There is no HE spam problem. There is 48% BB population problem at tier 8 ( fact ). If there was an HE spam 'problem' WG wouldn't have added a long range HE spamming line of cruisers ( fact ). edit: Why am I not surprised Sadly WG has always said they won't limit numbers other than CV/s. And it's probably more to do with screwed progression which makes tier 8 BB's comparatively much stronger then other classes ( bigger jump in dmg output ). So WG could start with making tier 8 cruisers stronger.

Nah he wants durable BB's. RN CL's far from durable, they rely on not getting hit ( smoke ). Remove smoke and the heal would be a gimmick not worth much ;)

I said basically the same thing in another thread, belt armor was not the issue and didn't cause he BC designation. A big part of the planned refit also wasn't armor but fire control, Hood's fc system was severely outdated ( outside of the boiler replacement ). edit: in that thread I also said Hood shouldn't have been the lead ship, it was only because PoW wasn't really battle ready AND that Hood had been the flag ship. If PoW was 100% battle ready I don't think she would have been the lead ship going up against a more modern fully fledged battleship.

WoWs uses a filesystem which causes very high io load, it cashes assets on first match, it's the creation of this cache which causes slow loading times on first battle if you have a bottleneck IO subsystem. On my ssd I don't have any issues. My PTS and former ST clients ran from HDD and had significantly more issues with loading first battle ( still well ahead of battle start though ).

Loading times for first battle are heavilly affected by io subsystem. what are your system specs?

I think they also felt forced because they think people associate it with Bismarck and they would feel bad if it were a tier 6. But judging on when she was built she could be a tier 6. Also, judging from seeing flamu play the ship, it performed decent enough already before the buffs.

Nah I don't agree, as I said I had the same issue he has, just for telling sniping BBabies that they are being useless, or baddies who lost me games that they should have done something different. You know, the kind of things which in CBT were the things which made ME actually wonder about my own performance and which caused me to actually learn how to play the game.
