    I didn't say it was competitive, I just said the AP looked tasty and it does, looking at per shell pen and dmg. The rof just kills it though yeah. And no way they will buff raw dmg number it's already pretty high for 240mm.

    ~3k games in BB and how many in all other classes combined? Saying DD's are the problem but BB's are fine, even in 'large numbers'? Yeah you're the epitome of a BBaby.

Yeah you get more DD's ( though not even close to BB numbers, an waa waa waa you can post screenshots of heavy DD games all you want, the actual population numbers don't lie, it's MM which sometimes lumps all DD's into one game, not DD population ) because guess what smarty pants, you're better off in a DD then in a CRUISER when there are so many BBabies around

    DPM is still shite but indeed, you can actually pen stuff you should pen with 240mm guns. I'm also interested in flight times at those distances, if they reduced air drag ballistics should be a lot better right Don't understand why they aren't buffing the deck armor, that Monty salvo on a properly angled Henri was just disgusting and the primary reason why BB masterrace.
  7. But that is bs and you know it. Changes in PTS are subject to change because of what is seen on PTS, that's the entire point of PTS isn't it. That doesn't mean changes shouldn't be documented for players to directly try and break stuff / test, because that seems to collide with why PTS is a thing in the first place.

    You seem to have made assumptions without checking, I play cruisers a lot more then DD's Or if you meant OP, he isn't crying either since all of his points are actually legit. As opposed to the BBaby's crying about fires being OP, smoke being 'broken', HE should do less damage, AP penetrations on DD's are fine, cruisers should never be able to kill a BB because 'historical relevancy'. That is crying, of the worst kind. Saying "BB's are getting hydro, radar ( one.. ) and their counters are being nerved, as we're already over 40% class population and WG does nothing to correct it, that's not crying, that's stating facts. Where did I ask for BB nerfs? I think MM should restrict them in MM just as CV's, as to make the game much more enjoyable for every class even the BB themselves ( you did also forgot to check if I for instance had a Yamato or something... and some premium BB's or something ). That doesn't mean that IJN DD's are fine, with less BB's per match they will meet more CA's and CL's and enemy gunboat DD's. But hey, WG is buffing their turret rotation right I seriously haven't played in days, don't really think the game is headed in the right direction. Though I am thouroughly enjoying WG adding more HE oriented Baguettes into the game, just because I am sure someone will be annoyed he can't 'maneuver and use the excellent AP to knock out BB modules and perhaps score a delicious citadel before being deleted and having made no contribution to his team at all' edit: number crunching has shown on EU the BB overpopulation is in tier 7-8-9 with GE BB's, you're playing mostly tier 5 so you might not have seen the problem up close and personal. I dread the day RN BB's will be released, I expected BB population to reach 60% if not more

    4.5 made the point of the ship clear: be agressive, use the speed to take agressive positions and support your DD's from close range. Now people will spam 12km torps 14km from their enemies, and it's only 14km because that's the max gun range Belfast is one off the most broken ship in the game, close to Black.
  11. Nope ofc not, would be to much work I guess. But I think people would like to know when the citadel changes reach PT as they probably want to test them themselves. I would hope WG looks at community interest as well when composing PTS PN's

    That is the thing, Edin and Fiji ARE similar there is no dmg upgrade ( don't say torps please ). When going to Neptune you get a way higher dpm, though you also get that big raised citadel

    Ewww.w... iShill shoots torps from behind that Atago limiting how it can maneuver. Excellent showcase of why the ship does NOT need long range torps. edit: also, don't think this cruiser is to strong at all... if anything if other cruisers don't match up they are too weak. I also 'enjoy' iShill complaining about 'powercreep cruisers' but calling 'RPF is fine'

    I only mentioned it because you explicitly mentioned stock guns, I did not check myself if they have gun upgrades though I thought they didn't. Doesn't matter, you're still comparing stock ships when every sensible person compares fully upgraded ships since that's how most of the games played in them will be. You also edit your posts a lot after people reply to them, just to change your context a bit? How about proof reading them before pressing post? RN CL with HE? Really? Ow wait, you got confused with Emerald secondary battery edit: crapgot ninja'd on that one

    Better give low tier BB's more range, that will teach them how to play the class when progressing to high tiers I don't think he was commenting on you not having played enough ;)

    All cruiser should! And then WG has to promise to never be an idiot and add more BB's with radar, or DD's with radar, or (yuck) BB's with defensive fire. Because those classes have cruisers on which they should depend for those things.

    That happened last round, we had 2 PTS iterations minimum ( I think it was 3 but I only participated in 2 ) and I got the rewards all in one go ( well I got rewards for those 2 and the previous PTS since I forgot to redeem them that prior ).

    I hope you realize those were the performance figures of the one crying how stronk Kirov is, because it has good guns and it can citadel stuff We both have the same avg dmg, which is about ~40% more then 'Kirov STRONK because you can citadel stuff with it's AP shells' Looks like ~40% dmg equates to ... ~20% wr drop, since getting carried is also a thing.

    Idea: Hiding enemy team composition

    Most people who pay attention to 'those things' are good player, or on the way becoming on. And I wasn't talking about tactics when ships are spotted on the minimap, that wouldn't change with hiding ship list on spawn ( assuming it would work like in WoT where the ships appear on the list once they been spotted once ). What would change is: hey we got 3 stealthy DD's and they got 1 IJN and two VMF DD's out of which the two VMF are in division with a CL. If you see the CL or one of the VMF DD's somewhere, and another cap is also being contested, going after the IJN DD first makes a lot of sense. You can even predict tactics ( though that implies you're assuming decent skill level on enemy team ). If you see an enemy team with only DD's with worse concealment then you, you can more safely play aggressive going for cap zones as you know you will outspot any enemy. Same goes the other way around, if you know you will be out spotted, you stay closer to your allies so that when you get spotted and push in to spot the enemy you have enough support to kill him quickly. Take all that away, and you get either stupid players which never look on team rosters and just go 'to their usual spots' and either get lucky or die, or good players which won't risk their ships on a gamble.
