Bold part is a premium CV outperforming Shokaku, I know I know you probably love the Enterprise and I can't really claim the ship is OP since I never played it, but I can say it looks like it's overperforming and it is a premium: hence my mention of it.

Getting to that realizations for SOME of us means having to accept to have spend thousands of hours and lots of money on something which eventually is going to end up like WoWp.

WIP overlay during stream is legal deparment requirement. Yes, you're not advertising, but it comes pretty darn close. Only thing you're not explicitly advertising is final state, due to WIP overlay. GC is huge, GZ is German, ofc they rushed it knowing it wasn't finished. And yes, since it went DB all CC said it was bad, but they also said it would be further balanced before going on sale. Then suddenly it's on sale, I kind of agree with anyone seeing 2-0-3 and still hitting 'buy' isn't that smart but they should at least expect a finished product. This AP mechanic is NOT finished. They want to give it torps, but those are not finished, they said so themselves. That's why I would ask a refund, not performance. Performance might actually not be that bad ( as I posted in other thread it looks like it's beating Lexi ... though it's still a terrible CV ). edit: btw I'm sure GZ will end up being fine, but it's not right now. That's a shame, I actually respect those who tell people to go demand a refund for unfinished content. The UI isn't finished, there is no visual process involved with the delays with the AP bombs on the Graf Zeppelin, yet it was released during the biggest venture it could be released at to create hype sales. And no CC was able to put up a review of the final state before it went to sale. If I bought it I would be asking for a refund even if I had to play it to notice the ap mechanics being unfinished, and if support would deny this because I could only know this AFTER I played a game in it I would have a lawyer take over. It's that simple. The item I bought is not finished, and there was no reasonable way I could have known without playing the ship. I expect all CC's to just ignore any threats and well they can't keep kicking them or they will run out of free advertisement community contributors. Any CC with integrity will not be bullied into making only positive content.

Yeah this isn't Jimquisition worthy so far, heck even iShill iChase ( his little boys finally descended ) is perfectly fine with now being able to call a spade a spade in any content and not worry if he's being as positive as WG wants him to be. I expect the content off his channel will actually most likely go up as I know it's hard to go down anyway. If he's going to dispense salt on regular basis and with good theatrical flair it might be finally worth following his YT channel. Also, P2Win is completely right, they are within their right. But, WG is trying to damagecontrol, Notser was as negative as iChase and is not kicked, they are trying to be selective and force the others in line that way. Which, again, is actually within their right. But I don't think many CC's are going to change their tone unless WG changes their own ways of doing things ( releasing content, handling balance ).

The Katori is outpaced by battleships... I literally had to ask the KA to wait for me It has excellent range and exact same gun setup as Yuubari so it's not all bad indeed, tankiness is nihil though when they close the distance, it just can't evasion tank and the hp just evaporate from HE. It's the speed which kills it, but if it dies it's usually the last of the team as you can kite the moment the enemy is spotted ( well almost ).

Radar spotting is 'fine' as a mechanic. Would be nice if it didn't work through islands but ok. MM should consider which ships have radar though when making teams.

Much prettier! Also, don't forget that by loosing that much weight she is much faster. Where Katori is the little sis which is always picked last during gym class, Yuubari is the one everyone wants to have in their team. Katori is also great at long range harassment but it is so sluggish it can't evasion tank anything which comes close ( and it also doesn't have armor, though a smaller citadel ).

I'd recommend watching Fara stream, strangers also streams from time to time but he plays more of everything while fara is a real cv main. I know one of them has already spend a lot of time explaining CV mechanics to someone like me who doesn't even play them really atm, and I know it has made it easier for me to deal with them in other ships let alone how much it would help if I actually would ever start really playing them.

There are some outskirts of islands where you will beach on but which aren't displayed on the standard maps. I think there is a high res minimap mod in the WG modpack which has actual contours which are correct but the standard maps don't allow blind sailing close to islands. Ofc you can avoid islands by not coming to close, but that's not really the same is it Also this ^^^

So you're saying that HAVE had, and still have, access to actually relevant feedback, but they don't do anything with it? Is that why there are so many old players which aren't really happy?

Anti BB CV is EXACTLY what the game needs, sadly they implemented it wrongly right now. What fara said applies, give her fast torpedo bombers so she ( GZ ) can scout with those and hit small targets and play around flooding damage, but keep her main offensive armaments as DB's and she would be a nice carrier ( even if not for competitive perhaps ). Sorry was just editing. Ofc you're right and it does need something, but it would work pretty well even if with limited potential against other ships as long as it doesn't crap out in every department ( bombing - map control / fighters - scouting ).

That wasn't what I meant though and you know it With 'changing' I mean starting to LISTEN to community instead of feeding us constant ....... and hoping we keep thinking it's caviar.
