Yes. Belfast is completely balanced right.... Some prem's are clearly broken ( like, having smoke, hydro and radar + concealment module at tier 7 ). Some are not even 'broken' but still better then main line counterpart ( Leningrad vs Minsk? ). Other are just different but certainly not 'better overall' ( Tirpitz and Bismarck ). Then, some seem actually pretty weak ( Sims / Mahan? ). What is more worrisome is the addition of ships like Missouri, Flint and now Black. Those ships ARE giving an advantage to their owners, some ( well.. Black and Missouri ) are just disgustingly broken in concept alone.

Considering Chappy's inherent performance a six game lose streak is very much possible in a truly random matchmaking system. Considering that WoWs mm basically means 30% of games you lose no matter what, 30% of games you would win no matter what, and in the remaining 40% it's your own influence which dictates the outcome, losing six in a row with a ship where your own influence is already less then in others.

That's assuming streaks are an intrinsic part of randomness

Which proofs my point no? I said that it looks like the ship performs worse then your other tier 8 cruisers ( and yes I also don't do well in it especially solo ). That doesn't seem to be a MM issue then, right Chappy shines when you can use it's assets correctly but if you radar and you don't have anyone in your team actually shooting the stuff it is just a worse Kutuzov ( no smoke and less range ). So us performing worse in her solo then in others might be because overall team play mindset ( or ability... ) has dropped a lot in randoms.

Exactly! Randomness in MM has influence. But since it's entirely player agnostic, this randomness should be the same for everyone given enough sample size. And yes I checked your overall stats, Chappy has the lowest wr of your tier 8 cruisers but a lot of damage ( higher then some others ). Since the biggest asset of Chappy is having radar, maybe you're focusing to much on farming those BB's instead of map control / cap zone's / DD denial? Saying you didn't die last makes it very likely you're playing the game very 'conservatively'.

I always talk to the bots in pve... it's fun when my team either way, the team correcting me and rightfully saying they are bots ( and me saying: yeah that's why I can curse them, they won't report me for it ) or the team joining in and actually taunting the bots

No, WG been pretty adamant that this is a team game. That is why you have 11 other players in your team you know...... Or should WG remove spotting mechanics? Remove assisted damage? Just because some don't want to improve and learn to play with others as they are supposed to. There is a saying for how you should play WoWS it's PTFO. And if you can't PTFO I'd rather people would GTFO.

Ashigara is owned by virtually anyone For someone who says he understands statistics you're making one heck of a lot of assumptions when thinking playerbase is evenly distributed amongst both ships. Even more you seem to forget that people might have high point ARP captains by the point they unlocked Naichi unlike Ashigara.
