I think the term you should use is 'Blacks' And yeah generalization... it's rather unavoidable with the current BB overpopulation, there are just so many that even IF there were as many baddies in other classes they are far less frequently met in the actual game ;)

txtspeak you're overdoing it. Also, this isn't dev stuff, this is ( community ) management 'stuff'. What imho should be done is a personal apology to Foch for the threat, and some resolution about why it was made. I don't think Foch's CC status is easilly restored, I mean I can understand WG not liking the content to the point where they want to exclude him from the CC program ( original Foch video which was removed from YT is hosted on a facebook page and linked in that WoT thread, it was rather 'ranty' even for Foch standards ). Though I rather they just warn him with a temp exclusion instead of straight up booting him over it. And I don't think a company should use threats of copyright infringement to censor content, unless there is an actual copyright issue. This wasn't about that, YT has a libel / slander ect. handling program as well, if anything WG should have threatened with that.

WG's 'year of the CV' didn't really help CV playerbase, I don't think it's realistic to expect them to do it now. But it would help a bit yes, the combination that is ( imagine having to strike a group of 8 AAA specced BB's right now.. who're sitting in close group ( near spawn / blue line ofc ) ).

Casemate is armor, not a section on it's own but it's tied to the central section which should have it's hp increased. This means slower saturation when shot by BB's shooting central section. In game, it's mainly a buff against cruisers since these tend to target the sections with lesser armor ( bow / stern / SS ). Which feels kinda odd, since Montana for instance did not need buffs to deal with cruisers amirite?

You're wrong, base concealment is never worse on CA then BB. Some BB's when properly specced can get great concealment though, but they never beat CA's with likewise builds.

I am not planning on buying it ( or anything else atm ), but I won't whine about a single ship being sold in an overpriced bundle because WG wants to milk the RN fanbois/teaboo's. It was to be expected, and frankly anyone who buys it I wish them the best as they are the reasons LOTS of others including me can if they so choose play this game for free. Stahp hating ;)

It's hard to balance cruisers for current BB heavy meta, it would make them severely overperform if WG can get the class distribution more in line with how the game should be. So imho it's only possible to adjust cruisers as a class after the meta is fixed. Lolpen citadels is the other issue yes, but to some degree I can live with it since with less BB's it's far less likely due to enhanced evasion tanking potential. With the current BB heavy meta evasion tanking becomes less potent because the chance off a stray BB shell still causing that lolpen citadel is much higher. So again, it's an issue just like cruiser balance ( tier 8 might need a heal even after normalized meta ) but it's almost impossible to properly judge and respond to this issue without tackling the class distribution first.

Overall I don't think CA's are performing badly at all. CA life is only 'hard' because you can't do anything but long range spam without seeing that 'focus' number climb to 5-8 BB's each time you're spotted < 15km from them. Limit BB's per team, just like WG limit's CV's, and balance will be much better. edit: ​This would make them more viable. Esp. giving both hydro and def. AAA is something I fully support.

It's strange btw as I'm pretty certain WG had at one time promised to distribute ships amongst teams ( was during shima spam iirc... to make sure you wouldn't get 4x shima vs 4x gearing ).
