    Meh, getting perma spotted isn't always the DD's fault, if your team AAA ships aren't in a position where you can use their umbrella or when your own CV doesn't have any fighter control you're pretty screwed. And it's not fun to be made obsolete without it being your own fault. ps: not saying CV's need nerfs

    Tbf, WG has an EXCELLENT track record in this regard. I really am under the impression this was ONE GUY screwing up, it can not have been a policy thing. The question is, will they admit, in FULL, to what went wrong? If they do, it will be great and they will regain a lot of trust from everyone. If they are not willing to take the full blame, and continue on the path set out by that quote on Otaku ( how reliable that site is... idk ) which is basically slandering Foch, then I do think it will not 'just go away'. WG-> Sorry, we never INTENDED to threaten with a copyright infringement strike to get content removed which was negative. This was done because of XYZ, and we will make sure it never happens again. And IF it happens, be assured it's a mistake as we have a longstanding bond with our community providing content covering our games, and our excellent fair use policy usage track record proofs we want to work with the community. The only reason we would ever use a cpy infringement strike on someone is if he/she breaks and NDA. Most of the above is already said, just not the part where they accept full responsibility for the threat made.

    Did you see the NA promo video? It said everything Foch said ( can sit in the open when angled, doesn't need cover, has very good premium ammo too! ) But this trend has been going on for some time now, and it is not the main focal point of what went wrong in this situation. The CC removal should have been enough to cause some more attention to it. But now, it's even worse due to the cpy infringement threat, which might actually turn out to be a good thing because it will cause more attention to the balance point Foch was making.

    You accepting their behavior is fine, just don't expect others to accept it. It has nothing to with SJW, it has to do with WG's longstanding EXCELLENT stance in regards to people who use their intelectual property, even if their reviews had been negative, being overthrown in ONE STRIKE by someone trying to use a threat of a copyright infringement strike to CENSOR a video. And you can disagree all you want, I don't care. At least you now argue why you disagree: you think the world is crap anyway, so them pulling a stunt like this is 'business as usual' and 'we the people' just need to accept the world is crap and move on. Sorry man, not everyone thinks like you. I don't want my kids to grow up thinking ethics are something which don't really exist, or are of no consequence. If you want to live like that, be my guest. As to the rest of your crying post trying to imply others are acting childing or offensive, look in a mirror. Coming in the thread claiming 'Foch did this to himself' without ever explaining even what 'this' entails in your opinion, right up to me asking you directly, then refusing to do so, and AFTER all that just coming with a 'yeah, world sucks, live with it' as ultimate reasoning, and yet still trying to put blame on others for not buying your drivel.

    Fair Use policy, that is what would make their claim be thrown in the trash. But in the mean time, Foch would lose any income from his channel. And WG knows this. edit: Head of EU community team even said on WoT forum as 'excuse' that they would NEVER impose the copyright infringement strike and that while it was indeed said to Foch he would have made sure it never happened. The ONLY reason they would is if someone broke NDA. And rightfully so.

    Bull, you been defending WG throughout, telling that Foch had 'it' coming, without even daring to specify what 'it' would be, and now when asked directly you refuse. IANAL, but there is plenty of preceding cases which are similar enough to draw conclusion from.

Irrelevant tosh already covered, his CC removal is not being questioned. Now, are you sure you want to support the copyright infringement claim because they found his content offensive?

    You should be able to read this in the previous posts instead of pretending to be ignorant. Threatening with a copyright strike on his channel because they didn't like the content is so wrong, it's not even close to being 'a normal consequence of biting the hand that feeds him'. Infact, Foch never ASKED to be a CC, he was OFFERED it. And everyone can monetize their content, even while covering WG games, you don't need CC status for that. And no one, he himself certainly, gives a flying foch about losing CC status ( legit action from WG considering he afaik had been warned before to watch his language / intonation ). So that is where Foch get's the free out of jail card from, he himself says he's not bothered by that at all. That however has nothing to do with the copyright infringement strike threat on his channel.

    Irrelevant tosh, please inform yourself of what is the actual issue before posting drivel. 1. Foch does not work for WG 2. It is not about loosing CC status, no one cares. 3. What IS the issue, is threatening with an copyright infringement strike if negative content isn't removed. 4. WG is not Gaijin, WG CC's always have room to be critical and never are forced to walk the party line. The reason Foch's CC status was removed is because he was over the top in how he brought his opinion, not because his opinion doesn't follow company line. Lots off CC's have said the same as Foch, but with different wording. ​Foch's reviews are pretty good actually. You might be part of WG's push to discredit him, but it isn't going to work. Should I ask you again if you're by chance a Dinger?

As to who's head. that's left up to debate. If Ph3lan acted on his own merit, it's pretty clear he made a VERY big mistake. If he acted on orders from higher up, it's there where the fault lies. Either way, something has to happen, what is done up till now is just not cutting it. Esp. with that Otaku article basically slandering Foch based on what WG seemingly told that site. That's just wrong. Tomorrow's YT content might be fun, it might not, but I doubt it will be dull

You seem to lack basic math skills, since even if BB's did not attract more baddies, there being more BB's then other classes on it's own would already make my statement true Maybe you should have stayed in the service and not play games which remind of when you served...

    A bit below average, not that much though. Maybe, because of the fact that a BB who is being targeted by 3 enemy BB's but who knows how to angle, can actually tank a lot of damage, and a cruiser which sees this 'focus' count go up and up and up knows it's time to bugger off? if the situation was as you describe then yes, those cruisers seem to have done something wrong. Lol. Usually when people in this game start telling other this it's followed with some reason as to why stats are meaningless... .. well if your TASK is shooting stuff, and you can't hit a barn door from within said barn, then I wouldn't call them outstanding AT THEIR JOB. Friendly chaps, perhaps, outstanding human being perhaps even. But not outstanding at what their supposed to be doing I would advice you to look at your own stats from time to time to see where you might be performing well and where you have space to improve. Don't do it because of a male reproduction organ's measuring contest ( ) but for your own progression. Nope. just that there are more cowards in BB's then in other classes. Even worse, there are also more baddies in BB's which don't know when to push so when they do and die they blame the team and use that as excuse for the subsequent lack of pushing ( eg camping / wanking in the back ).
