Hipper can be tanky, just as Hindenburg. Yorck however.. and Roon... Zao can be trollish. Moskva is tanky for a cruiser, but Donskoi is squishy as heck. You're right though, no cruisers does well in close range with to many BB's ingame. And every line switched a lot between tanky and squishy. Atago does 'nice' in 'close' range because it can be specced as DD allowing it to stealth torps, and it has a heal.. though if a BB's blaps you that heal doesn't really compensates much.

I actually liked seeing the games from Jingles in WoT in division with Circon and others, where he did quite ok to good. And we all know that was probably the one game where he got close to Circon's xp or damage during the whole session, but it was fun to watch every time! I kinda miss those times

The fact that the BB overpopulation breaks this '5 max' rule, is simply invalidating the rule. If the rule can't be applied because of to many in queue, the rule just as well could be scraped. It you want more 'official' verification, it was posted / linked in the 'Interesting news from RU' thread ( Q&A was on reddit iirc ).

Well... if you have a value of X X - (100% of X) = 0 X + (100% of X) = 2X Mathematically it seem right. You have flags which increase detonation chance ( fire chance and flooding flags also increase chance of detonations ) but the -100% is applied last so it's still a zero percent chance remaining ( ok ok, you're off course right, it's pretty confusing ).

Guys come on. It's perfectly understandable and ethical for WG to impose copyright strikes on channels which release content before they lift the NDA on said content. And this has nothing to do with the case at hand, as CC's are given the 'go ahead' on their official communication channel after which the content they prepared can be made public. SirFoch's rant video wasn't uploaded before this moment, which is kind of obvious because until the nda is lifted the tank/ship in question is considered 'subject to change' anyway. edit: each time you see content with a 'Work in progress' watermark, this 'exception' has been given formally by WG for CC's to show content which isn't final but they still want CC's to show to the community ( perhaps to gauge community responses ).
