So then we take smaller samples. Like weekly stats from players. Most players will show the same weekly performance over and over and over, with slight improvements. This is because most players slowly improve their gameplay.

Fun and engaging, especially for the enemy DD's which now are forced to NOT contest cap zone's at all
-
BB's need less armor so they actually have to use skill instead off relying on a skill-crutch. /sarcasm
-
Good question. This whole ' linking to external content ' rule is quite ambiguous as you would never be able to link to anything before checking no one did something ' bad ' in it ( even 'bad play' is naming and shaming.. ).
-
Stop lying, I didn't mention his statistics other than his played classes. Really sad man these lies from you, got nothing better to do then slander people you don't agree with? Stop lying. I play mostly cruisers, then BB's and DD's equally, and have +-20 games total in CV's. And all my balance ideas are not class biased but gameplay based ( or I would be hating on CV's like you been doing on forum the whole time ).

https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/481068/acer-predator-xb271hu-(ips)-rood-zwart/specificaties/ It's a 144hz monitor with G-Sync support ( and 165hz boost ability ). @OP if you try WoWs with your second screen disconnected does it work then? Might be that BW engine is detecting your other screen and messing with G-Sync or something? I actually have a 60hz screen still ( old hw ) so I wouldn't know.. maybe even the fact that WoWs uses Dx9 instead of the newer variants..

Ofc it is, since there are more people who only play on weekends and thus have less experience. The thing is though, they are just as likely to be on the enemy team as on yours. The only real influence therefore is not in win rate but in quality of gameplay.

Why would +-3 be a backwards evolution? It might teach people how this isn't Unreal Tournament but a tactical game which benefits a LOT from people playing in support of their team
-
It shows a like for me, guess I'll take both Isaac Sweers would be very nice, it's both Dutch and British ( bit like Campbeltown, but I would ofc like it to be Dutch in game ). WG could even add both the planned guns and the built one with the British guns for variety.

~1800 games in BB's, max 200 in other classes...

All video / replays

If you specifically name the incident I would agree, but if I upload a replay and post a link without pointing to a specific incident is it really naming and shaming? If so, I apologize to the people who would have broken forum rules based on my interpretation of the rules. edit: If that is naming and shaming, then linking to any replay on wowreplays is naming and shaming, because in each of them I am sure I can find an incident of someone doing something stupid ( like I do all to often as well, by beaching myself in full view of the enemy team for instance... )? This rule seems a bit ambiguous, when is linking to external content 'naming and shaming' and when is it not?

It was +-3 at some time, we could go back to that if you want? Made for very interesting matches, tactics and teamplay were so much more central to gameplay back then....
-
His hidden profile are the only arguments needed. Thank god we can still see his latest snapshot through 3rd party websites 66% games in BB's, rest in cruisers. Has not played DD once, yet wants to nerf the game mechanic which benefits that class the most ( which is also the class which should counter his beloved battleships ). Will you now PLEASE stop trying to make using profiles to dismiss people's crying about game mechanics or balance something which shouldn't be done?

Akizuki needs IFHE if people angle towards it, you're not a bad player so I would expect you to research what special 'needs' some ships have. Akizuki is one of those special needs ships, it does not play like any other DD right now ( 700m turning circle for one... ). And the gun's only being 100m which gives 16mm of HE penetration, which is just not enough for a lot of armor plating it can meet.

I see people accuse me / others of cheating daily in randoms as well.... So when people cry 'foul play' yeah I always want them to show some proof because there are so many crybabies out there who either are just terribads who think people who citadel their broadside are all 'hacking' or who don't understand the actual rules ( that counting in is not against the rules for instance ). Sad that you support the crybabies instead of asking them for proof. ^^^ THIS. I don't want to judge, I want them to stop crying. Having to either 'shut up or put up some evidence' would go a long way as I seen a whole lot of crying with not a single shred of evidence ( and not because they are afraid to name and shame, but because they have no evidence ). Putting up a replay of suspicious behavior is NOT naming and shaming. Saying: this this and this guy did this this and that and here you can check it -> replay. That is naming and shaming. But showing community a replay of supposedly suspicious behavior without naming upfront the people who should be payed attention to IS NOT NAMING AND SHAMING. Let's hope so.

Lol yeah now you're the one doing the baseless accusing it seems How do you know in which seat I would like to be, got a crystal ball? You a close friend of mine who knows me? If not, please elaborate on why you seem to have that impression, I might enjoy the laugh. How about they stop crying to community without giving community evidence If they just cry to WG and send them their replays without coming to cry here, no one would be botherd except support for having to keep telling them there are no rules being broken by having people with clan tags in the same match / teams / opposing teams.
-
Linking to a replay is not naming and shaming. quoted post removed That is naming and shaming ( and it's not the only post doing such... ).
-
What they are doing NOW is naming and shaming and whining just because they see clan tags, there is NO evidence provided at all that there is ANYTHING going on which is breaking the rules. If they want to cry about it here on forums to community, give community the evidence that their crying is justified or just don't come here to cry. Get it now? Linking to a replay != naming and shaming. Crying that people from clans are 'rigging' / 'cheating' as is being done since the start of the season without providing any evidence, THAT is naming and shaming. Adding to that, there is a random timer for Ranked, even if you 3-2-1-go chances of getting into the same match are way lower then in randoms.

Change matchmaker immediately, previous teammate tells my tactic

Why are we replying to someone who can't even post with his main account again? -

Replay showing player of using chat to give 'your tactics' to enemy team or GTFO. -
Now imagine that on a Fletcher

1. There is no ship called Akitsuki 2. You probably mean Akizuki 3. Learn game mechanics ( it's probably damage saturation, since without IFHE you wouldn't have damaged a tier X DD at all with HE as you don't have enough pen to penetrate the armor... though with 123 shell hits that 9k dmg could have been fire damage as well.... Much complain, nothing substantial in the sense of actual information or even better, a replay. /case closed?
-
So, what objectionable behavior were they displaying during the battle which you would classify as 'rigging' or 'cheating' other then being in the same battle? And please, upload that replay to wowreplays so everyone will be able to see this behavior with their own eyes.... Really, this slandering is getting pretty disproportional to the amount off actual evidence supplied and it should stop.

True, as DD player I would agree I rather have an enemy team full of BB's. But as a CA / CL player actually like some fewer BB's so I can play a bit less conservative. And as a BB player I would like more enemy cruisers I can mess up. As a WoWs player though, I really think cruisers should outnumber BB's if you want a more dynamic gameplay. The problem is that if you have a bunch of radar cruisers on teams it does turn it into static again as those will lock down cap zone's for your DD's. I think MM should try to mirror amount of radar cruisers, it's pretty important and especially with certain game modes radar is a really strong tool. edit: but I'm taking this discussion sideways so let's agree to disagree
