My concern regarding the coastal defence ships is that people could complain about how they're supposed to have limited ocean going ability, a ship like the Sverige for example wouldn't be too enjoyable to sail in the atlantic

Man, I'd love to see a swedish tech line in WoWS! If you need any help with written sources (assuming that you don't happen to know swedish) then just give me a shout!
