You can only have sympathy for a regional producer if you accept that it is not his call to determine release dates of premium ships. That being said, seeing him in the video ( and Tuccy as well ) was pretty clear that he didn't really wanted to be there when the subject came up.

Nah, those answers don't stand up to the actual issues. If they don't reply to fara's message at all it just proofs this game is going to keep going downhill. I've spend a long time hoping, but if this is really an intentional 'finished' release in their eyes, I can not but have ZERO trust in them actually being able to restore balance with other things.

Is this an invite to throw the guys on the stream for the lions, or do they actually have answers? If the later I'm definitely going to watch the stream as I'm very interested in hearing them. There are at least as many people who explicitly not want all their ships to run the same flag though But yeah I also went out without because I forgot to mount one so an 'equip on all ships' sounds like an excellent idea to start with :)

I posted it because the other ship with AP bombs is doing really well, so people should not continue to complain about the AP bombs as a mechanic. The mechanic is fine, the UI not accommodating the new drop delay is not. WG should put up a high priority fix for this and I hope this is enough of a performance boost to the loadout to keep it viable until an alternative loadout is ready. Ofc I'm not the guy WG should listen to concerning CV balance / performance though, so I'd happily be corrected on this :)

They won't and they shouldn't, lots of the flags are commemorative of historic events and it actually appeals to lots of people to have those flags. The issue that you should be able to perhaps only view 'primary' flags ( same as with with you could set primary tanks which got displayed before the rest ) is a very valid one as I sometimes had to wait way to long before some pleb who collects all ships has the right flag to fit his ship and hull.... :D

And if you watch Fara's vod you see him taking 50% hp of a German BB with one drop, even taking half of a Moskva and a Edin, every time with just one squadron hitting six bombs. Then he does 2k damage to a Yamato with the same drop. It's the second worst in damage done... it really needs it's different loadout ( I won't even comment on the difference between the top performer and the one even worse as GZ... I'm not salty enough to comment on that as I haven't been complaining about CV balance for years already )

Well it took someone stepping in for these video's to suddenly be 'allowed'. I guess 'censorship' is still a sore wound ;) Anyway, yeah it's good they came around on that one. edit: Btw, you realize that not allowing final review is the actual censorship far far more important than at first removing critical video's? This thread or those video's are to little and to late concerning people who bought the ship based on those old video's.

I agree completely, and it does me good to read this. The issue as I see it is that the UI wasn't finished and feels WG EU rushed the ship release as to not miss the GC hype sale. It feels WG is trying to silence critique to not hurt these hype sales which happen due to people hearing there is a new premium CV and it's German, just during this big event, buying it without thoroughly informing themselves. As I understand, the CC's are also feeling a little bit used, as the ship they had and which they showed on stream and on which basis someone might buy a ship, and this ship they showed is not what is for sale and they had no time to make a final review of this state she ended up in. This happened before with German DD's. Those are fine now, I believe GZ will also be fine. But the UI should get a priority update to display the delay, and I think it would appease many if WG would just stop doing this. Having this UI fix should be enough to hold people over until a torpedo option is available as to the developer communiquee. The only need for 'torches' here is the feeling that people have of being ... well I can't use that word without getting censored but it describes the act of telling people something they might want to hear but it not actually meaning anything. This is not your fault, you're passing through information between two groups which seem to be out of sync on some rather central topics. Like how to release ships ( or balance their game, but that's another topic ). I don't play CV's ( not really anyway, even while I did sub to fara to support him as watching his streams convinced me I could actually make them work ), I would suggest to look at Fara's twitch vod as he can much better explain the issues with the UI and current loadout. But that's for later concern, the first one would be saying something about the UI :) edit: also, if I were WG I would honor any request for a refund even if the ship has been played after purchase ( ofc with an upper limit, but someone who bought it without knowing the current state can only see that after the purchase and after actually having played with the AP loadout. If they feel they bought something which isn't what they thought it is, they should have an option to refund it ). https://www.twitch.tv/videos/169197956 Training room AP bomb tests are +- 40m into the vod. The AP bomb damage is not that bad ON GERMAN BB. Same drop he took 1/2 hp from Bismarck did 2k dmg to a Yamato. But he took 1/2 of Moskva and Edin, so the bombs damage potential isn't that bad ( considering that is single squad and you have 3 ). The issue isn't AP mechanic, it works for another CV right... that has good stats. The issue is the delay not being in sync with UI causing weird behavior or at least not intuitive behavior, and this change not being allowed to be reviewed before release? At least that is what I think Ishiro meant, as an AP mechanic discussion would just distract from this thread's purpose....

You're basically saying the same thing, so even if there is no official ( public ) communique, there seems to be an consensus about the ship being released in an unfit state, AND WITHOUT giving ANY CC the chance to review the final state.
