The problem is, ONE party screwed up on SJW front's with perhaps having a to negative tone towards the other. While the OTHER PARTY, threatened with an unlawful copyright strike in return. Oranges and apples. If this was just about CC removal, than it's apples and apples. But it's not. -

Anecdotes mean nothing, I will not get into those. Got a replay, I will look at that no problem. But 'he said she said' is of no consequence to anyone really. Ow and even one replay.. yeah... You claiming it's other classes being cowards without acknowledging that you'd have to be an idiot if you think playing aggressive with cruisers is in any way sensible within current BB infested meta says enough really. Ofc you let BB's take the damage, it's their JOB and they when played right can actually TANK that damage while a cruiser get's deleted. edit: ow and OFC, that doesn't mean there aren't cowards / baddies in other classes not doing their job. But it's less off a problem because guess what, there are to many BB's in the game, not other classes. And sadly it is BB's which attract the most baddies and because of their associated durability it is so much easier to notice them doing badly... So yeah, BB's being driven badly is a worse problem then any other class ( DD's which ignore cap's ect come really close though ).

Another one who is MISSING THE FRIGGIN POINT. CC status removal, no one gives anything about that ( least of all Foch himself ). But THREATENING WITH A COPYRIGHT STRIKE, that is the ONLY issue. Stop trying to make it about anything else, it isn't. Sounds like WG, with now accusing Foch of 'homophobic' and 'hate-speech' slander, trying to get the attention away from the actual issue. edit: not that I disagree btw ;) CC removal was warranted.- 217 replies

Ow should we go use avg dmg, hit ratio, survival ratio and wr in conjunction with each other for each individual ship then? Wouldn't help you one bit. You're the one lacking arguments, since basing them on your 'anecdotes' means nothing at all.

WG NA even released promo video which just says EXACTLY what Foch said about the thing... without the swearing, but who cares. -
Ftfy. Btw you play twice as many games in cruisers as in BB's, and your BB wr is 43% vs 48% with your cruisers. Maybe you should LEARN how to actually play BB's before commenting, as your stats clearly show you don't even understand when and how to push with a BB. Those numbers indicate you're doing tolerable while 'helping others in your cruisers' since you are playing support, but when you need to actually make the plays yourself you fail. Or do you think you're such a good cruiser captain in comparison with the cruisers you get in your games when you play BB's?

I thought about other sections but couldn't really find a good fit I was looking forward to even Hipsters video but seeing him like the excuse put up in that thread which basically said: "yeah we threatened him with it, but trust me we wouldn't have actually done it so it's fine right?" actually makes me suspect he's going to go along with that.... which would be sad imo.

You can't hunt DD's with a cruiser which is spotted from the moon and which turns like a whale, while having no armor what to speak off. Long range spam ftw, unless you happen to end up in heaven and only have 3 BB's on enemy team.

It just shows that the ship buffing / nerving they been doing has done nothing to counter the issue. In fact, it was 40% and it's up to 47% now. They claimed that the 'de-nerf' of some IJN torpedoes ( higher tiers ) was a nerf to BB's because it buffed high tier IJN DD's. They claimed that the new flooding mechanics are a nerf to BB's and indirect a buff to IJN DD's since they have the highest flooding chance per torpedo hit. They removed the extended hydro from Bismarck ( and then continued to give Tirpitz the same secondary range ) Now they are buffing USN high tier BB's, and in a way which seems to strengthen their resilience against cruiser fire a LOT due to damage saturation kicking in earlier on sections usually targeted by cruisers ( and ofc smaller citadel makes it harder to delete them with a BB salvo as well.. ). So my point is: it's not working. The only thing which would return a fun game environment quickly is adding more class restrictions to the MM. They might do it eventually with the 'soft touch' but it will take them to long.

Yeah... we don't have ANY maps with islands creating corridors not allowing you to shoot over them! That's the problem, we need corridor maps in WoWs........ Ow wait... Usually when people say something is 'dominated' by something else, using 'xxxxxx' ( insert any kind of 'weapon' ), it's not because those 'dominating' are weak

Don't worry about it, some people don't have anything better to do There are multiple topics about this already, short answer: yes. 47% BB population at tier 8 should indicate how successful WG is at balancing classes.

It will take a LOT of time, and unless you got an Atago or other IJN CA with 10km torps you will rely on fires mainly. But I don't mind this balance, because it fits in with my perception of an immersive WWII naval arcade game. BB's should be hard to take down, but not impossible even by cruisers. Now replace one of the cruisers with a DD and it becomes much easier. DD torps and causes flooding, BB forced to repair, CA's burn. Forced to repair ( hopefully ) when repair comes back up, and DD torps will finish or cause new flooding. -
... people seem to think I hate BB's, yet I have a Yamato and several premium BB's... But back to the point at hand -> Ow and the reaction to your post is also quite nice btw, let's repost it to. ( could post a nice gif but it seems you get triggered to easilly ).

Show me on the model where flamu touched you inappropriately Everything you say is a lie, it can only be because a> he called you out for being a baddie because you were useless in his team, or b> you were on the enemy team and he sank you, or c> you came to his chat and said something stupid and had everyone jump on it. All of those reasons, well it's not flamu's fault. I actually <3 it when flamu explains stupid people why they are stupid, it's just frustrating for him if they keep being stupid. At that point, no one can do anything but ignore those people. -
