WTF you talking about? AA and especiallyu FLAK cost airplanes. Can lose whole squadron if I drive them in the smoke and that meen 14 minutes to replenish those airplanes and 1+ minutes for the next attack. And slingshot is been removed from the game very long time now. Airplanes on attack take damage. -

Yes it works and even there is a carrier, they do almost no damage. The guns loaded with HE are devastating on the stream of the DDs found in brawls. You only need 2 turrets to fire at each and you cripple them if not outright kill them. Same applies to cruisers who are getting devastating hits.... from HE. BBs on the other hand just knock them with AP. One QM decided that Arkansas is another "BB" to bully with it single torp and came to my broadside at point blank. Whole QM died instantly and I got away with 15K HP loss, cap and won the battle by points while the enemy Hosho was trying to flee to the next map as it couldn't do enough damage to kill me. Make sure you use the ram flag and you are gold (Before someone says enything yeah I am using Halsey ) -

Playing with subs, or carriers, are not against the game rules. If you don't like it. TOUGH. Go play something else or CO-OP. And I don't give crap about the -1 if I play subs or carriers. Is a badge of honour. -

Significant majority of the BBs encountered are QM. Has good guns, is fast, has torps and is impervious to AP bombs from Rhein. All the other BBs losing 8000 per bombardment and can do 2-3 of them per with the Rhein. -

Making transparent the flank smoke doesn't affect the damage its doing, which is devastating to incoming airplanes. And can be avoided if you see the smoke before you lose half the HP. -

Turn of the AA on destroyers (press P). Use it only when is needed and only if you have strong enough AA to take down airplanes that attacking you. Otherwise you are lighting a bit beaming light above your ship. Keeping AA on, is the biggest error DD players are doing. As you will see from my stats I play mostly IJN torp destroyers who rely on stealth and using torp reload not smoke on the ships that have the dual choice. (Harekaze, Kagero, Yugumo etc). Yet somehow I am managing to go by and have good games even when the carrier is harrasing me. -

Flak damage or the smoke is not the problem with any other carrier line but the German ones. Their angle of attack and camera of the rocket airplanes makes the picture just a flashing black screen when attacking T9-11 ships. No other carrier line rocket airplanes has such issue because the camera and the angle of the attack is different. The mod which makes the smoke transparent did the job. Is still there to see and avoid. You probably haven't understood what the problem is. Maybe read what I wrote above. And carriers are not immune to damage if your own team carrier and battleships know how to play and not like lemmings focus on attacking their nearest target and not play tactically. Since you cry about carriers. Please answer, are you going to play a sniping battleship size unarmored cruiser, which is shooting once every minute but some times every 2 minutes due to circumstances on the map, it's max damage is 10-16K, the shells can be avoided & stopped by enemy defenses while you are visible from 16km away and the shells are limited to the point it takes 14 minutes to replace 5 of them? -

Not been able to see the target when the graphic settings are on HIGH is stupid and is not an exploit or advantage. Major exploit are the tracers many are using, so you can aim the ship inside the smoke or behind an island you wouldn't otherwise. And FYI to do well with a carrier it requires a lot of skill. Anyone believing otherwise hasn't played carriers or is a troll. -

Thank you Just added it and works amazingly well. I can see the clouds but when trying to do an attack is much easier to see the ship. I won't say the score of the citadels of the 101 rockets of the first battle because there will be a public outcry. Lets say doubled than the previous score I had -

If you learn how subs work, and I urge you to play few battles with them, you will realize how easy it is to kill them and guess where they are. They free XP and damage on all battles when you get used to the mechanics. Like for example the oil leak (the moving black spot) which is a big fat red crosshair on the sub position every time they get hit. -

May be I ask since you have over 5000 battles with carriers, why you haven't touch the German ones? Is this because this camera position issue doesn't exist on any other carrier but the German only? -

What is the "massive advantage" on something that if lower the graphics quality the flak smoke is gone. It ads nothing then. Is no different than making fog transparent which is a ingame setting. Is no different than making permanent calm seas, which is an approved mod. And this mod adds truly an advantage because you have a clear view at the hull without visual obstruction from the waves. So how different is that? (I hate that mode because it just causes me nausea). Do you know what would have been massive advantage? To not have flak smoke so we don't know where it is as any moment to dodge it with our airplanes. Parseval and Richtofen have mainly this issue because of the angle of the attack and camera of their rocket airplanes. Which are already tricky going off by miles every time they touch even slightly a piece of land something that doesn't happen with the other carriers. As for the "git gud" I see you haven't touched the German carriers which are the ones having this issue...... Thank you :) -

Got 9 packs for 750CT each. Opened the 9 coal boxes and here is the result, 4400 coal. (488.88 coal per box average) Finding pretty poor tonight the coal reward, because few weeks ago with 11.6 did the same and received 6800 coal in 11 boxes. (618.18 coal per box average). 26% more coal which is pretty big difference. FYI the 4 out of the 9 economy boxes drop coal too. So another 1600 there. So total for tonight 6600 coal with the clan bonus.

I believe so the special captains won't be nerfed but the reload time is nerfed. So with the new update Halsey will go to 65% instead 75%. (10% is reduced from the skill as per devblog) Funny, Halsey in my Iowa came to my mind straight way when read the devblog spot. How many times wanted to switch the loaded turrets to HE to kill a charging DD but because 1 turret was loading had to wait to avoid waiting full reload circle to commence again. I love the new changes. Thanks WG -
