I was just editing previous post -> You shouldn't you had said from the moment TB's went away the ship was terrible. Other CC's might have been neutral or even positive about configuration of the ship before final change, and none of those got a chance to review the final state. So some of them might actually feel they advertised for something which is broken. I never meant to claim you should also tell people to get a refund, that would make no sense for me to do :S When I said 'I care about community' I meant that I hope WG will just show some goodwill, it wasn't meant at you at all I beg to differ, the issue is the UI being not finished. The ship being crap or not is not the important part. The loadout will be fixed they already told people... but they didn't say ANYTHING about unfinished UI.

So because pleb will use auto drop and not be bothered by unfinished UI is enough to be unsure about WG offering refunds for those who would like it? Taking into account how many would actually do that and how much good will it would create? i'm pretty sure what I would chose, but then again I care about community perception I hope WG does as well, I think they do but I don't think they realized beforehand the amount of flak they would get for this 'release'. Because we need to boost your followers / viewer numbers Guess more people needed to be told to not be dumb :D

Who won? And yes, it's allowed. Can't really stop it anyway, and often they just end up fighting each other anyway. Just make sure they actually fight each other and don't feed their allies to the enemy clan members.

But you didn't review the final ship did you? Did you test the AP mechanics? That's the issue, not if a 2-0-3 layout is bad, with bad fighters and no good dive bombers ( ship is btw performing better as Lexi... but Lexi is just doing terrible so does that count? ). The refund is because the UI is not finished, and I agree with him that people should be eligible for a refund even if they played a game to notice the delay and the UI not giving feedback on it. Normally you can return a ship with no battles played, I feel they can be lenient here and allow a higher number and still allowing a return due to unfinished mechanics. It's just an option to show goodwill, I bet there are many who won't take it as the model looks stunning and WG said they will 'fix' it aka make it competitive later on ( and it's even now doing more damage as a Lexi ( AS Lexi might be an issue there... in comparison I mean ) and win's more games but I think that's more persistence of players as a ship quality. If the AP mechanic was same as Enterprise, refund would be out of the question after playing a game with it as per normal procedure. But the AP mechanic is not the same, and this mechanic isn't finished and people didn't know this before buying ( small print didn't say: the delay isn't visible and the UI actually shows planes with bombs when they are already on their way back ). IANAL, but I do know it's smelly and WG shouldn't want to have smelly socks.

I will tell Blogis AGAIN to stop sealclubbing ... but heck it's a tier 7 what can he do, only play tier X? In the meantime, if you don't really quit ( which is what most people do who come here saying they quit ), you can find some friends to play with so you can also make a division. Trust me, it's more fun! Doesn't always mean you will win more though.

I still have a BC folder with KM and other conversions BoTF is just timeless, esp with the new installer which offers all the conversions and which makes the game work on all windows versions without UI issues. I think I still have KA as well, but I don't think it runs even in compatibility mode. Maybe GOG has done a re release, not sure. Been waiting for a new BC for a long time, or a new official BoTF successor. Heck a new Freespace would be even better... I think...

I admit, I played 3 games today Logged in to check code from stream, shared code in clan chat, accidentally pressed battle with a DD without captain, stock upgrades and no modules, stock consumables. Got 4th in team with uber stock Minsk in a tier 8 battle. Then played two games in division, one Hindenburg and one Tashkent. Then I logged off to watch the Vuelta. I voted 2. But this poll isn't good anymore since the descriptions changed, should have remade the thread with the fixed poll.

Who is 'They'? Because if 'They' = Wargaming, this actually says that CC's are 'expected' / told to use the back channels for negative feedback, or at least when they bring those negative aspects to light it seems WG keeps telling them they will fix it, which influences CC's who might not highlight something bad about the game because WG says they will fix it / are working on it. That would contradict everything WG has been saying about not wanting to influence feedback, because limiting exposure to negative aspects of the game is certainly a form of control? Is this a salty iChase trying to stir up some 'stuff' as 'revenge'? I can't imagine flamuu being told to quit telling people ships are bad Same btw goes for Dropsiq Heck I don't think they want to alienate all their CC's? That's killing their community in one blow, CC's are their free advertisement. But I don't think fara will get an invite for the CC program soon... even when they could actually use his feedback.

It would be out of courtesy, a sign of good will. By offering the option you will breed a lot of that and I expect a lot of people will keep her after the statement that she will be fixed.

I'm worried about lots of things. Class balance ( most will know this ). Power creep ( though it's not as bad as it could be... ). Game population... in more ways as one: 1. game didn't catch on right after release, we had massive inflow but not that many sticked. We had uptakes when new content is added and it doesn't look that bad right? 2. but there is also a tendency for WoWs to move away from the known 'grind based game' where premium ships are meant to help advance the grind. Now we have time gated content which is available to 'casuals' who buy a ship and do some quick missions. These missions sometimes already conflict with 'normal' gameplay / teamwork, but this mixing of two kinds of content access attracts two different groups of players which don't really mix that well. Frustration about team members is one of my biggest issues in randoms and why divisions are so much better as solo play. Also, we have some very overperforming premiums to facilitate this ( and WG can keep claiming there is no P2W, everyone can see performance through public server statistics so why WG tries to say it's not there I don't really know... No there is no P2W, we just pulled KA because you would get better results with a paid for ship as opposed to our silver ships.. uhm wait? Belfast has the same indicators, Kutuzov is overperforming, Kaga is overperforming and heck I haven't checked lately but I don't think Blys and Leningrad are performing on par with tech tree ships? And of those ships I have all of them except Kaga, so it's not like I'm biased? Is it all doom and gloom? Nah I think it might all work out. We need more game modes, especially to separate those players who come for the time gated content and who want to play a very casual game, and those who actually don't. I hear they are 'working on it' so .... And I fully know WG realizes their communication is not on point, and that community and developers don't seem to be in agreement, or even aware of what the others intentions are. If WG would actually listen to the critical feedback instead of punishing it I'm sure this could all be remedied. WoWs has a great basis, but the changes since early development so far are not all for the best, and CERTAINLY hearing Ev1n say we need to get used to having BATTLESHIPS as most played ships makes me want to hit uninstall. Now he also said: get used to see them flooding the queues.... AND THAT IS FINE. BUT DON'T PUT THEM IN ALL MY BATTLES. I don't NEED BATTLESHIPS AS MOST NUMEROUS SHIP IN A WWII ARCADE NAVAL WARFARE GAME. Or, rename it WORLD OF BATTLESHIPS and remove all the other classes and be done with it.

They should offer the option. Players can always rebuy it when it's finished that way :)

Hitting AFK / stationary ships with the AP bombs is clicking on them manually. Delay doesn't matter if the ships don't move, fara scored consistent six bomb hits on all targets in a training room ( stationary ). edit: not sure what kind of damage they do against a Lexi, does that have an armored deck? If it does it might be enough to trigger the fuse?

Meh I said many times some ships are broken and need to be removed from the store or even nerved *cough OPFast cough*.. But yeah I guess those threads never get this long, as I'm always jumped on by people claiming Belfast is balanced

Another one who wants to make this an emotional twitch reaction based on the ship not being p2w The ship, or the UI / mechanics tied to the ship, are not finished. That's it. The ship might actually perform above Lexy in random's, but if Fara ( and you do know who that is I presume... ) can't make it work it's just not worth playing. Then WG admits it wasn't finished because they wanted to add torpedoes but those are still in testing. And tells Fara he just needs to l2p

They = WG? Can't be, WG says they never try to influence their CC's and that everyone is free to share their views as they see fit?

Actually I'm reading it's one code per stream, and this one was gone in 30 seconds it seems. My clanchat also all were to late and I gave the code right after logging in and opening all my containers
