 9 / 10 have increased dmg per flooding tick, it could be ok there. But any lower tiers it is a flat out buff to BB's ( again ). Or am I missing something, please tell me I am missing something...

Good point. Confrontation aka ' what if ' battles off nation vs nation could be ' fun '. Did you guys see OMNI-Freedom vs OMNI-Masochists game where they did USN vs IJN? Wasn't 100% serious and some balancing issues would surely arise but it was entertaining to watch

I should just ignore everything he writes, it's constant the same 'quality' of responses he gives

Welcome to EU forums So this means, buffing BB's in order to claim it's a buff to IJN DD's because they aren't that affected by the BB buff? Wow..... Those damage changes, can you give them per 'tick' instead of based on a full duration flooding?

Has the "Inertia Fuse for HE Shells" skill made Heavy Cruisers Redundant?
mtm78 replied to Procrastes's topic in General Discussion
Didn't Flamu take it on his CurrySausage Overall I think IFHE is great, BB's complained about HE + fires being broken, now we get lower fire chance ( no matter how you twist it, it IS a lower fire chance... even if it is just 1%, and that reduction in potential fire damage is BY FAR compensated by the higher HE damage you deal. Maybe the BB captains will now ask for the fire chance to be restored and IFHE to be changed. Without IFHE Akizuki has no way to deal with angled DD's, I don't want to changed. But instead of having flat effects it could be a scaled effect.- 113 replies

German Jagdtiger and Tiger tanks vs T34's... even if the Russian tanks had far superior numbers, no one wanted to be the first guy in because you would die, always, without any doubt. You had to swarm the German tanks, just as in real life, and you would take heavy casualties, just as they did in real life. Result: everyone queued up in German tanks. Human psychology 101 I guess As to applying this to WoWs, fleet's normally would only engage if they had a clear advantage. No nation committed to 'fair fights' and rightly so So as I said, I think the only way to implement historical engagements would be in PvE scenario's and I think WG has said to be working on those

National battles were removed from WoT with a good reason. But maybe we can get some 'semi historical' campaigns in PvE setting, that would be nice

Kek so you are triggered by someone doing what is intended in this topic? You know, that rule you don't want me to repeat every time but which you seem to not really understand?- 452 replies

Elimination thread 3: Tier VII *Winner!*
mtm78 replied to DDMafiaAssociateMember's topic in General Discussion
No, this thread works more like a popularity contest, the more people who perform better in a certain ship and the more who not perform in another, well one ship goes up the other goes down. There is no limit on how many times anyone can cast a vote, other then the 24h rule. So why you getting triggered? Or better yet, why are you coming here in the first place? Tell the thread starter he should make different rules for the next one, or better yet, since you think it's childish, stay the heck out of it to start with. Which is the intent of the thread, if two people cancel eachother out then it's up to another person to break the stalemate. Did you read OP? Did you partake in the previous rounds? Maybe you're in the wrong thread.- 452 replies

He could just vote to cancel me out and boost his better performing ship instead of getting triggered over nothing. You know, which is the original intend of the topic. No one is being blamed for voting how they do, as long as they follow the rules ( and their math is correct ).- 452 replies

Blyskawica 20 + 1 = 21 Best firehose in the game. Belfast 22 - 3 = 19 It's a light cruiser which utility is mainly centered around consumables... in randoms it's not a carry ship Scharnhorst :13- 452 replies

I would love to see you play ' non static ' in your cruisers in a game with 6+ BB's -
Use this thread -> http://forum.worldofwarships.eu/index.php?/topic/58026-mod0601-wg-modpack-full-version-v60/ as it has up to date links. Even links to RU installer when WG hasn't finished EN translation of the installer

You said the game is not static because BB's were pushing. I say: even if so, cruisers can't do the same. And now you say we have different views on what static gameplay is. Looked like you meant BB meta isn't static because you can push in with a BB. But if I say that it's static because you can't with a cruiser, you say we have different views on what static gameplay means -

Owww noo that aint true. In the glorious age of BT ( Before Tirpitz ) we had plenty of games with 2 or 3 BB's max per side. False. BB's might push ( in those rare occasions where the planters align correctly ) but cruisers can't. So if you think it's fine, you're just saying you think cruisers should be played static -
It doesn't translate sorry, keeps being gibberish bbaby talk
