1. IRL arguments in a WG game? irl BB's had a +-3% hit ratio, don't think it would be good for the game though. 2. Depends, you can push on smoke campers if you have the right ships and support. In short, smoke has a counter but it's teamplay and thus not really happening a lot. Either way, too many BB's in a game makes the game also more static and campy and it's a bigger problem due to overpopulation of BB's, if something which causes static gameplay should be addressed that's the first thing. We already have radar and hydro to counter smoke, we got nothing to counter the overpopulation of BB's at the moment ( CV rework might do the trick, have to wait and see ). 3. Why? why are RN CL's imbalanced because they need smoke? Just because you feel smoke is broken? See, the only thing adding validity to this point is first accepting smoke is broken. Which it's not, not so much at least, not with radar and hydro being available. 4. The whole idea that BB's have armor, hitpoints and heal ability while DD's should rely on RNG / dispersion ( with the upcoming removal of stealth firing ability ) is just ... kind of douchy. And this is coming from a DD player who also plays cruisers and also plays BB's, so maybe something needs a rework but there are much more pressing issues with the game as it is now ( BB population ). Smoke counters are already in the game, and they are pretty effective.

I played two games with her now after unlocking her today. Both were pretty crap. Both times I had enemy gunboats which had their team supporting them, both times my team didn't shoot them ONCE while spotted ( well last game they did, but that was when I had like 100hp left so right after saying: "yes finally I can do some wo.." I died. I am struggling with a good captain setup for her, my Akizuki captain is no good because it has no EM and it has IFHE and no torp reload, and idk what I done with my Shiratsuyu captain as that one would be the best fit I guess... maybe I didn't look well enough, likely it was on my Kamikaze.. so I played both games with a Yugumo captain with only 13p and a quite bad skill set.

His circles depict his own concealment and his 'render range'. But yeah the wording is a bit off, though I do think he got the basic idea on this right as it took a lot of people in another topic to explain the differences I just don't think he got what YOU are telling him, that in order to profit from allied AAA you should be reasonably close to AAA cover even while spotting. The way he talks it seems like he expects allied CV to cover him with fighters. Ideally this sometimes happens, but a CV will most likely use his fighters to make sure his strikes are landing ( intercepting enemy fighters and float planes ). Which is why the theory of allied CV playing air defense is nice, I should know I have asked on forum for more AS setups so I don't get spotted / attacked myself so often, but as all the good cv players have told me AS is basically only viable in competitive play, in random battles strike setup gives a much higher win rate. edit: tl&dr -> he is right, in an ideal circumstance the allied DD CV ( nothing to see here, I didn't mix up any classes no really I did not ) would cover his DD's from fighters. In practise, this is more often not the most efficient use of his fighters ( someone who plays CV's on high level and think I'm wrong feel free to correct me if needed ).

He actually also plays DD's, not as much as BB's and his BB's already perform better, so my question to him is still ->

The worst the reports can do is give you an automated chat ban for 24h, account bans are never done through the report system ( unless you get reported for botting and WG does a manual review to check it ).

It's free, didn't have to anything but play. I could have had it so much sooner if I played for the mission goals but I just picked missions based on rewards and played as normal.

Did he also LOSE more in those 31 games? Since dying while securing a victory doesn't seem to be a 'bad' thing right?

Yes that is the page I was linked to twice ( 6.2 and 6.0 iirc ) with 6.1 linking me to an NA landing page.

Why do you assume damage dealt reflects skill? It matter A LOT where you did that damage and to whom you did that damage. Everyone can farm damage if that's what they think is important

Afaik the 6.0 link didn't work for me because it linked to EU redeem site which I already used when I checked the other link for 6.2, the 6.1 link I had went to an NA site where I was also credited with stuff. I didn't participate in all stages off the PT iirc but I got a nice chunk of free stuff so ..

3 mails in total, 6.0 6.1 and 6.2, last mail was sent yesterday at 19:10.

And why would you want to change a mechanic which makes your DD's lose more games then your BB's, when those DD's already win less games for you?

Not even sure, I had 2 mails, one lead to an NA page I had to log into and which accredit me with some signals and cammo and the other was to the normal EU redemption page. I played in most recent PT's though and I haven't checked rewards in some time, on the other hand usually those reward are only active pretty short after completion of the PT session

6 more pins needed for Shinome, Graf Spee was a cakewalk, Missouri is not something I'm even close to as I always use my free xp to shorten / cut out stock grinds. And I got so many free xp signals and cammo's but I never use them as I got so many others which seem more useful.
