One time yes sure. Two times, no problem. But 3 times in a row being late and depriving your team of an equal chance? Nah no way. I wanted to support you from closer up but without knowing what was coming and no good exit strategy I just couldn't risk it so I kept my distance. I had to complain a couple of times in game why the whole team was behind A but had no even capped it ( enemy had all 3 caps for some time ), but eventually enemy began being picked off, we pushed A and B and eventually won due to killing all enemy ships though we would have won by points anyway. After the start which looked bad, it was actually an ok battle.

But he isn't a good player. So while he can be right at times, there is a much higher probability he is actually the problem more often then the one with the solution which is being ignored. Maybe he is also getting ignored because he isn't calling the optimal strategies, and he isn't good enough to realize he is calling bad plays, did you consider that a possibility? edit: and just to add, I don't consider myself a bad player, but there are MANY players on forum and in game which I will recognize from name and when they don't agree with something I say and propose something else, I don't complain I usually follow

Grind. Unless there is a special specific reason, grinding is the name of the game. Also, Izumo kind of 'teaches' you Yamato, as it is as much an island as Yamato ( actually Izumo is even bigger ), which prefers bow on tactics, just like Yamato. If you don't like Izumo playstyle, well... Yamato isn't much different with the only exception that it has lolpen capability.

Doing damage You can be a blue line hugging BBaby sniping and being useless for your team and ranking up some damage over time or in late game when it's already lost because you didn't do your job when you were supposed to. Damage alone is the least important statistic of them all.
