    Kirov, Cleveland, Kiev, Hipper (can totally decimate Mogami), Fletcher dont need Benson as = Lo Yang not need omaha = Murmansk not need Minekaze = Kamikae R not need Kongo as we have Arp Kongo etc not need New York as Texas is better

    Kiev OK-ish? It's totally epic, you just have to not play it like Japan or US DDs but keep spamming HE and get Demolition Expert, easy do 100k damage in a game and quite often top even it tier 9 games. Keep moving and firing all the time and don't worry about being spotted, forget you have torps honestly, only good as a last resort. With a signal and speed boost this ship can do over 48 Knots!
