I asked couple of times in jest if WG couldn't give us a tier 9 Yamato as free xp ship, in the form of Musashi with some nerfs. It sounds nice, but I'm not sure how WG thinks about it really.
-
Isaac Sweers ( jezus I must have typed the name of that ship at least 5 times today already, it seems to be getting a habit :D ) is what I am waiting for, with like Harekaze multiple hull options giving us either originally intended armament or the RN weapons mounted when she couldn't be finished in The Netherlands. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HNLMS_Isaac_Sweers Though some mid tier Dutch cruisers would fit nicely into the game, seeing how Dutch ships had the best AAA at the time ( first triple axis stabilized with own fire control bofors iirc ). A Tromp class cruiser would probably fit nicely in tier 5 with as 'gimmick' the first tier 5 with defensive AAA consumable?

I approve. But make it an Akizuki without a 700m+ turning radius, or give it some speed... edit: I don't get this section.... Accepted answer -> we need two ships to pad the line.... Reply -> here you have already one with the Akizuki proposals ( which btw would also FINALLY get IJN back on track as purely torpedo focused gameplay has been killed off already, and having a full hybrid or gunboat line would mean IJN suddenly is viable again ). The question wasn't, 'what do you say about maybe making more IJN DD's?' .... we already know there are two empty spots. This isn't a 'closed question' it's a question which is still open. Just taking this question as example, there are many others.

And if you see the activity in that thread and the amount of feedback on suggestions in that thread, you can't really tell me you think that is 'working as intended'? I think that was @mrk421's whole point?

Musashi never was officially mentioned for that spot, it was just brought up by many different forumites as an option.

I see what you did there Would grind for sure. -
Ow Roon yes, totally didn't comment on that yesterday as the osf intro made me want to play that game again..... Roon is EPIC. It's by far one of the best long range spammers in the game, it's MADE to kite enemies pushing into it ( it does bad when pushing herself, but considering there are more German ships with this turret layout you should be aware of it by now ). The only bad thing about Roon is people. You need people playing her, she doesn't operate on her own. Sadly it's like multiplayer gaming, it would be great, as long as you would be able to remove all human influence.

Yeah I was just linked in another topic, basically it's a Gearing minus 4 meter midsection. But length was never Gearings problem right, it's girth. Girls like girth, but so does BB AP.

Sorry, I just want a proper Dutch ship ( and yes, I don't mind she being finished in the UK since she was towed out before completion to keep her out of axis hands ). Isaac Sweers would probably be a very strong tier 7, and I want it, I want it noaw :D -

STOP LYING FFS. It's not Dutch at all. If you call this Dutch, even Cambeltown is Dutch as she to served in the Dutch navy. Time to add Isaac Sweers to the game I'd say.... -
And there I was just blaming the stiff lipped Brits that they just didn't want to celebrate their loss with us Dutchies I would have loved some pictures of the tall ships and replica's sailing up the Medway, like with Sail Amsterdam I like that part the most. Especially if they are able to do so under sails.

How's that whole BB plague thing working out then?
mtm78 replied to The_Finnster's topic in General Discussion
Buffing and nerfing isn't going to give us fun matches, a MM limit on class distribution seems the only way it would work. -

So... is that tier X really a Benson with added AA and Gearing turrets? -
Yeah but no I have to follow one more thread, and I'm already tracking so many The tier X looks nice, Benson with Gearing turrets or something, AAA looks very strong with 18 40mm's.

Ow and btw that premium tier III RN DD we already have also served in the Dutch navy at some time, in no way this addition is actually more 'first Dutch navy' ship. -

I HATE Tjerk Hiddes, I don't want WG to come claim they put in a Dutch ship based on some UK DD. That being said, new line looks interesting.... Now WG, where is my Isaac Sweers? Well? Where? Still working on it... pffff hurry up darnit. -
I am still waiting on pictures from forumites who attended the 400 year anniversary of Battle/Raid off the Medway :(

Anyone writing 'battleships' must be delusional, and also think Belfast is properly balanced

Those early screen art were pretty glorious, I remember when a site had an article about the 'atomic nuclear artillery' the top tier USN BB would have Also, Fuso is the worst example of what is wrong with BB's ( since it's pretty good, while ALSO still being a GOOD battleship ). It's NCal's with stealth built and higher tier USN BB's with stealth built which will show you how much 'fun' WG thinks cruisers should have playing this game.
