Well here we go with my first post.
I was responding to the Birthday present notification. When doing so I noticed, my contact phone number was incorrect. The old number hasn't been used for 3 years. I entered the new number and the authorisation code was accepted; however, the system then sent a confirm code to my old number. (which I no longer have since I had to change providers after changing my home location. So I tried to raise a ticket. What a joke that is..... loads of stupid ID questions about location and where I lived when I started my account, then they want me to provide a second Email address. I only use one Email account. This is EFFING ridiculous
