Idk, 1/4 of a strike != 1/4 of a CV's total planes. Now if you kill 1/4 of a CV's plane's and trade that for 1/5th of your hp... and that's certainly possible, but it requires skill and teamwork. You need to survive multiple strikes and effectively prioritize the right squadrons. It also requires a lack of skill of the enemy CV though..

edit: you know what, you're right. And even if you're not, you'll drag me down to your level and beat me with experience.

The only useful one I have is spood beest for my RU DD's ( haven't grinded up FR CA's yet ). But yeah I totally agree that in most cases the slot you need to give up is worth more.

The problem for a BB getting nuked by a DD with 4.5km torps is not the DD or the BB, it's the position the BB is in in relation to it's team. But it IS fun with Okhotnik Still, it can't even stealth torp, it feeds on BB's which think smokes are harmless, or islands need to be passed closely

Tier 5 has Kami, but taking the best reload DD as benchmark for the class is not really how you should do it. edit: also, torps don't do the same damage as a BB citadel hit, you have to subtract torpedo bulge. Now please do the same to my other points
