Clan stacking is work as intended?

Pff try telling people you're a SCRUB and they should do what you say if they want to win the game....
  2. That's fine. Yesterday spoke with some clan members, I might not uninstall if I don't need the hdd space ( wows will move to hdd though, no need to keep it on ssd ). And I will troll around in Tashibana's and Katori's, but paying for World of Babyboats? No way. Playing anything except troll protected MM tiers? No way. Why would I? I feel betrayed, I feel like invested time and money into a game on the premise it would stay like it was, or at least comparable. But this nonsense, this ridiculous statement about suddenly battleships being the most represented class in game and that being 'acceptable' is just disgusting me.

Clan stacking is work as intended?

I would probably focus them from the start relentlessly since I enjoy winning and I expect my klenu members to be stronk filthy red's which need to be slaughtered so I win and they do not....
  4. Why do they keep spelling Megazao wrong
  5. I would REALLY like for @Ev1n to tell me what I thought I heard him saying during stream: .. as I still have a small slither of hope that it was a 'miscommunication'.

    Radar spoting

I don't think 1 on 1 is 100% required, and having a +-1 limit of difference would prevent that most likely no? I can even 'feel' the people who say it's nice to have variance, but when you have a domination game and the enemy got 3 radar ships and you have none it can really blow, same other way around. Those landslide victories aren't really fun either are they?

    Fair enough - kudos.

'By invite' doesn't seem to lead to something representing actual player base as WG can just not invite critical people How about having community votes decide who could represent in such a 'board'? I'm quite sure that would be more productive in getting both varied opinions AND knowledgeable people in that board. WG can be involved in this, they actually should, but they shouldn't really be able to veto people.
  8. And ponies.. ow and Shimakaze.. it's ALWAYS about Shimakaze and that window..
  9. You can't nerf them really, as cruisers would wolfpack them to death. That was the enjoyable part of gameplay during earlier times, dwindling down the enemy and eventually winning the battle even if you lost some allies down the way. Heck those games I even stayed and watched to see if my allies could pull it off. Just limit them to 3 per side per team, WG always claimed that's the ideal number for gameplay's sake anyway. Then after some time evaluate performance, maybe some rebalancing is required but I don't think it's as much as people think.
  10. Isn't DM more like a high rof Noobtube thrower
  11. I think Zao is ok.. but meh. I haven't mastered my Moskva yet so not sure on that one, some epic moments some instants evaporations. I don't like solo playing Yamato, and even in division I rather not play unless I see lineup ( I need usn smoke because I know I will need it at some point ). I 100% do NOT like Shimakaze. Which leaves -> +1
  12. Man... idc. What you say about changing mechanics so cruisers are stronger versus battleships will do EXACTLY what I want, lower the amount of babies per game. The only reason they are so popular is performance and easy of play, not because of being 'iconic'. But WG doesn't want to nerf them, and frankly I kind of agree. I don't really fear A battleship in my cruisers, I fear multiple battleships. Yesterday I played a single Hindenburg game, I was doing fine, fighting an Izumo ( with a bunch of allies even, wolfpacking as cruisers should actually mostly do anyway ) at 14km or so and still being able to angle and duke some, deflect some, got some pen damage but heck it's a BB so fine... Then I suddenly lose most of my hitpoints because a basecamping Montana at 21km which hadn't been spotted in ages was that other guy on my PT list which I couldn't see... not that it mattered because I couldn't have angled against both at the same time anyway. And in a 1v1, I don't think I would always lose so to say.. So yeah, don't nerf them, limit them. WG has in the past always claimed the optimal number of battleships per team FOR OTHER CLASSES is 3. Then other classes can best do their own roles and have fun while playing. Want to know why cruisers camp this much now? Because off babies all picking BB's because it takes no effort at all ( certainly not in mid tiers, tier X BB's... well Megazao basically is a cruiser so it can do it all but a Yamato needs his team.. ). But tier six, you think it's easier to win with a Molotov or an Arizona or even an Warspite? WG has made enough money from me, but I'm not going to pay if they finally come clean and break away from the '3 is ideal' dogma. It's just not worth spending money on.
  13. Every person in this 6311 POSTS long thread has an agenda clashing with reality... As to the babies, yeah fine that they are popular, does that mean they are allowed to ruin the gaming experience of others?
  14. Dunning Kruger works both ways. <evil_martian_mode>It's not always possible for a good player to put himself in the position of a bad player. In general I agree though, it's the guys who actually understand mechanics which should be the focus off feedback, and those who don't should ONLY be taken into account in order to keep them playing. The good players understand the game, the average player is 'just' the target group which the good players can farm due to their higher understanding of the mechanics in play. The problem is that the plebs push back, by giving feedback which lead to simplifying mechanics and removing mechanics which only very good players can exploit. That's how you end up with simplistic generic gameplay, and unicums will do everything to prevent this gameplay model.</evil_martian_mode>
  15. Yes you can. I was forced to learn because I didn't want to stay a 'pleb'. And this isn't about plebs and potato's but about intent. Winning games in the intent, not boosting your personal whatever. Wins therefore should be heavily rewarded. People suggested before to add 'heroic achievements' to WoWs like Wot... so you get same xp as winning team... you know the reaction: DO NOT DO THIS. You know how easy it is to farm an achievement like confederate? Want me to every game for FIRST AND FOREMOST for my achievements, as to ensure that even if I have a 'bad team' I still get max XP? Maybe the team was actually not bad, but me playing selfishly caused the loss? It would be terrible for teamplay/gameplay. Also as already said if you do really well you can already get more XP on losing team then guys on winning team, so what's the problem? It should even be more punitive imo.
  16. That might be another option, but rewarding participation is good. It makes it so people who stay involved actually are more likely to also spend effort on it obtaining it ( I feel WG should set a minimum participation level limit which people have to reach during the project ). Put it in your opening post then ;) I'm pretty sure the CM's are monitoring forums a bit more closely than normally :)
  17. Well it's like the old CBT ships ( Gremmy, Sims and Yuubari iirc .. been awhile ) which I bought as 'Light fleet package' with the guarantee that those ships wouldn't be sold for a year after release. I don't see a problem with that, the CBT ships were basically still funding an unfinished project and that is why they offered exclusivity period. Doing that with GZ for those wanting to participate in rebalancing is something I don't see as problematic, certainly for a limited 3 month period. Ofc, I just hope they show their dedication to more open communication with this rebalancing project :) On the contrary as I understand, those special items are exclusive to those who don't opt in for a refund.
  18. I think this is an excellent idea, but I don't know how many people already bought it and don't want to take the refund. I mentioned it without realizing that a test group needs to be manageable in size, and the ship being German and released during GC...
  19. Nah it can't be sold 'normally'. If you're not interested in helping 'finalize' the ship I'd say you're better of not having it yet
  20. I guess the exclusivity is the reward for being actively involved in the rebalancing project, having faith in WG's ability to release a more balanced loadout and finalize the delayed impact AP mechanic. I actually think this is a fair point. Maybe WG should open up the ship for purchase for a single day so people who want to be part of this project can even now sign up?
  21. Nah just take away more XP then and not credits. XP is what drives people grinding, this is a grind based game so let's use that to try and make people PTFO. Yes, average players will grind a bit slower so what, doesn't mean they will all quit ( should be a number which keeps them playing but offers a bigger incentive to stop trying to hunt blue line riding babies and actually contest cap's for instance, since the victory will do so much more as the damage you could otherwise perhaps do ).

    Graf Zeppelin - AFTERMATH

Wait, did he personally insulted you then? What if the first statements were as much a PR message from higher up? Don't make this personal please, you can't single out people when you don't even know what really happened. Btw, that apology, you do know who Artur is right? It's Ev1n who was ALSO in that stream being interviewed :) edit: It's also nice to be mentioned on a list, but I'm a bit lost as to the purpose. The only reason I felt it was indeed worth to point this issue out is the tremendously honest, open and direct reaction from the WG NA CC's. They were the one's imo who started this, I was watching Notsers stream when GZ was released on EU and it's his reaction which for me started it all. Then LWM's forum thread. 'IT' did not start on EU forum, it started with CC's giving honest feedback. And well yes Ishiro made a very brave topic in which he expressed himself freely. The rest of us who commented on it did so because they were right. I would advise people to take WG up on the offer in having a rebalancing project set up in participation with buyers, Ev1n said on stream they really want to improve on communication and I believe his good will so please give them a chance to show they are serious about it. I am hoping this improved communication also works in my own personal interest as I'm hoping 'they' might find out it's not just me who doesn't want to hear to get used to BB's being the most played class and flooding the queues, I admit that freely. But if it turns out I'm the outlier that's fine as well. I want a fun game, but I can't force everyone to like what I like. I just think I don't really need to.... so let's use this desire for better communication to tell WG what we really want from them.
  23. If Tone is possible, so is Ise..... Edit; Mines in PVP? The guy who thought of that should be FIRED
