Your HE pen is to low for tier 9 and 10 DD's without IFHE. If you get one broadside, you shred them with AP but if they angle you need IFHE to deal with them. The guy above might know that if he actually played it, but he doesn't so just ignore him.

You won 60% of your 25 tier VIII matches, seems pretty fair to me. ps. I bought many tier 8's and I enjoy taking them into tier X games immensely. Means more XP for me and more credits.

I was thinking, wouldn't it be nice if you could extend your tool so it could generate a replay upload to a website together with all the extracted data from python log? IJN DD's need their concealment buffed in relation to the USN DD's so they can go back to being the best scouts without being scared of running into a way way way better gunboat at close range. Ow and RPF should be removed, radars nerved + hydro nerfed + IJN torpedoes need a concealment buff. I'm totally unbiased btw, I really really <3 my Shima... ( not ).
